I ordered a frame and lenses with basically every feature. I included an image of prescription with the order. They emailed me later and asked for a copy, again. Fine. A few days later they said they needed my "add" value for progressive lenses. I reminded them it's been the right-hand column the entire time, labeled very conspicuously as "ADD". Time goes by, I don't hear anything, so I check my status and it still says " waiting on customer" as it does today. In a chat, they said they can't do a 0.8 add, but only a 0.75 add, I said fine, do it. I call, I email, nothing happens. They refuse to process my order and I can't figure out why. I finally made a claim with my credit card company, but I can't get replacements anywhere else because I can't spend $500 again in case this miraculously gets processed. I can't be out a grand. They are holding me up from buying elsewhere and I'm telling everyone to avoid them so they don't fall into the same trap. One month ago today I made my order and I'm still stuck without glasses.
Heads up to those ordering name brand sunglasses. This company doesn't ship the hardcase with the sunglasses. Customer support has yet to resolve issue 2 weeks later and after 4 calls speaking with their customer representatives, I just received an email stating that records indicate order was received. I've had it notated on every call that case was missing. Poor customer service to resolve a 30 dollar issue.

I am still literally waiting for my glasses to arrive. They have been shipped on the 7th via DHL (the worst shipping service ever), and have not moved at all, and has zro updates on the package. I just hope that IF they actually show up, that they will be worth the wait. But overall, if you don't want to wait a MONTH to receive your glasses, go somewhere else. I purchased another pair from EyeBuyDirect, and they were created, shipped, and delivered in 10 days. Plus it was wayyyy cheaper.

I got a notification saying they were shipped the same day as ordering, but there were no updates until 5 days later. I really needed these for a surgery which I had to wear glasses to but now that I didn't get them in time, I'll absolutely be returning

I've ordered 3 times. Always the same process, text/email alerts. Production doesn't always start when they say. Last order I received the usual production has started text then 10 days later received a message that the glasses were out of stock. They did offer an apology bonus for more expensive frames and expedited shipping, but that didn't exactly work out on the frame side for me. We'll see about the expedited shipping, hopefully it's better. Usually the glasses are made fairly quickly but the shipping is super slow.
Another point on honesty, I had a conversation with a representative via chat about putting prescription lenses with transitions in a pair of sunglasses they offer. They told me not only do they not offer that for their selections but that it was impossible. I've had that done at several other optical houses so that's a straight line of bull. Either that or a lack of education.

I have ordered many pairs of glasses from glassesusa! All of them being Oakley or ray band. My glasses cost at the least 300 a pair. I have been satisfied with most of them however every single time I've paid for expedited shipping and every time it's completely failed! I'm not sure how glasses USA can ship my glasses from Israel take my money for expedited shipping and never come through on time yet could care less! I just was on the phone with one of there people and honestly it seemed like they could care less and they had a way to count themselves out of the days to make it match up. Love your glasses absolutely hate your shipping and customer service. Also kind of upset that glasses USA seems to have zero to do with the USA.

I cannot recommend this site whatsoever! After one month, the glasses I got were blurry and now they will not replace them after a lot of my time in back n fourth emails with a company that uses out of the country support help which does not understand common English and most emails I receive are that they do not understand. Now after one full month they want me to completely start over again and waste more of my time. I am going back to the USA in a store which is what I should have done in the first place.
I purchased six boxes of Acuvue Oasys contacts at a great price. Thankfully, GlassesUSA did not add that high percentage order processing fee that the other sites did and the final order was the best value, bar none. It did take two weeks to receive my order and it was worth the wait. Just make sure you're not on the verge of using your last contacts before placing an order. Great Value experience.
Glasses ordered and paid for 2-6-22, told they were shipped on 2-13-22 and promised by 2-25-22.
It is now March 1st and the glasses are still in-route. Shipping info has them in NC (I don't live in NC), with no update on delivery date. Multiple messages to multiple people at Glasses USA and nothing, no response. Their 24/7 Chat is a bot, no use at all.

I ordered a pair of Oakley 2.0 glasses with the full lense package including the UV protection, hydrophobic coating, etc, on January 26,2022. I chose to pay extra for an expedited order (3-5 business days). I got a message the very next day (Monday) that the glasses were in production and that it would take approximately 3 business days, and an additional 24-48 hours for "quality inspection". At the end of the following week, the status still hadn't been updated from production, so I followed up by calling with an update. The customer service rep stated that she would send a message to production and I would hear back in 24 hours. They sent me an "update" (shown in photo on Feb 12) which stated that they have sent a request to production. I would receive these same emails as updates when no true update was given until I was told there was an issue with shipping. Wait? I thought they were still in production? After that, I received an email that they have refunded shipping and 15% off my order. I finally received my glasses yesterday, and I'm astounded at how poor the quality is. How did these pass "quality inspection". There is an etching in both lenses that was then coated over, look at the photos posted. They weren't noticeable at first, but now I can't unsee the huge flaw. It's great they offer a 14 day guarantee but now what? Wait another month without glasses? I highly recommend that you avoid this company. After this issue, I did what I should have done before: checked reviews. There seem to be a ton of fake 5 star reviews sprinkled with reviews that have the same experience as mine. Customer service isn't helpful, production and shipping times are LONG. Use a different company!

