I placed my order on 3-23-22. Which they charged me credit card on that day. According to my order and tracking number it arrived at my local UPS hub on April 3rd at 6:04AM. After SEVERAL phone calls and useless email updates I received another email after ANOTHER phone call that they HOPE my order will arrive shortly. ITS LOST! This is what I told them DAYS ago. Reship the order. Its like talking to a wall. STAY AWAY.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I paid for expedited shipping and got them 3 days late. Not one customer service rep was helpful. There was no information after they claimed they were shipped. Then after 17 days, I finally got the glasses and they were WRONG. They sent me plain sunglasses! THEN they expected me to go to the trouble of packaging them up and sending them back to me. Basically, it was a huge waste of time. I got nothing for all the trouble they caused me. And they were rude in top of everything else. Oh and btw, they make these in Thailand so don't expect much in terms of timing or customer service. THE WORST
Absolutely, horrible I paid almost. 500.00 dollars for coach eyeglasses. Glasses USA is a complete rip-off. For what I got and what they charged me they should be ashamed. My boyfriend has to tighten them at least once a week. In reality, my frames are more like 19.99 Def not worth the money I spent. I will never go back or recommend glassesusa.com to anyone

I paid for the 20/20 coverage they call it, and when I paid to be able to use the insurance and sent my glasses back in June of 2021. I was told I would get an email and would hear back from someone. I never did, I called multiple times and nothing. Mind you I sent them the track number and sent the glasses off in June to be replaced. Fast forward, January I call again and my glasses were misplaced all this time, I ask for my money back. They go around the statement and say they will find my glasses. In February I get contacted saying they found them and are working on replacing them, I call again asking for a refund. Instead no, I get told a manager will reach out to me. They first called the wrong number, then when I gave the right number I missed the call but called right back. Could not get the manager, now it's April, they sent the glasses, I no longer needed to glasses. I bought new ones. Was I supposed to be without glasses since last year? No, I cannot get a refund and there is nothing they can do to rectify the fact they were completely in the wrong. They have now sent the glasses, I should be happy with the product I don't need. Don't go to them, use Zenni. Much better and more affordable

I have ordered glasses from GlassesUSA on four separate occasions. It is extremely convenient and cheaper to order glasses from here than from the eye doctor. They nail my prescription and most glasses fit very well. These glasses do seem a little less durable than those you get at the eye doctor, so you must be sure to be extremely careful with any glasses you buy from them. One pair of glasses I've ordered snapped without warning while I was putting them on. So, just be very gentle, and maybe choose glasses with slightly thicker arms.
Now, the first three times I've ordered from GlassesUSA have been pretty good. The glasses came within the expected timeframe, and I didn't have any customer service or tracking issues. However, my most recent order has been a NIGHTMARE in terms of customer service. First, my glasses took significantly longer than usual to be produced (8 business days), so I submitted an email asking if there was any update. I never got a response, but my glasses happened to be finished production the very next day.
Next, I was getting concerned because several days had passed since my glasses had shipped, but the tracking link still stated "No tracking information." I submitted a question to the customer service team asking for an explanation and received a generic response where they just gave me the tracking link (which I obviously already had and used). My question was not answered at all, and I was treated like an idiot. So, I sent another email, trying to be more clear. I was met with a fairly snarky and passive-aggressive response and was told there was a glitch in the tracking system, and again, was treated like an idiot who had no idea what I was talking about and was being ridiculous for even asking. I truly do not understand why they could not have just told me there was a glitch in the tracking system the first time I asked.
Now, we'll see if the glasses really do show up on time. There is still no tracking information, and my glasses have been in "shipment" for 8 business days now. They have 2 more business days to arrive before it will have been well over their expected production and delivery timeline. As of now, it seems like this business is going downwhill.
Ongoing issues for 1+ year nothing but lies and run around. There also from South Africa and Israel.
I was previously upset about their return policy/manufacture warranty because in under 2 months my glasses had broken (which hadn't happened with any others ones I had ordered before). I was expected to pay to mail them back and then get 50% off a new pair. They reached out and offered an extended return, which was great customer service. I returned my glasses and they issued me a credit very quickly. I will continue to shop with them and recommended them!
They repeatedly offered me 65% off (without any mention of limitations) but the coupon code never worked. Their pricing and promotions are deceptive.

