Ordered a package from Olive and June. Package was shipped from less than 50 miles from my house and GLS lost it. Customer service is pretty much non-existant. In the future I won't be ordering from any site that uses GLS
My package was supposed to arrive on 7/18/23 never came, then they said 7/19 never came, then 7/20 never came. Now the tracking says NO delivery attempts 7/20 thru 7/21. Nobody answers the phone goes to voicemail every time and never get a call back. Try to contact them via their chat and get a message that says we're attempting to find an agent for you but it times out after 5 minutes and you get prompted to start a new chat but never get anyone. How is this company still in business and why on earth would any other company do business with them.
My package was marked delivered on Monday that was supposed to be delivered to ME on Saturday, only to deliver it at the wrong address. Now, they're telling me they can't get any follow up from the driver and want me to contact the company I bought the item from myself. This is honestly so frustrating. I have always been so patient with everything, but this is just too much. This is the first time I made a negative review about a company. This transaction is stressing me out!
Driver will not call me to open the gate or walk the 10 feet to the office to ask them to open it, since there is no callbox.

Last year one time the driver said i refused to accept the package and they sent it back but i was home and nobody came to my door. One more time the driver said could not be delivered because i was not home. Today the third time in last year when the driver don't come but says nobody was home!

Wasn't ringing, I got the online notification I wasn't available. Few minutes later it was already in the store - no way you can make it in that time to the store. Also waiting for 15 Minutes in the hotline - not helpful. They don't care. Don't accept packets from them, don't use their service if you're a vendor. You only harm your own rating.
I have been trying to find my shipment for 2 weeks now and when I call customer service they say I need to talk to their shipping department, when they do it says it is closed and to leave a message. I have done so 4 times and never a call back. When I said I would go pick my package up at their terminal close to where I am they refuse to do so. Save your time money and headache use another shipping company!
This company rip you off? They are not worth of your trust and business. They always charge you more and then they will say it's always your fault and take money out of your account left and right. Please take your business somewhere else where they value your business. This is a total rip off avoid at any cost. Their driver ruin your package and even steal some stuff from it and then after nobody acknowledge their mistake.
Still unresolved. The warehouse out of Sacramento, CA literally went in and changed the tracking details from no delivery attempted, to missing, to now delivered despite also documenting that I called the day AFTER the supposed delivery requesting update. I did not choose this delivery method, DYSON did. It looks like missing deliveries is a common theme for this company
I don't know how this company is still in business. They "lost" 2 of my packages. Brand new bikes for my toddlers bdays. Tracking kept saying rescheduled on both packages until I contacted them and they said the packages are both "missing". How do you lose 2 large packages? I've read tons of reviews on the same thing. People at this company must be stealing.
Terrible. The driver forged my name on something that needed my signature. When I got home, after seeing that my package was delivered via a notification, package was no where to be found, and it said I signed for it.
Terrible shipping service. Promises 1 day but takes 2. Tracking info is less detailed than UPS, Fedex, USPS. Unreliable and not worth the money. Avoid at all costs.
Every week I ship a package and a package gets shipped to me. Twice this month they have lost a package that was picked up in LA and never made it to Long Beach. No one answers the phone, but there is a call back option. Called Thursday - no call back. Called Friday - no call back. Called Monday - they called back. But... nothing they can do because it's been longer than 5 days. It wouldn't have been too long if they had called back in less than 3 days. Tried contacting them through website as well. Form REQUIRES the tracking number be entered. I got an email back saying that they need the tracking number. What? Every person I have ever dealt with on the phone is as rude as rude gets. THEY ARE THE WORST
For 4 days they have said my package was on the truck and in transit. First excuse was they could not find the house; next the normal delivery man was on vacation; last excuse was they were very busy. I could not talk to a supervisor. When I said I didn't give a s**t they were busy as they have had the package on the truck for 4 days they hung up on me for using profanity. Direct TV was the shipper. Do NOT use this fly by night and 3rd rate parcel service.
I had $300 worth of wine which of course required a signature. They claim they made 3 attempts to deliver but there was only one tag on the door and I was home all day on the other days they claim attempts were made. I called the second day after the tag was left but they already returned the package. This is the second time they have failed to deliver. I think they use subs who could care less about your package.
This has been a nightmare. Day two of the Out to Deliver process they said they delivered: but no delivery. No truck, no package. Their data says "Dropbox" signed for the package. Is this theft by their driver?

They didn't deliver my Dyson purchase. They said they delivered and I signed it. But I have security camera and tracking people who was coming. So that day I didn't have anyone. I've send them all information and they told me they can't track who was they driver because it was a week ago. So I don't believe it. Every normal company has information about that. They do payments to them. But reading reviews from their workers they do not pay them either…
GLS damaged the parcel
GLS didn't deliver the parcel, but returned it back to sender, damaged repacked in different box, with missing items and damaged items. I contacted gls slovakia customer service, who were Really rude and unprofessional and they asked for the claim form to be filled in online. They wouldn't provide any info how did the damage the parcel, why it looked like the trash bin and why was parcel sent between Hungary and Germany 3 times forth and back. They simply declined the claim blamed me that parcel was incorrectly wrapped. My question is why was parcel collect by gls driver and why he didn't refuse it ad it states on their collection slip, that driver is only allowed to collect correctly wrapped parcels. GLS don't value the customers, all they are interested in is your money, customer service employees are very unprofessional and try to get yo off the phone as soon as possible.
I have called the company 3 times as my package was expected to arrive on 10/14/2022. I called them on 10/14,10/17 and 10/18. Each time I get a different answer of they can not find my package and it has been escalated. They can not answer my questions or find it. Do not waste your time with this company and from now on when I order I will be sure to review the shipping company and if they chose to ship by GLS I will not order from them
I've had 7 deliveries from this company, the 1st 3 went fine and that was it. One delivery of frozen food delayed 7 days, they never delivered as the package was obviously rancid. Another delivery arrived 7 days later, zero notification and damaged. The next delivery had to travel 250 miles and never arrived 5 days later, shipper filed a lost claim. They said it wasn't lost and delivered the next day, zero notification it was coming. Latest delivery has been in Vegas for 12 days, They gave updates it was being delivered for 3 days and then zero updates. I live 90 miles away still no delivery. Why anyone using them is a mystery
Answer: Minimum 20 minute wait time via online or by phone. Longest time I waited was 3 hours and still no one picked up
