Customer service is horrible. They Do not care about satisfaction. I've bought two pair. Both at and over $60 each with "coupon". Most pairs must pay additional $15 for 2 hour service but takes weeks to arrive. One pair falls off the face and the other I have to wear with cotton balls because of pain behind the ears. No refund and they say DO NOT return to California address says shipped from. Customer service is a joke.
Update.
Mgmt contacted via email last night and we will see how honest and fair they will be on the 3rd pair.
