Ordered black frames with photochromic tint, frame value £29.95 before discounts - I got mid blue frames, clear lenses no photochromic colour change. After a LOT of emails back and forth sending them photos of the both the frames and the clear lenses, they agreed to send me a new pair, only I was not allowed to select frames of the original value/quality, I had a max budget set of £12.95! They failed to provide a detailed invoice until I requested one, they failed to offer a full refund, so broke the law on both counts there! Basically Goggles4U, for the sake of £17 you now have a very disgruntled customer and very poor reviews on here and elsewhere. You have lost a loyal customer too! Great glasses
October 23, 2020

I ordered a pair of glasses. Progressive lenses, transition lenses with anti glare. When I recieved them, everything was great but they didn't put the anti glare coating on them. I went online and chatted with a rep. They apologized and said they would send out a new pair, NO CHARGE to me and I didn't have to return the first pair. Just got the second pair today. They are just s perfect now with anti glare. The only downside is the time it takes, but well worth the 90 dollars for 2 pair of glasses. I will definitely order again.

Paid for exepited shipping took over 3 weeks they lead you to believe they are made in US they are not. Paid for transitional lenses didn't get them on either pair. The frames are light and poor quality

Worth the risk

Well if you have patients you can get a good pair of glassses for the money. They are better at live chat then if you call them the glasses are older models but what do you want for 10 or 12.00 dollars the lenses are good but their website is hard to work with and can get you really frusted but other than that not bad for back up glasses :)

I cannot understand why there are terrible reviews for Goggles4u. I have been purchasing off them for years and have been very impressed! I recently brought prescription glasses/sunglasses and they were fantastic quality. I even brought my father a pair of prescription sunglasses and he loves them! He said they are very clear and sharp to look through. I live in New Zealand and I received them very quickly even through the covid 19 crisis. Keep up the good work Goggles4u, I have told all my friends and they have purchased from you as well! A+++++++

A SCRATCHED UP MESS
September 8, 2022

I have ordered and received 2 pairs of glasses. I did not pay extra for scratch resistant coating on the first pair. They were scratched up in days, I could not find out if I had paid for scratch coating, finding my order on the website to verify this was difficult on the website. I ordered a 2nd pair of glasses, i paid the extra for scratch resist coating, my glasses still scotched all up, it was a waste of my money.
15 day warranty and no help.
I will not use this company again, I have ordered from here before for my husband and his glasses are not like this, he does not baby his glasses, I do, there should not be a million scratches on mine.
My glasses from other online sites, have not scratched up like this.

Lies lies lies. I ordered glasses on May 27th today is June 22rd I have no glasses. They tell me only after I make contact my glasses are held up at customs. They shipped on June 1st supposedly. Read the reviews it's not a rare occurrence.
I asked for a full refund because I don't even want them anymore. Only after numerous complaints I got shipping fee refund. They say I can't return glasses because they have been made. The truth is I can't return them because I don't have the I bought a pair from Zenni and had them in under a week. Competitive pricing.

Kept emailing because they hadnt arrived, they always replied but never answered the questions. Eventually they sent me a tracking number, on the day they arrived after over a month!
When they did arrive I was amazed at the quality, they are absolute rubbish, the lenses are not consistant side to side, so to read you would have to move your head to one side.
There are other "Cheap" suppliers out there, chose one thats in your own country, might get better communication.
They promised me an extra 10% refund for the "inconvenience" that hasnt arrived either.
It would be better to pay a little more and get glasses that actually do the job!

Very worst customer service. I received glasses late. The glasses were not good quality but that is okay If I am paying less, I will get bad quality. But what about glasses are making headache because those are not aligned properly and not good quality. I requested Googles4U for the return label to return and fix the glasses for me. But they told me that I have to pay for shipping back and forth for this or I have to pay more than what I paid for replacement. Though I have no fault. I made big mistake buying glasses at Googles4U, without reading reviews here.

Beware. RUN

I unfortunately ordered my new script from Goggles 4U because it showed I'd get my glasses in 2 week's.
I ordered 12/16. Customer service is an absolute joke. Most times u get no response and if u do it's the same reply, with NO results. I FINALLY got an email today and it says ANOTHER 10 to 12 days to be delivered.
If your needing glasses try Zennia, or Walmart anywhere besides here, trust me you will not be happy.

