The driver has driven past my house four times already, without stopping to ring the doorbell and give me the parcel, citing the fact that I was not home. Although at that very moment I was home, but no one called. It is easier for them to take everything to the parcel store at once than to stop at each door. But when I pay for delivery at my address, I want it at the door and not go and pick it up myself.
Try to avoid this company they all the time are lying that no one was at home when they try to deliver. Customer support totally unusable.
Before the package was delivered they claimed wrong zip code then they said the address was wrong. I get packages daily from FedEx and UPS to the same address and they never have an issue. Package that should have been 1 day delivery took over a week.
Delivery to work place. Driver forged my signature and left the €500 parcel randomly on hospital corridor. Lucky to find it after 2 days. AVOID

First experience with this service. Their courier left my package in the middle of the floor in a public lobby of my apartment complex where it was stolen before I even got the notification it was delivered. Emailing them they told me there was nothing they could do and directed me to the seller, who had nothing at all to do with their negligence.
This company sees nothing wrong with a courier just throwing a package onto the floor and taking off, and will do nothing to help after the fact. I advise staying as far away from them as possible as both shipper and receiver.

I wish I could give 0 starts. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We are a business and purchased an item and the shipper using GLS, and after 4 days of saying they were going to deliver it, found out they LOST it. Reading their reviews, they lose packages all the time How are they still in business being this bad.
It's quite simple, my package was stolen!
The carrier came to my house, tried to call but I could not answer, then I received a message saying the package was delivered. I called him and he told me that it was put on my letter box. A package containing 3 big items could never be put in my small mailbox. Obviously I want home a few hours later and nothing in my mailbox (as expected), not near my mailbox, nowhere to be found! I try my best now never to use them, you should do the same! I contacted the e-commerce website, and they are still investigating 20 days later!
Gave a 1 star because 0 was not an option. Contacted company prior to delivery, given incorrect information, package delivered to wrong address with misspelled name and line for signature. Told they were sorry and would investigate. No other response or helpful information. Representative was rude and dismissive during report.
I have gotten the worst customer service from GLS in my entire life time. The driver would not deliver as we have a security gate. I contacted Customer Service after first non delivery and gave them the gate code. A second delivery attempt was made after I gave my gate code, the driver again did not try to contact me via intercom or use the gate code. I chatted with Customer Service after second non delivery and included my phone number so driver could call me. The driver tried the next day after all my contacts with Customer Service and still would not deliver my package because of gate. I live in a 180 home development and have received literally thousands of items over twenty years from dozens of carriers without a problem. GLS returned my package without informing me. I did not receive any notice that they were delivering my package which required a signature and made me stay at home 3 consecutive days. And still did not deliver. I would give 0 if possible.
Horrible company, let you wait the whole day on a package thats not coming. I hate this company and will never order here again. Please nobody order here i strongly advise to choose any other company than GLS.!
Paid for an item 2/12 on eBay, item shipped 2/14 after inquiring. GLS tracking showed 2/15 delivery, then rescheduled for 2/16. End of day I contacted them and they stated they didn't have the item but expecting to deliver by the 19th. After no updates, I contacted both GLS and eBay seller again and they updated their website for 2/20 delivery.
Please ask the seller who they use for delivery before purchasing if you want to avoid headache from frustrations.
They held onto out box when it was 100 out in Arizona and all the food was rotten. The second attempts we called to see when it would be deliver only to be told they would email us. No email and it was held for delivery til the end of the day when it was 105 out. Get it together. You just cost a company 480$
I decided to write a review but probably will need more than 100 characters. Never on time, we suppose to receive our package every Friday by 2:00 PM and never came at 2:00 PM always at 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM when the office is closed. The customer service, good luck if they pick up the phone or you got someone in the chat. No way to track your package effectively or accurately. They change the delivery date if they are not delivering on the date supposed to be. Your business will be a failure if you use GLS as a delivery company. Today I'm writing the review because today is Monday and still waiting for the package that is useless because we use the content for our Sunday Bulletin, which our advertiser paid to be there. What a shame.

I ordered from eBay. The pkg's was delivered on Sunday. 3/3/24. Didn't ring door bell nor knock. A neighbor had to tell me I had a pkg(s). Their just as bad as FedEx n UPS n USPS!
I tried calling the company. Their not open on Sundays. It was a car that delivered my items. The neighbor saw the driver. I didn't. The same thing happen on a Saturday. N it was raining. Just dropped my PKG(s) on a wet porch I dislike this delivery service.
PLS DONT LET THEM DELIVER TO ME AGAIN.

Short version: GLS somehow managed to "lose" FOUR 21" tires and then jerked me around for over a week trying to get them to respond to the original shipper. Meanwhile, fabricated and misleading information is posted in the tracking, and even a week after they claim the packages were "lost," the tracking info keeps showing there's a delivery coming.
Their customer service agents (on the rare occasion you can reach one) are rude, and really don't like being called out for dishonesty, but the proof is in the article above. Bottom line: Find another shipping company. These guys are clowns.
GLS lied about attempting to deliver my parcel for a week before finally admitting they had lost my package. I contacted them daily looking for it, and at one point, their customer service rep "Rachel" called me a liar when I told her as much. Really disappointed with this company and the treatment they give their end users.
I had a package set for delivery 12/5…. System has yet to up date any tracking information. Tried the chat two days in a row nothing tried calling just to sit on hold for 45 minutes. Checked tracking today still no updated scans but it says delivery date 12/6 …. Never received a text update which I signed up for. Now o have to go through the hassle of disputing these charges with my bank
Received notice that GLS attempted to deliver a package. Called GLS. Listened to music for an hour. GLS rep said they would deliver it between 8 & 12 the next day. Took off work. NO show. Called GLS. Said they'd get back to me. Contacted them by chat and got a message "An agent is on the way." No call back. No agent. I have no idea who sent me something via GLS, but whoever it is wasted a lot of my time and money. Don't even think of using GLS.
So I bought a gaming computer from NZXT. Has awesome specs for a great price. Looked beautiful when it showed up. If only it turned on. The only way we knew that the computer had arrived was from the thud of the GLS delivery man throwing it on my doorstep. They didn't even knock for an order you had to sign for. When i plugged it in everything turned on but due to a RAM fault (probably from being thrown) the computer never even displayed anything at all. Hoping that GLS doesn't deliver the repaired one
