GLS has lost a package and refuses to take responsibility for it.
The shortcomings of GLS are the following:
-GLS did not inform us about the time of delivery;
-the code on the non-home message that we found did not work;
-when we complained, it was emailed that the package had been scanned at our door and delivered to a certain Jessica. When we let it be known that no Jesica lives at our address, GLS emailed us to ask the sender for a delivery inquiry.
-I called GLS about it. In that telephone conversation I was told that the package had been delivered to the house number of the neighbors across the street. Too bad this wasn't on the non-home message. In that telephone conversation, GLS was able to tell us where the package came from and what dimensions and weight it had;
- however, the package was not delivered to the neighbors or to the adjacent addresses either. A Jessica was also unknown at those addresses;
- Called and emailed again with GLS. GLS got no further than asking the sender for a delivery inquiry. GLS claims that it is not free to conduct its own investigation.
This seems like nonsense to me. If I give permission, there is no privacy issue. And if the sender's permission is really required to set up a delivery investigation, it is up to GLS to ask for it. The information that GLS was able to provide about the parcel shows that it knows which parcel it is and who it comes from. Moreover, you can expect GLS to administer this in an orderly manner.
In summary: the delivery is substandard (no message about the time of delivery, an incorrect non-home message, a code that does not work and delivery to an unknown person) and the service is substandard because GLS does not take responsibility for its failure to perform due to its failure to own initiative, but sends the recipient into the woods.

I was told by two people my package was going to arrive on the 6th day comes and no package i waited the whole day for my package i called again and they tell me that my package wasnt in oregon but yet the other people said that it was and then they told me that they had too many packages and to ask fashion nova for a sulotion and that they can reship my order to fashion nova the tracking is incorrect it even said deliverd today knowing my package was not in Portland yet and they only had said it gotten delivered because i had talked to them earlier in the day about where my order is so they did it to cover their mistake of not delivering my order i talked to fashion nova about it they came up with a excuse too so at this point i will be reporting fraud since they waisted my time and lied about delivering my package that technically is fraud i hope gsl gets shutdown ive never had a issue like this before both companies were disrespectful and liars if i ever see this as a shipping method i will not buy anything from their business that is how bad this was it wasnt just a mistake they just dont do their job and lie and mess with peoples packages defenitly not how you should treate customers if you see this review never use gsl they will lie and waist youre time also this is for gsl update the things you do before you guys get in legal trouble i should be able to see tracking of my order or be notified of a issue and how long until my order will actually arrive its their job to update you it took talking to 3 people total to figure out you guys were busy and lied about when my package will arrive and lied about delivering it they should be ashamed of therselves doing this to people anywas please do not mess with people time and packages and learn how to communicate and update people on their orders my package shouldn't just be laying around and nobody letting me know when its actually going to arrive but lie to cover that all up they are childish idiots fashion nova should be ashamed of theirselves too for saying i didnt pay for rush to get the package when that had nothing to do with this issue just because i didnt pay for rush dosent mean they can lie about when it will be delivered and lie about my order being delivered im so dissapointed in these people and fashion nova dosent usually treate people like this as far as ik gsl has been treating everyone any kind of way but i will be reporting both companies its not worth it to get reported when you can just do youre job but hey sooner or later they will get shutdown and thats going to be what they get for treating people $#*!ty
they are liars they don’t deliver youre package nor do deliver it on time and theyre tracking is incorrect and they dont call or text you about an issue with delivery to let you know a new date of when the package will arrive and they dont care to help you fix this issue if i were u i would avoid using a scam and a company that will dick u around about youre packages and lie about delivering them when they didnt just cover up them not delivering the package they told me they were busyandthatswhy
