Tip for consumers: The customer service sucks. The chat can't help with anything and tells you to write to shipping. Shipping tells you to write to Storage. No one communicates with each other. They make promises in writing they refuse to keep and then rip you off in random shipping charges. This used to be a great company. Don't waste your time or put your money at risk with this company.

Best services with cheap rates and quick delivery. I've been using their service for nearly a year now, and it's awesome. I frequently have packages shipped to combine and never had any problems. The interface is user-friendly and the shipping costs are very reasonable. I wasn't sure what to think of them when I first came across their website but I'm pleasantly surprised and I love the service!
Never use this company if you actually want your order. My wife ordered a parcel using their services. The parcel was delivered and then after we arranged onward shipping and paid the cost they lost the item. We have been waiting weeks for them to refund all of the costs and now today they have finally refunded just the cost of the shipping despite telling us they would refund in full given they lost the item. Just shocking and terrible customer service as well.

I tried fishisfast, stackery, qwintry and myus. GlobalShopaholics has many advantages over other companies if you can see, their shipping price are way cheaper than the others. If i could, i would rate Global more than 5 star.
I shipped multiple gadgets from GS to pakistan. I had to get them checked before shipping, GS being so generous got my equipment tested free of cost!
The shipping is fast as well as cheap. Definitely coming back for future shippings :D

One girl name Elia help me a lot to solve my problem. Just one thing to highlight, the way they pack the items need some improvement. I ship used hat and need proper arrangement of the hats in the box. Other than that, good service.

I would not encourage any one to deal with them because a package of mine was missing and was lost
Platform and website is excellent, and pricing seems reasonable honestly but what is the point where there is a good change you may lose your shipment or it gets lost and you wouldn't get your money back.
So there is a risk involvement and I found some others have had the same issue in which they lost one of their shipments, otherwise I would recommend it

Preparing packages are very very slow and your packages will be lost.
Preparing packages are very very slow. 2 pallets = 2 months.
6 packages get lost and there is no any true respond.
I don't understand how they can't find 2 KitchenAid mixer with the 30 pounds weight each. + 2 hand mixers + 2 blenders
They have a store that sell some items. You can't see that store because that is a private store! Do they sell the customers items?
If you want to lost your items you can work with them!

The worst forwarding service! Do not use them. They lost packages for me and never refunded me, after paying the shipping fees for the packages, they wait more than 9 days and still not shipped, i contact them everyday and they keep lying. And their customer service is terrible, they reply after 30 mins then if you dont reply within 2 mins the end the conversation.
I have been dealing with them for almost seven months for now, if you have any complaint they are fast in solving it especially ( jawwad), They Provide multiple shipping courier options with reasonable prices, sometimes they can offer you some discount also, and they let you edit customs pricing which is their biggest advantage. I highly recommend it

I used them for the first time to ship some items that I bought from Amazon & eBay, and they arrive way before the date I expected it to arrive.
Their live customer service is just amazing, most of the USA forwarding companies that I used before didn't have that feature, They reply instantly and they help you a lot.
I was even surprised that they can ship batteries with Aramex without taking any extra fees.

The service was good and delivered on time. However, my package was reduced by one item due to shipping regulations after my payment was made. There was no reimbursement of the said amount after the reduction in items to be delivered.
Using them for few months now as an active user of forwarding services, i had the following problems:
Missing items!. The company doesn't care about the security of packages leading to a messed up, broken and lost items
The company refused to compensate for anything
No response from costumer services. Contacting this company is difficult
Misleading information in the website led to charge of extra money from my card. The company admit that they don't offer the service but REFUSED to return money!
This company is extremely untrustworthy from my point of view and i truly recommend finding another forwarding providers if you buy small, fragile or value items.

When living outside of the US, it can be a hassle ordering stuff you really need and want from America. With Global Shopaholics it has been super easy, and they have completely solved that problem for me. Now I don't have to travel to get what I need.
