The frames can be hit or miss, but over all I have been super happy with my 8 or 9 orders. Glasses that would cost $80.00 or more from Zenni are $40.00. The one issue I did have was taken care of, they issued a credit for equal value so I could order something else. Shipping transit times are a little long, but that's because I pay the minimum shipping. If you need them quicker, pay a little extra.
I also, like another reviewer, have shopped with them for years. My most recent purchases were two pairs of glasses. The first being a pair of prescription sunglasses with standard polarised thickness lenses, and the second being glasses with protection from blue light and supposedly the thinnest lens.
Imagine my shock when the second glasses arrived thicker than all THREE pairs of glasses in similar frame size and the same prescription, despite the fact they were supposed to be thinner! I'd understand if there were not a large difference in thinness, but the fact that the lenses are thicker than all of my glasses, it's ridiculous.
I've been offered a replacement in a style I don't want - after being argued with despite clear photographic evidence that the glasses are not the thinness specified - I've asked for a refund, but so far I'm being ignored.
Lost my business for the audacity of calling me a liar even though the photos prove I am not.

This is by far the worst online shopping experience buying eyeglasses. It's almost been a month. My order says shipped, but there is no shipping number and they can't provide one and I keep getting the same generic email again and again. They decided to refund my shipping of $5.95 but there's still no glasses and won't refund my purchase. Do NOT recommend.

My package was lost (USPS) and despite their refund policy which clearly states you can get a full refund if your package is lost, they will not give me a full refund. They only insist on replacement yet 2 of the 3 frames are not in stock and they only offer frames no more than 6.95 to choose from. The one frame was 12.95 and opaque but they no longer have any opaque frames that are the correct size or look good for that price. When I ask for a full refund they continue to ignore the request so I will now have to file a credit card dispute. This company is shady. Also beware, when you buy upgrades from them they do not show what upgrades you got on your order details nor on the invoice. I would not trust this company to actually give you the upgrades that you paid for.

I placed an order on 12/12 expecting shipment before Christmas. I have not received them yet, and status still shows PRODUCTION, where it has been since 12/13. This was supposed to take 10 days to produce.
Only message they give you is scripted, apologies for the delay, we will inform production etc. I am requesting an order cancellation and refund. I have raised a dispute with Amazon, next step if no response is a dispute with my credit card provider.

Please be aware how long you will have to wait. Three weeks later no glasses. Now I've been told they are coming from their overseas facility, which casts doubt on the. co.uk part of their actual location. It is taking 14-21 days for them to arrive in the UK. Then they will dispatch them from God knows where. So if you order allow at least 6 weeks for your order to arrive. Very poor service. They don't tell you this when you order and have to pay extra for postage. It's a joke. Can't review the glasses haven't received any. I've just been told that they are marked as dispatched and order complete when they are sent from their overseas manufacturer. 14- 21 days until they receive them and then they dispatch them to you. So, the order is neither dispatched nor complete.

The glasses I ordered from goggles4u arrived and I could not see through them, everything was blurry, even though the exact same prescription at one of their on-line competitors resulted in perfectly usable glasses. When I politely asked where I could return the glasses for a refund, I got nothing but a runaround and barriers thrown up- they mindlessly insisted I send them a photo of my prescription, even though they already had the correct information on their web site. Not only is this company incompetent, they could care less about customer satisfaction or service. I would never use or recommend this company, it was an awful experience and I ended up paying for a useless pair of glasses.

I ordered a pair of rimless, & they arrived very badly put together. The lenses were loose & twisted at the bridge, & the arms were fitted at completely different angles. You'd need 1 ear 3cm higher than the other for these arms to be right, they've obviously got a picasso picture on the wall in the factory these are made in. They are definitely not made in a lab with any quality control at all. They are cheap, but you don't even get what you pay for...

I have purchased from Goggles4u previously in 2016 and was very pleased with the glasses I had received.
I currently put in a new order and the quality and service is very lacking.
I ordered 3 pairs of glasses and only received 1 pair. They don't answer any of my emails.
I pair I received are awful. 1 lens is scratched, 1 arm is bent, the transition reading portion is only blurry, paid for the thinnest lens index available. Booth lenses are of almost identical prescription but they still came at different thickness.
I have purchased from a few other online glass stores and by far Goggles4u is the worst of them
Very disappointing quality and service.
I highly suggest not purchasing from them.

Do not fall for this scam. This company is a joke. I ordered glasses in April and they still have not been delivered. First they will say the order was "shipped" but no tracking number will be provided. And forget about trying to cancel the order when they fail to deliver the goods. After weeks waiting, they will keep saying that the order will arrive soon. What they are really trying to do is run the clock so you cannot file a dispuite with your credit card company and keep your money. Save your money and order somewhere else. Beware of false positive reviews everywhere!

I have not received the glasses that I ordered a month ago. Each time I call to inquire I am told something different, one excuse after the next... "they are in overseas production", "they are in transit", "we don't have tracking numbers" just to name a few. Refused to process a refund. Said they don't give refunds and they are sorry that I haven't received the glasses but I should be receiving them in another 7-10 days. It has already been a month. Ordered rx glasses in plenty of time before an overseas trip. Order never arrived, contacted company, received a canned response that my order was stuck in customs and they would ship as soon as it was cleared. Replied back to them that if order not received by tuesday before I left, that I want my order cancelled and money refunded. Received the same canned response about being stuck in customs. Called company and spoke with a rep, he refused to cancel the order and refund the money, and said I would get the glasses eventually. That is not helpful, as I leave for and extended stay out of the country Wednesday morning. And of course they refused to ship them to me there. So save your money and hassle, dont buy anything from this company.

I don't wear glasses often, so I didn't need to spend over $150 to get glasses at my eye doctor. I just put in my subscription, searched a style I liked, and even used their online picture with glasses feature to see how they looked. Would for sure order again.
Live chats on website, if a pair doesn't fit, you just let someone know via live chat. From there you'll be able to get a free pair of glasses shipped to your door, with a charge of $0.00 to your card. Yeah free. Better than Zenni.com, that place is terrible, in every way!
