How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Gls Your High Class Parcel?

Minimum 20 minute wait time via online or by phone. Longest time I waited was 3 hours and still no one picked up

No answer on the phone or via email. So been unable to reach anyone

ALmost impossible. And they try to make money from their own mistakes - their number is a toll number, at least in portugal
