I won't be buying from them again they say hassle free return bunch of crap. They don't offer a prepaid shipping label to return nothing in the policy says I have to pay to return the lenses are defective and I just want to send them back and get a refund most online glasses places give you a prepaid return label. Very unhappy
Wish I read reviews before ordering as I am having same problem as others. The lens are so distorted and blurry they cause me vertigo and slight nausea, totally unusable. I reported and had to resend script. Now they want me to pay for postage to return to get a refund (which now I feel is questionable). At the same time I ordered a pair from a company I have used in the past and they are perfect. Poor quality and customer service, do not recommend.

Had an issue when entering my prescription, received 2 pairs of glasses with an incorrect prescription. Their staff was so fast and helpful in sending me the right prescription glasses. Both of my pairs of glasses feel lightweight and durable, i have absolutely 0 complaints and only praise to speak about this company.
I've seen a couple of complaints about spam, overcharging, or abuse from this company but I've only experienced the opposite. When fixing my issue, they sent me a second set of glasses (i now have 4 pairs(i will be donating the first 2 that were a mistake on my part)) since they didn't even require me to send back the first 2 before they expedited the correct glasses to me. Amazing in my opinion.
I have now been waiting for a refund for near on 3 months. I have been chasing this constantly and escalated to a 'manager' to be sent the same generic email with unreasonable excuses. Avoid at all costs.

The glasses are okay but poorly made. I have purchased many pairs and always had to send them back for numerous reasons. They last for 4-6 months lenses fall out and frames are not secured, arms loosen up and the coating does not last. They only give a 3-MONTH WARRANTY on their CHEAP glasses. People do yourself a favor and save your hard earned money!

I called the 800 number and they say it is on its way; a week later, they say it's within 5 business days. Price is secondary, tracking and communication are a must. My order #*******840

While their selection of glasses is large, the webiste pages load very slowly. The shipping time is ridiculously long, unless you want to pay a lot more in shipping fees. I found out that their glasses are made in Thailand, which explaines the long wait. After I received my glasses I was bombarded with requests to give them a good review. I was not totally satisfied with them, and sent two emails to the person / email address to which to send my issue. I did so twice, and never received a reply. So I won't use them again. Glasses are okay, but the transitions part is a joke. (And yes, I do know that one has to be in direct sunlight for the glasses to transition.) This is a case of "you get what you pay for".

They are a SCAM. Waiting 3 weeks for delivery of my glasses. When you call them the call goes to another country Called credit card company to report them and dispute the charges. Look at all the BBB complaints on this company.

Terrible glasses the nose pieces were hard and sharp on 2 pairs if glasses and bent the wrong way and cut your face. We asked for new softer ones and the said they dont have any. My husband cant read properly with his progressive lens and the doctor said he doesnt think they are progressive at all. Garbage glasses

I have used direct glasses a few times and been pleasantly surprised at the quality etc so thought any competition would strive for the same but sadly not. My glasses looked OK but after only a short time the arm on one side just came away so I phoned Goggles for u who sent out a replacement pair very quickly but sad to say another arm has broken so I've reordered from glasses direct again and will not be using Goggles for u again.

I bought a large quantity of rimless glasses from them in the same style and the majority of them have had the lens crack in the exact same place. Clearly a defect but company doesn't stand behind their product beyond 14 days. Waste of money.

Placed an order on August 31st. It's September 12th and called about my order, was told it was just leaving China. Totally unacceptable when their website says 10-12 days. These are prescription glasses. Will never patronize this business again. Still no tracking info...

I originally ordered glasses a few months back. They did not send me an email stating they were mailing me my glasses, by the time I reached out to them they had said my glasses were delivered. They had me double check with my post office, which I did, then they made me a new pair and sent them out to me pretty quickly. The only reason I ordered from them again was because they handled the last situation so promptly. The second time I ordered from them they sent me the wrong prescription glasses. I contacted them and they requested a copy of the script which I sent them. About 2 days later I got an email that they were redoing them and putting them in the mail. It's now been. 2 months and I STILL DO NOT have my glasses. Everytime I reach out to them my emails go unanswered. All I want is a refund so I can go somewhere else. Horrible company to deal with.

These guys are master spammers. Once they get your email they will flood your inbox with special offers just for you (and the entire world). There will be a link to unsubscribe, but it won't work unless you're using internet explorer. They don't offer any other way to get off their mailing list. You can complain online to them, but that only gets you automatic replies back with no solution. There are other online companies selling glasses that won't spam you so whatever you do - don't give these people your email address! (or if you want to really annoy a boss/coworker/neighbor - sign them up!).
I ordered my new glasses on Jan 3,2021. I paid $15 extra for " 1 hour processing". I finally received my order today, February 11. As soon as I opened them I could see that they were not what I had ordered. The lenses were yellow with blue tint. I had ordered clear, with no extra coatings. I contacted the customer service chat, and explained the problem. I was first told that I had ordered the Blue light blocking lenses... which I did not... then I was told that there was a "glitch" in the website and they would replace the glasses for me. Unfortunately, they no longer have the frame I ordered in stock, and, because of the "glitch" I wasn't charged enough for my glasses. For them to process an exchange, I would have to pay an additional $51.90 US.
This is a TERRIBLE way to do business, goggles4u. This is not how you win loyal customers, and not how you increase your customer base.

Sorry to know about your unpleasant experience with Goggles4u Eyeglasses. A system issue occurred when the order was placed due to which you were not charged for lenses and coatings. The cost for specs that was not charged was somewhere around $67.90 nonetheless we didn't put the order on hold and fulfilled the order without having you pay anything extra.
This is indeed not good to know that glasses didn't work and offered to replace them. However, for the replacement we needed to have the cost covered. We offered to cover all the costs including frame and shipping but only needed to have the discounted price difference for lenses. Since it was not acceptable for you, we submitted the refund request without having you return the unsatisfactory glasses back to us.

I paid for expedited shipping so that I could get my glasses ASAP (they said 10-12 days). It's been 16 and I haven't seen them. Expedited is not the appropriate word here.
Called the help number and they said it's still in transit and I should see them in the next seven days. So... I guess expedited means 12-22 days?

First pair came with scratches. They shipped a replacement with the same issue. I contacted them for refund. They asked if I tried with wet cleaner. I told them yes, after dry cloth didn't work. Then they said they couldn't refund because I used cleaner which is not recommended. Vver deceitful of them. I guess don't use wet cleaner because they will use that as an excuse not to take responsibility.
