Appalling Service

I selected the correct size shoe, but was sent the wrong size. A member of the GOAT team confirmed that I had ordered the correct size. But the after sales rejected this, and so will not authorize a return. They said it would be at my expense. Disgraceful. I know 100% that I ordered the correct size. They obviously didn't have it in stock, so sent me the nearest size to it! What a joke. Do not use this company. I have a pair of shoes too small that I can't return. I've wasted nearly 300 euros.

Bought a pair of Yeezy slides.the shoes came in a didn't fit, I immediately sent them back and now they will not exchange and want me to pay for them to be sent back. I just want a larger size or refund and I can't get either.

No delivery

Ordered a pair of shoes and the delivery company keeps sending me texts saying they will be delivered and they never come. Then another text saying the delivery has been rescheduled and the shoes do not come. Am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I bought them for Christmas, and as soon as I saw they didn't fit I put them right back into the box and returned them. They denied my return and never gave me money back or an exchange in shoes. My shoes were in perfect condition and still no return.

Do not buy from them!

I purchased a brand new pair of SB dunks thay came very used and worn. They had juice stains on them and rocks in the bottom. The sides are very worn and the color is beyond faded. There creased so bad on the top I won't even wear them. They refuse to give me a refund but want me to come out of pocket to return them and I still won't get my refund back. Save yourself the trouble and absolutely do not buy from them. These shoes are nasty as hell.

I purchased a pair of new Nike's and received a used pair.
Soles of the shoes were all marked up upon our receipt.
There was also globs of glue around the soles, these nikes weren't even authentic- really?
Contacted them for a refund and they denied my refund stating
the shoes were used, unbelievable and super disappointing.
You will never get your money back from this scam site.
Do not waste your time or money.

Absolutely Disgusting

Placed 2 orders on Goat for Jordan 1 Rebellionaire for my son and I and they were both cancelled by Goat and I still have not recieved a dime. They offered me store credit but I want my 550.00 back. I didn't pay with store credit. During the whole process this has to be the worst customer service I ever experienced. They take forever to get back to you and no phone number. You can only contact them through email. I disputed through my bank hopefully I will have a good outcome. But I'm telling you I will never order through them again and neither should you. Once they have your money they no longer care about anything else the customer experiences. Absolutely Disgusting

They're not verified or legit shoes. I ordered some shoe for my son. They were larger and wider than the same shoe he tried on in store. I tried to return them and they said they can't be returned because they were "used" scammmmmmmm!

Authentication Failure

Ordered a pair of shoes an prior to processing I sent images of what this shoe should come with. The reason for doing so was ensuring goat makes sure the proper packaging and accessories came with that sneaker as it was an exclusive one. The assured everything would be there and I had nothing to worry about. Needless to say I did not receive them the way I should have. This confirmed that GOAT does NOT always sell authentic pair because the company who made that collab with Nike only mad the shoes with the things I was missing. This means Goat did not authenticate the shoe correctly and this is a reason for a cause refund. Goat has repeatedly ignored and refused my my reasoning for a refund and only gave me store credit. Will NEVER use the people again.

THIS COMPANY STEALS YOUR MONEY …. I stupidly paid this GOAT a hugely inflated price for a pair of trainers (more than double what they retailed for!) as a gift. DHL messaged me to say they were delivering so as I would be at work on the expected delivery date I updated the delivery instructions for the item to be left in our secure parcel box with a detailed description of it's location. Upon returning from work I checked the parcel box and it was empty! I spoke with my neighbours who confirmed they hadn't taken it in for me. I then tracked the item and there was a photo of the parcel on my doorstep but it wasn't there when I arrived home! There can be only one of 2 scenarios here … Either due to the fact that it was left there all day in full view of the road with many people passing by it has been stolen or a delivery driver took a photo of the 'delivered' item then returns to the vehicle with it thereby stealing it. Why DHL even bother contacting the customer to ask for alternate delivery instructions should you be out is beyond me. I raised this issue with GOAT who have refused to raise a claim with DHL on the basis that the picture on the tracking says it's delivered! Unfortunately GOAT my contract is with you and if you fail to deliver my item following the provided delivery instructions I will have no alternative but to sue now for my losses, plus costs, fees and compensation in my local County Court …. DO NOT BUY FROM GOAT.

Fake shoes

They sold me a pair of fake "new" Jordan's. They were held together using rubber cement. They made the entire house smell horrible. I believe that they resold them after I sent them back because they were reposted for sale.

Order missing

I recommend using StockX because Goat's customer service is terrible. My package went missing (DHL probably stole it) and they refuse to refund. I filed an affidavit and BBB complaint to no avail. I will no longer use this company nor recommend this bad company.

The same day an order was made I contacted them within hours of canceling an order and they just ignored it and didn't cancel the order and shipped the item anyway. They do not have a customer service number that can be called. They lost my business and I will never do business with them again.

Very unethical

THESE shoes were never worn. They were tried on and did not fit. I shipped them back in the exact condition that I received them in. Their so-called "team" stated that there is utmost care in their process of checking merchandise. This company has fraudulently sold me shoes that were subpar in the first place and then refused to take them back and said they were worn and damaged by me. To accuse customers of wearing and "scuffing" shoes is disgusting and fraudulent.

No currency conversion on checkout

We bought shoes from NZ. At no time in the purchasing and checkout process was USD mentioned, nor did they convert to NZD. So we paid way more than expected assuming it was NZD. Way now than if we had bought direct from addidas in NZ Unable to return, etc etc. I've emailed them with no response. Who can we complain to?

I asked for refund As went to wrong address on my Apple Pay after I changed it to new address. The gift was late for bday so I asked for return and after months no return label sent and it said pending months later. No response from them either. Never will I buy again after this experience and will use stock x

Liars at Illinois facility

It's funny because every single time yall send my shoes to Illinois they always lie and say there's a problems with my shoes. You send my shoes to cali New Jersey Michigan any other facility and I never have an issue. Why is that why everytime and you can look at how many issues I've had in the past 2 years why everytime my shoes goto Illinois they lie and say I have an odor on my shoes but any other facility they get sent to there's no issue.

I don't want my shoes being sent to Illinois anymore and if y'all can't accommodate that just close my account.

Someone at that Illinois facility needs to be reevaluated. Because obviously they don't know how to do their job. 80% of the time my shoes get sent there I have to give the customer a discount for an issue with some shoes that I know didn't have a single issue when it left my house. And this happens only at the Illinois facility. When they send my shoes to any other facility there's never a problem at all ever.

Sent StockX 100 pairs of shoes and never had an issue of if I send 100 to goat 85 will have an issue if they goto Illinois.

They tried to say some shoes last week had scuffs on them $1000 shoes that never left the box ever. They sent pictures not even showing any scuffs and then made me discount the buyer. I don't get it I don't understand but it only happens at the Illinois facility only.