Please go some where else. I have been waiting a month... 30 days and my order has not arrived. Every time I call and I have called 4 times now, one person hung up on me the other one tells me I should have it in 2 days... I have not gotta a tracking number yet, so how can I get it in 2 days... I don't thing this is a real company, I just got scammed. Please save your self go any where but do not order from them. I'm out $111.00 usd... save your money and headache. Go some where else. I'm reporting them to the bbb. Oh and at day 15 the guy said I will put a rush order on that for you... lmao... and I'm still waiting. I'd hate to see the standard order time frame.

No good

I ordered my glasses when they came in I couldn't see a thing. The vision was so blurry it wasn't even funny. I double checked my prescription I even sent them a picture asking did I do something wrong and they said no. They told me to move the glasses back-and-forth until I could see properly how am I supposed to walk around holding my glasses off to the side? When I told them I did what they asked and that I would prefer a return Label and a refund. They said they would just redo my glasses. However, I would have to return the glasses at my own expense. No thanks

I purchased a pair of eyeglasses from this company and they were supposed to have auto darken. They didn't. They did send me a pair of sunglasses to fix the problem. After the warranty period I had a lens fall out. Fell out, not popped out. While trying to reinstall the lens I realized it was the wrong lens for my frame. The lens has more curvature that the frame does and more than the other lens. Customer service told me that they couldn't help because the warranty period was over. I said the glasses never should have left the factory that way and that warranty shouldn't matter. All I need is the correct lens and I can fix the problem. They won't make it right. Two problems with one pair of glasses shows they have zero quality control and don't care if they ship you an inferior product. Don't do business with these people. Order # *******2614

Horrible quality
July 19, 2023

I bought my first pair and was impressed really liked them, then within 2 weeks they broke. Ordered another pair because they refunded me on the first pair. Literally within 3 days the second pair broke. So, I thought third time's a charm right?. No third pair I got from the refund on the second pair broke within a day. I would NEVER buy from here again. The cheapest of qualities and YES you definitely pay for what you get. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from here. If I could give a negative 10 I would.

Still Waiting

I order my glasses on the 11th last month. They showed "completed" 4 days later. As of today (6/14/21) I am still waiting for my glasses. I have contacted G4U twice via chat and keep getting the same response, which is "they are in transit from our over sea facility. Once they arrive here in California you will be given a USPS tracking number." I said thank you and asked "when will they arrive in California?" Derek's response was; "they are in transit from our over sea facility. Once they arrive here in California you will be given a USPS tracking number." It's been over a month and they still haven't arrived and they can't tell me anymore information than "they are in transit from our over sea facility. Once they arrive here in California you will be given a USPS tracking number." WOW!

Looks aren't everything

They had an incredible sale, so I bought three pairs and They look good but are absolutely garbage frames broke on all three pairs of glasses, scratched while using their wipes within two weeks, trust ZENNI optical same pair lasts 3 years!

Only 15 days Warranty

My pair of glasses broke within less than 3 months and a refund or replacement was declined.
Goggles4u stated that they could only provide a 15 days warranty.

These are low quality lenses, with bent frames and terrible customer service. If you have a problem they will leave you waiting and not be helpful.
I have taken glasses to an optician who confirms the prescription is wrong and lenses awful. I am having to go to trading standards for refund.
Save yourself the hassle and upset.
I received 3 pairs of glasses and all were faulty. One pair had bent frames, the others I could not see through properly. I sent a pic of my prescription so I did not enter info incorrectly. The 'thin' lenses are not thin. The vision is blurry around edges.
CUSTOMER SERVICE was awful. I received a replacement pair also faulty, and was left on hold for over an hour by different agents who all said different things. I was offered replacements by one agent, then the other said no. Their T&CS state that if there is a fault you have to return them tracked at your own cost which is insane.
I've no doubt they will respond below saying how they want customer satisfaction and saying I am wrong, but please believe me I genuinely am shocked that they can continue trading offering the service I've received.
I am a polite, genuine customer and as such have been treated dreadfully. Please do not use this company. Thank you.
