Buyer Beware, Goat Sold me fake Air Jordan 1's. I bought the ones already "authenticated" with instant purchase and shipping, they came in 2 days. The shoes don t sit flat. They rock forward and back like a seesaw. I went against my better judgement trusting this company and I got ripped off. After sending them a video of the shoes rocking and not sitting flat, they offered me $25 GOAT credit if kept them, or a full refund in GOAT credit if I returned them and "they" confirmed there was no new wear marks on them. Seriously, why would I want a credit to buy more fake shoes? Do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys.
This company is a complete joke. Stole my money. They sent my shipment to the wrong address and I didn't realize until a day later. They only give you 3 hours to cancel the order after submitted... To add insult to injury, their customer service people refused to update FedEx with the new address. They said to ask FedEx myself to update the delivery. After speaking to FedEx, they refuse to ship packages to a new address without the consent of the seller. It has to be done by them, which they refuse to do. Therefore, my package was sent to some random person and GOAT did absolutely nothing to help and also refused to refund my money. Complete JOKE of a business. How in the world can a company get away with treating customers this way who are spending hundreds to thousands of dollars on luxury goods. Will never use these clowns again for purchases. Avoid at all costs.
First time doing business with this company despite all the negative reviews, they gave me severe anxiety. I had absolutely no issues I'm 100% satisfied with my shoes right size right order right shoe I paid for the overnight delivery they were here in less than 24 hours, I mean I have no complaints at all. I feel bad for all those people. They have bad experiences but I don't buy or sell used shoes either online so I have no choice five stars thank you goat. I will definitely be here to make another purchase.
My 16 year old daughter saved up money from her first job and decided to order shoes from this pathetic site. She ordered boys sizes rather than girls. She paid to return them and then they claimed the shoes had a scuff on them and they would not give her a girls size or her money back. Total freaking scam site. No responses from their support team nothing. If I could give 0 stars I would. These people are the scum of the earth and should be shut down. $120 down the drain.
Since my initial review they have refunded my daughter her money. Don't know if the review helped or if it was my persistence in my emails to them but she finally received her refund 6 weeks later. With that being said I've adjusted my initial review to 3 stars and want to thank them for making things right.
I placed an order #******* on 11-01-2023. It was promptly shipped, and I received a tracking code. However, after a couple of days, the tracking information indicated that it was initially put on hold and then shipped back to the sender. Upon contacting their Customer Care team, they stated that, according to their records, the shipment is still in transit. When I requested a screenshot as confirmation, they ceased responding. I opened another request, but it was closed as resolved without any reply.
This has been an unpleasant experience with customer service. As of now, I haven't received my order, nor have I received a refund.
List used sneakers as new, but selling them at retail value. What a joke! That's why they're eligible for credit and not your actual money back. How can stained and dirty shoes get passed by your inspection team. What a waste of time and money.
I ordered a pair of mens 9.5 dunks. After 3 days, the seller sent the item to GOAT for verification. Something was wrong as GOAT had to find a "replacement" pair and the order was updated back to "Seller Packaging". However, GOAT decided a fair replacement pair would be a women's 9.5 and made me wait a month to get a pair of womens shoes that wouldn't fit so I could do the unnecessary return dance where it costs me money for returning it. Never been so annoyed at a company that lies directly to your face. You cannot trust GOAT. Order at your own risk. They will not be there to help.
CORRECTION: GOAT did come through and decide to refund the money before shipping after really giving them a hard time. They were insisting they were not going to to do that for the first 2 weeks.
Ordered my son a pair of the panda dunks for school on Wednesday 8/16 and had them delivered today 8/18 at 7pm. Very pleased with how quick the delivery was and 10/10 on the panda dunks.
I swear, I think these guys are running a racket. They make you pay for shoes, then they go try and find the shoes, maybe/maybe not. Then they give you zero info outside of "we passed your crap off to FedEx/UPS" and when the product never shows up, they literally tell you. "we don't care, not our problem!" I wouldn't recommend using these website! $170 bucks down the drain..
