Worst Experience Ever
August 26, 2020

I have been waiting Months to get my package... months! They keep giving me the run around. Every week I chat with their customer service and they say they will send it out that week... but Nothing. I FEAR it has been stolen or lost.
I Regret ever using this company. It has been a sickening experience.

Few years ago, I would rate their service to be one of the worst. Now a day, whatever they have done, just simply great. They improved their service by a mile. Chat and support are knowledgeable and very helpful. Website user interface is more attractive and efficient. Processing speed is great. I really hope they keep it up.

I've tried multiple services similar to GS and and nothing compares to their rates, excellent customer support or fast service. Not to mention there's always a catch with these companies - either you pay for a picture of your item or a fixed fee for consolidation (unless you're a paying monthly subscriber of their ridiculous plans). GS does both for free. The days of overcharging are over.

Best services amongst all
September 2, 2020

Ive tried several forwarders including myus, reship etc but globalshopaholics been the best for me. Im from Pakistan and their system has worked best for me. They give the best shipping rates and very secure as well. Shipped 11 parcels with varying weights from 2lb to 20 lb.
Suggestion for the company, they should open business in other countries like UK, Germany etc as well.

I've ordered three glass vases to be consolidated, they were very delicate and expensive. They took the time not only to bubble wrap each case individually but make sure the inside of each vase was protected as well. You can tell that they took their time and creating my shipment and it's very appreciated

I registered here on the recommendation of a friend but my experience is not completely good was disappointing
Every step takes too long more than other companies, I absolutely do not recommend working with it. Very large delays in everything, even the service is very bad, and the recommendation was that shipping prices are cheaper, but I was surprised that it is very expensive and there are fees for packaging

I have been a client of Global Shopaholics for over a year now and they helped me receive more than 20 packages from US. Their shipper options are many and I can choose any of them depending on how urgently I need my package. The rates are pretty reasonable as well. The option of package consolidation is a money-saver. I will continue using this service. I don't get why other companies are so overrated when this company perfectly provides similar and better services.

I honestly can't say enough about this company, it's people, and the service. I have several orders completed and more in the works. They've literally shipped hundreds of items to my overseas address. Packing is superb, the prices are rock-bottom, and everything arrived in perfect condition. They're also fast. The new website is friendly, detailed, gives me real images of purchased items, and allows me to prepare my own waybills. I've used a lot of shipping and shopping services, but never any as professional and reasonable as Global Shopaholics. <3

I have received a few packages and planned to get them when I return back home as I was travelling around.
When Logged into the system after some time to check the recently arrived parcels I saw I was charged 170$ of storage fees for 3 packages exeeding the storage period
They have not sent a single reminder email regarding this, when I contacted them they said maybe your items are destroyed! (I have then read their terms and conditions and could see after the storage period + 15 days they may sell the item in auction!) but they were saying we have destroyed it (Maybe being stolen!)
Be carefull as they are not even following their own terms and policy!
Surely a decorated Scam
I will file legal complaint against them

Congratulations to the entire Global Shopaholics team, They were super helpful and patient with me... My box arrived in very good condition and the products were well packed, I didn't even have to ask to add bubble wrap hahaha, top! I really loved the services, they just had to inform the days when the carriers go to collect the products from the warehouse before the customer makes the payment.

This company seems to sometimes be a fly by night scam company... losing packages, having shipping labels that sometimes show false tracking information etc... I notified the authorities after seeing the shady practices after ordering a product to be shipped... I hope karma hits them where the sun don't shine

Tip for consumers: The customer service sucks. The chat can't help with anything and tells you to write to shipping. Shipping tells you to write to Storage. No one communicates with each other. They make promises in writing they refuse to keep and then rip you off in random shipping charges. This used to be a great company. Don't waste your time or put your money at risk with this company.

Best Company

Best services with cheap rates and quick delivery. I've been using their service for nearly a year now, and it's awesome. I frequently have packages shipped to combine and never had any problems. The interface is user-friendly and the shipping costs are very reasonable. I wasn't sure what to think of them when I first came across their website but I'm pleasantly surprised and I love the service!
