I placed an order #******* on 11-01-2023. It was promptly shipped, and I received a tracking code. However, after a couple of days, the tracking information indicated that it was initially put on hold and then shipped back to the sender. Upon contacting their Customer Care team, they stated that, according to their records, the shipment is still in transit. When I requested a screenshot as confirmation, they ceased responding. I opened another request, but it was closed as resolved without any reply.
This has been an unpleasant experience with customer service. As of now, I haven't received my order, nor have I received a refund.