Bought my glasses from glassesusa because they were the only ones who could fill prescription with prism but I got ripped off.
1. Muse Jalen frames costed $89. The frames broke after only 6 days of wearing them though and I was extremely gentle with them. Left temple came lose and screw is missing and right temple is up higher than the left when glasses are sitting on a table or desk.
2. The progressive lenses costed $200. The lenses on the edges had burrs and jagged edges which badly interfered with vision. I'm NOT an optician but I do know this would not have been an issue if the lenses were fully recessed up in the frames so I couldn't see the edges on the lenses and the chauffeuring and polishing of the edges on the lenses was high quality.
3. The prepaid shipping label they gave me for sending my glasses back that I got when I was doing the RMA was Not overnight shipping so its going to take 7 days to arrive, 3-5 days to repair or replace, and 5 days to ship them back to me. That's 15+ days to get my glasses back.
4. Held me too a 14 day return period even though all their glasses have a 365 day warranty and I am not returning them for a refund I am returning them to have them repaired or replaced and with the same frames and prescription.
5. They kept the broken pair without returning them. Usually you get them back with a new pair or repaired.

I placed an order on 2/12/22 for contact lenses AND paid for expedited shipping. It took 4 days for them to first tell me that the product they advertise isn't available, then another week for them to accept my request for updating with new product, AND, then another 3 days before anything transpired. It's now 2/23 and they just shipped and WOULD YOU BELIEVE that they sent them regular shipping. So, now I wait another 7-10 days before they arrive. Would NEVER recommend ordering from them and let this be caution to all NOT to use them to place an order for lenses!

200 employees but not one that knows what's going on. I bought a pair of glasses that were wrong, I sent them back over a month and a half ago but still have not received them. One person says they're on their way. The other person says they have not received the other pair back which the tracking shows they have. And everyone else I talk to doesn't have a clue. Ordered glasses and received them on schedule that was good. Glasses lost a screw that holds one earpiece on and glasses fell off on hard surface breaking the frame.
The good - a replacement was shipped in a timely manner under warrenty, same glasses.
The bad - both screws fell out of the replacement pair within a week so the earpieces were no longer attached.
The ugly - called the company and the representative said since they replaced one pair under warranty, they would not replace the "new" pair.
I requested the screws and nuts to fix them myself on January 20th order #*******. Several calls later and emails have not resulted in any parts to fix the glasses they always comment "we will forward this to the production department"
I have used a paperclip on the glasses to hold one side and a screw held in place with scotch tape to hold the other side see photo

This company is incredibly frustrating. My glasses still have not come. It's been over two weeks. I've been in contact with multiple post offices to try and track where my package is. Both glasses have been sent by usps and DHL. Just the yesterday I had to go physically pick up one in another town because they said it would be another few days but didn't want to risk it getting lost again. Still waiting on my other. I've spoke with glasses USA multiple times on the phone and they just keep saying they're coming …. Meanwhile DHL only printed my label but still hadn't received the glasses. This customer service is Infuriating. I've been very patient and understand things happen but the way the customer service is just continuously responding to my emails with tracking info versus answering my questions I have. Those tracking numbers mean nothing when my package is stuck at another post office.

First time customers, received glasses after 4 weeks couldnt see anything all blurry. They didnt do prescription properly, ask to send back to fix since it was here fault. Sent back took another 4 weeks came back the same. Called again and said they were the same asked if i wanted store credit because they will not refund your money on a 2nd return. Why would someone want to purchase from them if they cant get it right. They dont except 2nd returns you only can get store credit and not a full refund. What a fraud

This place steals your money and won't send the glasses you ordered. When you call, they tell you the issue will be fixed and it was "just a miscommunication with their system". But then it isn't fixed and you have to keep calling again and again. Been fighting for almost a month for my son's glasses and they think it's OK to keep you waiting and not do anything. Not helpful to fix the problem at all. So now I am out my money and my son still doesn't have his glasses.

When I ordered my glasses the production speed seemed extremely fast. I ordered January 27th and they were in production by January 27th. They "shipped" on January 29th according to glasses usa. On 2/6,5 business days after they "shipped" I contacted glasses usa because their shipper had no status for my order.
The email in response to my inquiry assured me that my glasses had shipped. They lied. My glasses had not shipped, in fact my glasses would not ship until February 9th. I still am waiting on my glasses which will not even arrive until February 16th, a full 14 business days after I ordered them. That is assuming they actually arrive by then as they didn't even leave GA until February 10th.
I will update once the product has arrived, but even then, they will never earn more than 2 stars if the product is very good because of this experience. I do not have high hopes for a company that lied about shipping to produce a quality product.

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
