If I could give it zero I will, this is very bad/worst return policy I have ever experienced in my life so far. I had to pay for extra international fees which are not mentioned during the purchase. It is a money grab app. Also I have to pay for both receiving and sending back chipping fees (almost 100$). I highly recommend people to don't use this app or deal with them for any purchase. Honestly this is a very bad app I never used in my life and hope other people don't experience this.
The goat messed my daughter birthday,up and they are making me wait almost 2 weeks after they took my money & want refund it back.they are blaming it on a carrier on the sneakers being delayed.I have sold sneakers to the Goat,I know they process.don't use goat or flight club both companies are ripping people off
I had some account credit because the shoes I previously ordered from GOAT arrived used. I sent the shoes back, but Goat didn't accept the return, telling me they were not sent in that state. So I sold the shoes as used and got some store credit. That was the first problem I had with Goat. So, Since I had the store credit I decided to purchase (order #*******) a pair of Adidas Prime X, Brand new one. Paid the rest with my card and waited………. 2 weeks later now and nothing, they got the shoes, it was verified but never shipped to me. Now that I am ready to receive anything from goat with a camera, opening the box in front of the delivery/carrier personal, they simply do not ship my shoes. They also did not give my money back yet and no explanation whatsoever. This is the state of American business nowadays…
I ordered my son some royal blue Jordan 12s from here as a christmas gift and they were defective. The whole sole of the shoe came off the first day he wore them and the company won't exchange or give me a refund. I'm really pissed. Don't order from this site. You will regret it.
Ordered shoes from GOAT, ended up paying essentially 50% of purchase price on import duties and brokerage charges. Pricing at some other sites (e.g. StockX) break out these fees, and attempt to match Canadian buyers and sellers. Customer service was also severely lacking at GOAT. Avoid at all costs
Order #*******. On 3/8/22 I ordered a pair of Converse *******C Chuck 70 High 'Unleash Peace - Royal Ghost Green' – Size US 10.5 M. I received the package on 3/17/22. I was out of the country until 3/21 and opened the box immediately upon my arrival. It only took a few seconds to notice that the front of the sole on the left shoe was popping out and the beading was not straight. The right shoe has a dip or crease in the toe cap. All tags were missing. They claim they inspect the shoes but that obviously didn't happen. GOAT is very slow to respond and only communicates through email. After telling them I want a full refund to my card they only offer a store credit. I will not be forced to spend even more money on a company that regularly rips off their customers.
I have had two experiences with Goat now and they have both been terrible. The customer service is non-existent and any issues you have with your purchase will go completely unnoticed. I have never been "ghosted" by customer service before, but after three weeks of trying to get a resolution, I've given up. Don't waste your time or money on this company.
Do not order from this site. Awful customer service overpriced and unprofessional. Returns are a joke might as well throw your money in the gutter. Worst site I have ever ordered from and or dealt with.
Sneakers didn't fit were never worn returned immediately per their request and it took 25 emails to say I can have a credit not even a return and not for the full amount. Never again! Buyer beware!

It is horrible how they treat you.they made the mistake and would not own it. The shoes were too small for my son. Anyway I made the mistake and I hope you guys don't as well
Shipping time is way too long within US. Shipping charged for each item if I buy 3 item shipping will cost you $45. Can't get my money back, return item stays as a credit form. They selling good stuff but too much inconvenience. I would never shop again.

The item (the soccer cleats) has never been delivered to me. Amazon has always taken care of missing items due to the carrier's fault like UPS, Fedex... etc to make it easier for us, but this Goat ask me to do lots of paper works. I don't recommend Goat to anyone. Goat took my money, $95.62 including the item and shipping costs, and I didn't receive the item.
I had bought a pair of Common Projects through the GOAT app and it was marked as authentic. Sure enough I also thought it was authentic...until a pair I bought from Saks Fifth (authorized seller) arrived in the mail. Everything above the sole looked legit but the sole itself was a DEAD giveaway! The quality speaks for itself! No idea how this would've passed their "checks".
I've been waiting for a pair of shoes I ordered over two weeks ago, still haven't gotten them. They're custom service is $#*!. Don't buy from them go for stockx even though stockx is higher in there prices. It's worth actually getting your shoes for more money.
Ordered the fruity Pebble dunks for my daughter. One shoe was wrinkled the other shoe string was shredded very badly. If they verify these shoes they should never happen. I will no longer order from them ever again
I bought these shoes thought they were a deal. I don't know what these are. Bought them for an outfit, but changed what I was wearing at the last minute. Fast forward a year later get the shoes out and surprise they fake. Got all the certification from goat they real. Don't waste your money it's a rip off
Received my Jordan Retro and the glue that keeps them together is coming apart. Tried to get my money back or exchanged but they would do that. Been buying from Goat for over 10 years and this is the first time I get a defective sneaker. I'm not a customer of Goat anymore.
Website sucks, customer service sucks, prices/fees suck, no one will help you if you ever have an issue, if you send shoes they have a good chance of getting stolen or "lost", uses UPS which is also a horrible experience, made a claim for my lost package and instead of paying me they paid goat. Overall bad experience only use if desperate
I purchased a pair of shoes as a Christmas present for a relative. The shoes were too small (my fault), so I tried to return and exchange them for the right size. With most companies, a simple exchange would be no big deal. But with GOAT it was like getting 3 root canals without novocain. This company goes out of its way to make sure a customer cannot get an exchange or refund and sets up obstacle after obstacle to ensure a return does not occur. In the end, and after much time spent working with customer service (I use that phrase loosely), I was able to return the shoes. But GOAT kept 50% of the purchase price, essentially charging a $30 restocking/return fee for a pair of shoes. I would avoid this company like the plague. They are a scam group.
It took several weeks to receive my order. After two sellers it got shipped. It took about 4 weeks and 2 days. The app said that everything was new but the box was in bad condition. Overall I would not recommend buying from this website.
