I received my glasses timely, however within a few weeks of getting them the screw fell out and both lenses kept falling out. I requested they send me a new screw as it is very hard to find a matching gold screw that will work. They've told me they will send me one, they've told me they will return my calls and I never hear back from them. Even if they send me a screw my other lens keeps falling out when the screw is tight in it. These were prescription Oakley's that I purchased from them. Their customer service is non-existent.

Fantastic

Super pleased with my frames! They came exactly as expected! (I ordered 2 pairs of glasses express shipping and got my frames in 3 days as said). I ordered my frame size a large and it was a perfect fit. I'm pretty sure everyone knows the size of their face, I figured out my size based on my cheeks lol I have full cheeks so a large size best suits my face. This is my first time ordering from glassesUSA, yes I read multiple reviews before ordering however I took a chance knowing that this website is not a scam. Thank you guys for your service I am super satisfied. My frames were in great condition and my prescription was identical to my current frames I already have. I say the best way is to upload your perception via photo just to make sure everything is accurate. GREAT JOB GLASSESUSA! I would definitely recommend this website.

When ordering more than one frame, it has to be separate orders, unfortunately you can't add more than one to your cart.

Had a horrible experience with them. They misread my prescription and sent me the wrong contacts strength. When I notified them on a Tuesday, they acknowledged the mistake and said they will get if fixed and I should be getting an email from the returns team within 48hrs. I called 3 days later because I haven't sent me a return slip. Supervisor said they will work on it and call me back. Next day, no one called back and I called again, spoke to a manager this time and they contacted the returns dept. got me the returns slip and said if I return it to post office that morning, they can have it shipped to me by Wednesday. Went to the post office and called the manager back and she confirmed i will receive it on Wednesday. Thursday comes and no contacts but I get an email asking for my prescription. I call them and apparently they can't open it up anymore- so basically the lost my prescription. Shouldn't this have been done on Monday or Tuesday, not the day after I was supposed to receive the order. After about 12 calls and maybe 10-11 hrs on the phone with them… I confirmed Friday it would ship… and maybe get it on Tuesday next week… I'm not holding my breath. Wouldn't use them again ever! Now looking for legal means of possible…

The company sent me a EMAILVIP65 welcome coupon which promised 65% off and free RX lenses. It was clear this coupon didn't apply to all glasses (premium and sale), but the issue is that it didn't apply to ANY glasses. Every single type and frames/lenses combination I tried--and I tried plenty--automatically applied some piddly little discount coupon automatically and would not let it be removed in favor of the better coupon I was sent. Reading the many other complaints here tells me this bait-and-switch technique seems to be par for the course.

Cancelled my order before checkout because of this issue.

Don't purchase from these guys. I ordered my favorite frames and gave them a prescription of a pair of glasses that I use every day. They came in and I could tell that they weren't right and they told me to give it some time, I gave it some time and I felt like there was little pins sticking in my eyeballs. I called them and they said that the time has elapsed to send them back. I finally got them to take them back I sent them back as per their directions, after some time they asked if I wanted to make some adjustments and I did, more time elapsed and they needed another measurement I got back with him on that. Then they told me that my frames are not available, and I asked them what about the ones that I sent them. They said that it goes to a different department and they're gone. Just called right now and they asked me if different frames would be acceptable again after I'd already authorized them to go ahead, ask now for a full refund. I would rather had the glasses but I can't go another week or possibly another month for them to tell me that it's in production. My recommendations, go to your local eye doctor and never do anything online especially with these people

Wont refund my order

I ordered glasses from here over 300.00 and when I received them the lens are so reflective I cant even use them. I took several selfies just to prove my case in small claims court. I emailed them and theyntold me I need a computer to file a RMA then I told them I dont own a comouter myers I ordered these from my tablet. Scammers stay far away from this placs!

Terrible Service

Horrible customer service. Extremely slow. Do not pay for expedited bc the company does not deliver. When you call to ask what takes so long you get no helpful information at all. You pay upfront for a product they deliver very very late and not near the timeframe promised. I still don't have my product.