So I found out three days after my order that the frames that I ordered were out of stock and to pick another pair, when I picked the new pair my order wasn't updated to reflect the new frames that I ordered so I don't even know if they have the right frames coming. Customer service is in a rush to get you off the phone as if you're receiving the glasses for free. The selection is beautiful but the customer service is horrible, I was told that my glasses were shipped out on 3/23 but I haven't received any updates from the shipping company. I'll just have to wait and see what happens.

I received my FIRST pair. I was so excited since I've never needed glasses before. I put them on and yes I could see but the progressive for the bifocal wasn't added. I returned them in Feb 22 and just now received my refund and it's March 25 22. So the day I got the FIRST pair I ordered again so I wouldn't have to wait for the return to be processed. I finally received the SECOND pair and there was no regular prescription just the bifocal. Really! I've been asking for a return label by email 3 times now. I finally had to call and they finally sent me the label to return the SECOND pair. I received that pair on the 20 March 22. So I can now return the SECOND pair. I'm just highly disappointed that it has taken this long and I still don't have any glasses I can wear. And I can't drive until I get the proper script. So I will be going with another company locally. I may have to pay more. But at least I'll have what I ordered. I would be aware of anyone using this company.

Very poor customer service. They sent me an email stating a supervisor would call me. I never received the cal, when calling back they told me a supervisor wasn't at that location. I asked could I get a number to where a supervisor was they told me they couldn't do that. Customer service wasn't very helpful.

This company is not as advertised. I requested bifocals to be no taller than 5mm and was assured that they could be made that way. The glasses were received with the bifocals 3 times larger than requested, so they were returned to be remade. The second time the bifocals were 2 times larger than requested. Then to top that, when trying to return the glasses a second time, the form said the glasses were not eligible for return. So, I called back and was told I could return them, but only 1 more time and that I could not get a refund. Only store credit. Why in the world would I want to get store credit from a company that cannot produce what they say they can produce.
Hopefully this review will keep someone else from wasting a lot of time and money with GlassesUSA.

So I bought 3 pairs of glasses in two separate orders. All 3 pairs (different brands) have GREEN LENSES. Two separate orders and ALL THE LENSES ARE GREEN. Now I have to go to the trouble of returning them, go through the trouble of receiving them again (people like to steal packages at my apartment). I am furious and am considering just getting my money back. TERRIBLE JOB!

I ordered a pair of glasses on Mar 1st with prescription, after more than a week I checked the status and it was still under construction so I reached out and they said the glasses I ordered is sold out! So they suggested to replace them and they will send it with express shipping. I did order them and after more than a week of construction, they shipped it standard. I called them and they said no worries since it is already shipped we will give you compensation. So wait for 3 days and we will let you know by email. After 4 days of no update I reached out again and they said they can give me an express shipping on the next order. Very funny! How come I would have another order from this fraud! So I had a chat with a supervisor there and she said the best they could do is to give 10% off the eyeglass I have ordered. So in a nutshell, my order is placed on Mar 1st 2022 and today is 21st, I still don't have the glasses and won't have it anytime soon because it is still at the early stages of shipping for 6 days. Overall, if you want to have a glasses at all, DON'T order from GlassesUSA.
After waiting almost 2 weeks for my glasses, my order showed delivered, but it wasn't. They made me wait an additional 48 hours before I could put a claim in. After the 48 hour window, they told me I had to wait another 24-48 hours for someone to reach out to me to put a claim in. Meanwhile, I am out all of the money I put out and I still do not have glasses! Horrible customer service!

Two different orders and they could get neither of them right. Beware: They will take your money and then say that the glasses are out of stock. Then when you pick another pair they always say they cost more when they don't. It took 9 weeks to get my first order. Then my second order was totally not correct and I finally had to give up and insist on my money back. Totally not worth it. I went to another company and received my glasses in less then three weeks and the order was perfect. Find another online company. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had online, and over the phone is even worse.

This place is trash! Would NOT even give it one star. Would never buy from here again, would never recommend it either. Bought a pair of glasses only to receive it not even put together! One of the arm to the glasses was not connected and did not come with a screw! When I called to tell them, they didn't care, poor customer service. Then instead of sending me a new pair right away they expect me to send these ones back and wait even longer to receive another pair. Simply trash!

Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
