Ordered 4 pairs, took 8 weeks to arrive 1st pair were 1.56 thickness, like milk bottles, 2nd 3rd and 4th pair i ordered super thin 1.65, they were thicker than the 1.56
I bought a 1.65 pair from specsavers, they were half the thickness
They state they have a 15 day no quibble returns policy, i have contacted them 4 times to return, no reply TERRIBLE COMPANY, STAY WELL CLEAR
I also, like another reviewer, have shopped with them for years. My most recent purchases were two pairs of glasses. The first being a pair of prescription sunglasses with standard polarised thickness lenses, and the second being glasses with protection from blue light and supposedly the thinnest lens.
Imagine my shock when the second glasses arrived thicker than all THREE pairs of glasses in similar frame size and the same prescription, despite the fact they were supposed to be thinner! I'd understand if there were not a large difference in thinness, but the fact that the lenses are thicker than all of my glasses, it's ridiculous.
I've been offered a replacement in a style I don't want - after being argued with despite clear photographic evidence that the glasses are not the thinness specified - I've asked for a refund, but so far I'm being ignored.
Lost my business for the audacity of calling me a liar even though the photos prove I am not.

I've ordered two pair of glasses at over the last month. My first pair was just distance and they were perfect. My second pair are progressive and I think the pupil distance is slightly off. But they are progressive glasses for $20, frame, lenses, everything. I got both orders within 2 weeks of ordering them. They are also super lightweight and very comfortable once I got them adjusted.
I have purchased from Goggles4u previously in 2016 and was very pleased with the glasses I had received.
I currently put in a new order and the quality and service is very lacking.
I ordered 3 pairs of glasses and only received 1 pair. They don't answer any of my emails.
I pair I received are awful. 1 lens is scratched, 1 arm is bent, the transition reading portion is only blurry, paid for the thinnest lens index available. Booth lenses are of almost identical prescription but they still came at different thickness.
I have purchased from a few other online glass stores and by far Goggles4u is the worst of them
Very disappointing quality and service.
I highly suggest not purchasing from them.

Glasses were wrong could not see out of them, also customer service is super slow,
Could not log into my account as password seemed to be wrong enev though it was saved as soon as I registered with them.
Password reminders never come to email and yes I check my junk mail as well.
Only one email to contact them or just one guy.
Phone number is American so no good for me in the UK.
Waist of time and money AVOID!

The customer service here is beyond terrible. I've asked for an update 3 times and every response I've gotten is just a copied and pasted, "Your glasses are still in production" email. This is such a scam, don't fall for it like I did!

I paid extra to have my glasses in '10-12' days. It has not been 15 business days and the glasses are still in 'production'. The company says they will mail them usps as soon as they are drop shipped from their overseas vendor. So I'd guess it'll be another few weeks. If I have known, I would have purchased elsewhere. I really wanted these glasses and sunglasses for my 9/4 vacation :/

My package was lost (USPS) and despite their refund policy which clearly states you can get a full refund if your package is lost, they will not give me a full refund. They only insist on replacement yet 2 of the 3 frames are not in stock and they only offer frames no more than 6.95 to choose from. The one frame was 12.95 and opaque but they no longer have any opaque frames that are the correct size or look good for that price. When I ask for a full refund they continue to ignore the request so I will now have to file a credit card dispute. This company is shady. Also beware, when you buy upgrades from them they do not show what upgrades you got on your order details nor on the invoice. I would not trust this company to actually give you the upgrades that you paid for.

I have ordered several pairs of glasses and have been pleased with the quality for the price. What I am dissatisfied with is their lack of communication and lack of timely service. I ordered 2 pair July 19,2021. One pair I received last week, 8/18/21. The other pair I still have not received and do not know when to expect them. It is very frustrating. I know they want you to pay extra for RUSH shipping. I think that's uncalled for. Just give normal service.

Please go some where else. I have been waiting a month... 30 days and my order has not arrived. Every time I call and I have called 4 times now, one person hung up on me the other one tells me I should have it in 2 days... I have not gotta a tracking number yet, so how can I get it in 2 days... I don't thing this is a real company, I just got scammed. Please save your self go any where but do not order from them. I'm out $111.00 usd... save your money and headache. Go some where else. I'm reporting them to the bbb. Oh and at day 15 the guy said I will put a rush order on that for you... lmao... and I'm still waiting. I'd hate to see the standard order time frame.

I ordered quite a few pair of glasses from googles4u website, a couple for my mum and a couple for me after having seen good reviews from trustpilot and HotUKDeals website. They arrived and it was immediate to see that the glasses were poorly made- very thin frames and flimsy. The one that I ordered from my mum broke after a few days. The ones that I got, even though a bit better in quality, the coating wore off and I always needed to wipe it off because of cloudiness despite having paid extra for the coating. I wouldn't recommend this company and I have a suspicions that all the great reviews being put out on the web are fake. If I could rate them minus zero, I would.

I ordered the glasses (2 pairs) a month ago and I still do not have them. The call center has always been very polite but they do not offer any assistance or help you expedite the order. I offer to pay extra to have them delivered overnight or next day but they do not offer that service. Very frustrating and disappointing experience after the order process, selection, and configuration was so easy to do. I was excited when I placed the order and pleased with the price, but I need my glasses and I still do not have them. The website is misleading and I fell for it. Either they change the production time and offer better shipping methods or sooner or later, consumers will realize that is a fraudulent and misleading way of doing business when they should clearly state that you need to wait a month or more to get your order.

In order to offer the best possible price to the customers, we produce the glasses in our overseas production facilities, and they initially shipped from there in a drop shipment. Regrettably, a shipment was stuck in customs which is very unusual. It resulted in an unexpected delay in delivery for some orders for which we are highly apologetic.
In such events we, unfortunately, don't have complete control and are finding ways to avoid them from happening. I order my glasses on the 11th last month. They showed "completed" 4 days later. As of today (6/14/21) I am still waiting for my glasses. I have contacted G4U twice via chat and keep getting the same response, which is "they are in transit from our over sea facility. Once they arrive here in California you will be given a USPS tracking number." I said thank you and asked "when will they arrive in California?" Derek's response was; "they are in transit from our over sea facility. Once they arrive here in California you will be given a USPS tracking number." It's been over a month and they still haven't arrived and they can't tell me anymore information than "they are in transit from our over sea facility. Once they arrive here in California you will be given a USPS tracking number." WOW!

I ordered extra large frames. They were small and thin and looked nothing like the image on their website. I have bought better 3D glasses for £2 at the cinema. No communication about how long it takes to deliver and nothing about them having been dispatched. I feel like I've been scammed!

I rarely wear these glasses I put them on this morning before I put my contacts in and the arm broke off, I was just sitting there, I thought the screw came out but the plastic fell off, cheaply made they did not offer a replacement pair I was happy to put the lens in another frame but mysteriously the frame doesn't exist anymore

Contrary to all reviews here Goggles provides an excellent after sales service. The rim of my glasses broke within 15 days and they sent me a free pair within the next 30 days. I love their customer service.
My glasses broke again but did not tell them as they has aready replaced it once.
The product quality is cheap and easily breakable if not handled with utmost care. Another drawback is the shipping time. If they could improve on the shipping time Goggles will be the best in th world.
I am not concerned as their price is almost 1/3 cheaper than the price of glasses you will get at regular stores. Goggles please improve delivery and quality. Thank you
