Not Honest

All agents lies, just to postpone the shipment readiness. Everyday telling the same answer which is your package will be ready today. Takes too much time to get in touch with them in the chat. When talk to them, they mostly ignoring and replying fast. Do not recommend to use their service. There are plenty competitive companies better than them

I had payment issue and it has been solved professionally by Agent Elia. She processed my request very fast to revise my order and pay the differences of the shipping fees with no delay.

They are keeping my package hostage!
I have had a package sent to them weeks ago and ever since I have been unable to login. After multiple attempts to contact them I was eventually told that it was do to an update and would be fixed soon. That was over 2 weeks ago and still no access. They don't answer emails or try to help in any way. DO NOT USE.

I always use this website as my first choice to get my stuff from United States. I am a costumer with them since 2017 and made about 6 orders shipped from them. The shipping rates they give it to you are one of most reliable prices than other fraud forward companies. Their services are easy just hit the button of customer service ask what you want even if you want to withdraw some stuff in your locker, they respond quickly and oriented me what to do to get it back to the seller and here is some photos of the conversations.

Great customer support

I really like the service and customer support of Globalshopaholics. It is not the first time I use their services with zero disappointment as always. Steven was really a great help with me on my last shipment, he resolved my issue on the spot, very understanding guy. Really recommended service provide based on my experience.

Shipping at home

I am completely satisfied with your service, the order arrived on the exact day, although there was a bit of complication in the customs clearance process, but it was resolved.
The interesting thing is that when it comes to shipping it's brilliant, as there are so many options.

As a complaint.
You need to respond as quickly as possible as, there is a lot of slow customer service.

Since December the service from GS has declined to the point of pathetic... I've had a package consolidated and paid shipping sitting in the warehouse for over a month... The only way I get contacted is thru Instagram and I have to Shame them into responding... whoever wrote the 5 Review, must work for them... Peter constantly puts me off and hangs up on me...

I have used their services for shipping, from US to Germany. I wanted to ship anniversary gift to my cousin early and couldn't wait for 5 to 6 days as other companies were asking, globalshopaholics done this job for me in just 3 days, believe me they served me very professionally by fulfilling their commitment.

Slow but reliable

I used this site alot in the past, Recently however iam facing a lot of issues and slow response from agents.
Only handful of them are reliable and will be able to guide me through and answer my inquiries.

I hope they fix their issues soon, otherwise i am shifting to another website.

Lots of careless mistakes

I have used MyUs for the past few years and it was pretty easy and convenient but quite pricy therefore I decided to check globalshopaholics. My experience is not so great so far with countless mistakes from their side including entering the same package twice, wrong package information and so on. However, the chat is quite helpful especially agents James and Brad. One of my issues is still not resolved but I am giving them one last shot.

I've been a customer of GlobalShopaholics for more than 2 years. The quality of their services were more than super. Support by chat or email was very effective. Nothing to complain about. Since they moved to their new storage facility in New Castle things started to decline. I spent long periods of time trying to get someone to respond to my chat regarding an issue that cannot be solved without some direct contact. The problem is that you will be able to see the actual contents of your packages AFTER you consolidate packages for shipping. Recently, I had an issue with one of the packages I'm about to ship. So I wanted to chat with support to let them know. This is a paid service and not free. After waiting sometimes more than an hour on the chat window I get someone that promises me that they will do so by today or tomorrow. This continues for the next week, no response, no reply no service. You pray that you will receive your stuff without anything missing. Support is ZERO. I was more than clear and I left messages with detailed photos hopefully someone would read it and address my issue. Nothing. Eventually, I gave up. I paid for shipping and I'm waiting for them to ship it. It is really unfortunate, I was more than happy with the services they provide. Good thing is there are so many other companies competing in this line of business. I wish someone would read this and rectify things. But. I don't think so..

I outlined my request with photos hoping that they will respond. No way of telling what is the item; the photo is unclear.

I had 2 major shipments so far, received without problems nor delays, the site is very easy to navigate, and they deliver what they promise in terms of service and goods.
Very much recommended for those who need to ship from US to their home country where the seller doesn't provide shipping services.

I ordered my first pc on GS and so far the customer service experience has been outstanding compared to myus and shopandship on top of that their shipping prices are just amazing compared to other shipping companies i've used in the past, also they do not charge a monthly fee or any fee at all to have a monthly membership for an address 10/10 would recommend will update when my package arrives.

I buy some toys from Amazon, Which I wanted to present my grandchildren on Christmas. I was late and shipping companies were demanding too many days for shipping. I came across this website on google, and I had a conversation with one of their representative, he told me that yes they can ship my items before Christmas. I had no option at that time, I decided to use their services. But now I'm very much happy and satisfied because they did what they committed. Thier customer service is great, They keep me updated Via E-mail and with their live chat service

Delays + Hidden Fees
February 13, 2021

I have horrible experience. Global Shopaholics too > 10 days to consolidate the package. After consolidation they add $10 additional fees for dangerous goods handling for no reason. I talked to all their customer service representative: James, Steven, Elia, Mohammed. Etc. And they all indicated that its a technical error on their side and they all lie to me that ti will get sorted. Honestly there is no reason to use them if they delay packages so much and add hidden fees (this is part from the weird Paypal "fees' that no one else charges) - not recommended

I am afraid some team members at the warehouse are currently retaliating against me for requesting to expedite the consolidation process.

I have all communications documented.

1- once I sent a request to customer service to assign my last incoming parcel, they replied that they did not receive it. Although FedEx investigated and ruled that it was delivered to the right place and provided proof of the delivery.

2- I requested to consolidate the remaining items just to move on. Although I requested to consolidate items in one box, they spread them to 3 boxes and the shipping cost went from the average $200 to $1,910. All for 27 lbs only. Shipping ID J5DW1474.

I am worried that the retaliation will go further and will cause me losses beyond my capability to recover them. Hence I took the conversation here because this platform is known to help people like me in need.

They have reasonable prices, multiple shipping courier options, and they let you edit customs pricing which is their biggest advantage. I wish they work on weekends to accelerate consolidation and shipping.

Lately, they probably stole an item from me and although I raised a ticket, they took a month saying we are investigating and eventually denied everything and told me we won't do you anything even the item wasn't so valuable. Their customer support is so poor and they take weeks sometimes to consolidate shipments. If you are looking for reliable service, stay away from them.

I was concerned about shipping fragile products, some china and photo frames. I, however, took the chance and shipped them via Global Shopaholics. I requested special packing with added padding and bubble wrapping. They packed exactly how I wanted my packages to be packed. These services are also free of cost. I also found Global Shopaholics to be reasonable if we talk about the pricing, as compared to other shipping companies.

Now that I have received my china and other glass-made articles in 10/10 condition, I can personally vouch for this company. I would recommend Global Shopaholics to my family and friends.