This has to be THE most frustrating customer experience ever i had to endure! Not 1 Customer Service Rep is able to give me an update on where my order currently is. I ordered my glasses 4 weeks ago, on September 16 i was notified that the glasses were on the way to DHL, the status hasn't changed since that date. I don't know if they every made it to DHL or USPS. If i contact Customer Service i'm getting absolutely NO accurate information on the whereabouts of my order. Extremely frustrating and i advise anybody who does need glasses in a short time frame not to use glassesusa.com

I placed an order in July, it's now almost October and still no glasses. Customer service does nothing, I called 9 times talking to supervisor 3 times and still nothing. Do not order from them!

I ordered glasses for my daughter on Sept 3rd. They were marked as shipped on the 13th and was told it would be 3-5 days to receive them. After 8 days I contacted support and they said the "delivery department" sent them out for delivery. They sent a request to the delivery department for an update on where they are. After a few days of no response, I called again and was given the run around, and the agent wanted to send another request to the delivery department. I had enough and asked for a refund but was told that was not an option until they hear back from the delivery department. I had to escalate to 2 different supervisors before I could find someone that understood the situation and approved the request for a refund. Now will have to wait and see how long the refund takes...

ADVICE TO GLASSESUSA: As a customer, I just wanted the glasses. If you offered to remake the glasses and expedite the shipping (1-2 days) I would have been happy with that. I did not appreciate the run-around and feeling like you would rather just refund the glasses than go above and make it right. I understand packages get lost in shipping and would have accepted the above option. I probably will not try your company again because of this experience.

The customer support was terrible. People would not email me back for a week or more and I'd have to call. Then we'd talk, I imagine on recording, and when I received an email follow up that representative had no idea what I had talked about on the phone. It's ridiculous and I'll never recommend this company to anyone. Took me almost 2 months to finally get my fully deserved refund, which they tried to deny me. Terrible service and very crappy glasses quality. Came in crooked, cheap feeling and lens were incorrectly installed. So bad. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

They first promote 2 weeks delivery from the time of order. They claim the glasses would be made in the USA. However, the order was marked as shipped international. I assumed it was shipped from China. Furthermore, I waited for over 3 weeks but never received it. I contacted customer services 3 times. They gave me all different kinds of excuses such as the package was not scanned, the package would be delivered in time, please be patient, and more. They rejected my refund request. At my final conversation with customer service, they said now my order was manufactured again for lost package and rejected to refund. I disputed through my bank. Then I got an email that said they can't deliver because the frame is out of stock! Finally, I got my money back. It was a total waste of my time. I would never suggest this site to anybody.

No order verification

I ordered my prescription sunglasses and hours later still have not received an email verification. I called the *******186 and was able to verify my order. I wrote down the order number and I used the order number online with Glasses USA, Inc to track my order and got 'no order found." My checking account has been debited but still no verification of this order to my email or on their website. Frustrated and confused with this poor service.

Never Again

Ordered Prada PR Millenial,
These are the poorest glasses I have ever had. The insurance covered the anti-smudge, anti-scratch, anti-fog and these glasses have none of those features.
I've also had to have them tightened three times already, very poorly put together.
Came from India, knock-offs I'm sure, poor quality.

Be prepared for a long drawn out bunch of excuses and lies if your glasses (medical device) are mishandled in shipping. GlassesUSA has a delivery department that is a joke. They actually use 3rd party handlers to get your glasses to you. If a issue accrues they will lie and mislead you with information on the status.

STAY AWAY FROM GLASSESUSA. I bought 3 pair under BOGO. I had to return one pair for a refund, one pair to get the prescription fixed, and the other pair was fine. So I'm keeping 2 pair. I was told I cannot get a 100% refund on the one pair in question, they would only give $17 back because I bought under the Buy One Get One 1/2 off. And the pair I'm requesting a refund on is the least expensive of the 3. REALLY? They are not standing behind their risk free, 100% money back guarentee. $17, GlassesUSA you should be ashamed!