I bought the Essentials Fear of God hoodie, returned it because it was used. I got confirmation from GOAT & Fed Ex that it was returned and signed for by GOAT. They claim it was never received at their warehouse. They won't refund my money or send me back the merchandise. There is no phone # for customer service. I've been emailing with them for 5 weeks! Now they want a copy of my ID and for my to sign and have witnessed an affidavit from the state of Florida saying i didn't receive the package. When i did receive and return it. They're idiots. They suck. Don't waste your time because you surely won't get your money back.
I have placed several orders for sneakers with Goat. All my orders were abd are delayed,
I get no response from their ridiculous AI based customer support. They just responded with general statements about their procedure and how good they are.
I have now 2 orders outstanding both are late, cannot reach anybody to tell if and when they will be delivered.

Horrible customer service. First of all we got a size a slight bit small so wanted to exchange for a bigger size. These shoe were not worn and just tried on. The shoes were not even dirty. When we tried to return the shoes for a bigger size, they wouldn't give us back the total amount of money and still excluded shipping payment from this amount. We said that it was okay and proceeded to return the shoes however GOAT would not accept the return saying the shoes were worn and dirty. We talked to someone in customer service and would not try to fix the problem at all and would make us pay foe the shipping back from GOAT to our house since they wouldn't accept our return accept! This is absolutely crazy and ended up losing double the price I payed for the shoes! The co.pany policy is insane and the customer service had no empathy or friendliness to try and solve the problem.
WHATEVER YOU DO - DO NOT USE THEM. ORDER FROM StockX, MrSneaker, EVEN TARGET OVER THESE GUYS. £500 jacket was left by their courier on doorstep and, what a surprise, it was stolen. They instructed the courier it could be left there, not signed for, and now will not take any responsibility. Requested police reports and affidavits, all of which were provided, but they refuse to refund. Blatant breaches of consumer protection legislation in California and the U.K.
I ordered a pair of New Balance sneakers in the color "Sea Salt" which are a beige & white color, they delivered "Moonbeam" which are a pink & purple. They have NO customer service number or online chat. I've sent multiple emails requesting how to go about an exchange/return/refund or store credit as I am flexible on rectifying the error and they have not responded once. It has been 3 weeks of emailing and trying to reach out and there has been no communication whatsoever. I filed a dispute with my credit card.
Horrible customer service. No human interaction. You have to download an app just to initiate a return. For a simple return because if wrong size they make you jump through too many hoops and ZERO human interaction. You cannot even correspond with them via the app. They use pre designed phrases so you have to pick from those and NOT write what you want. Total joke! Do not buy from this site. I never will again! Buyer beware.
Never buying from them again. They sent me a pair of shoes in the incorrect size. I ordered a size 9. They sent me one Left 9.5 us mens, and one Right us mens 8.5. Right shoe is 1 whole size smaller, and they are MISMATCHED sizes! They refuse to issue a cash refund even though they messed up the order. Even when "GOAT Credit" is given, these bozo's deduct the shipping fee TWICE ($29) and expect you to be happy with that level of customer service. These clowns should not be in business. Shady business tactics. NEVER buying from them ever again.
The shoes look real but they are fake. They are made cheap and not properly made. They have stitching and bunches of fabric next to your baby toe and makes it impossible to wear. They also won't refund you. They only give goat credit for more crap that no one wants.
Ordered sneakers for my son. He tried right side on right foot and immediately knew they were too small. Sent them back. Would not return my money because the said they were worn? But I could resell them? Wanted refund. Sent an email telling me how carpets are dirty…. Complete rip off. Would not order from this site.
Bought a pair of chucks and got them verified by goat.com before being sent to me. They were worn for one day before the soles started falling off. Had to pay to get them shipped back to review my claim. It got denied and my options were to pay another shipping fee to get the defective shoes back or nothing. I will never use goat.com again. Horrible customer service and accountability.
