I ordered glasses from them, over $200 for them, and I included express shipping. After two weeks, it told me that my order had been delivered. It was late, but no big deal. Come to find out, they were never actually delivered. They marked them as delivered, but they aren't anywhere to be found. Customer service line was somehow even less than unhelpful. Offered no solution, just apologized. My emails have since gone unresponded to. I will never be ordering glasses from them again, as it's clear their intention was to either not deliver on time, not be careful with delivery or both.
Horrendous experience. Don't spend your money here.
They didn't fill my prescription as ordered and won't honor their 365 Day Warranty. They were late getting my glasses to me as well. I don't recommend them. They seem disorganized. They haven't refunded my money. They are a horrible company to do business with. They are a rip off.
Update: They offered to refund my money in full. $394 total. I sent the glasses back to Glasses USA and they received them on May 31 2020. They claim that they refunded $267.45 to my credit card on June 1 2020. I checked my account activity with Capital One and nothing has been refunded to my credit card from Glasses USA. I want my full refund of $394 to my credit card. I highly recommend that you don't do business with Glasses USA. I've had much better experiences with Walmart Vision Centers.

I ordered a pair of reading glasses in January of 2022. They didn't arrive for two months. The prescription was wrong. I chatted with an agent who asked that I upload a PDF of my prescription. They promised express service. The new pair arrived TWO MONTHS LATER. And the prescription was wrong AGAIN. Unbelievable. They then refused to issue an immediate refund and offered a store credit.

Customer service is horrible. They never understood my problem either on the phone live with a person or via email. My original order contained photochromic gray which is worthless because it doesn't dim the glasses at all so I return them so that they can produce them WITHOUT the photochromic gray and the production team repeated the mistake. I am still struggling with them to try to get my $89 back.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses, using the same prescription I had placed a couple of months ago.
After receipt, I could not see when trying to read with these glasses, I kept trying - knowing it was to be the same as the glasses I use daily. In a follow-up with the company - instead of reading - it read distance - I had not selected distance, would not have selected distance. I wanted reading glasses for outside. After multiple follow-up messages with the company, I asked my options - told out of window of return (14 days) - they will do nothing. Extremely disappointing.

Don't trust them. They lost my order and left me all alone to cancel payments with PayPal, because their systems failed. I am extremely disappointed that GlassesUSA had no real interest in actually resolving the issue of delivering product for arranged payment. They simply told me to resolve it by myself. They never understood that I just wanted glasses and it was their systems that failed. They neglected to be properly sensitive to the simple fact that I made payment arrangements that were processed by everyone else involved and they didn't deliver my glasses. I expected them to have an interest in assuring me that they would do everything they could to make sure no payment was processed and to figure out a payment arrangement that worked for me. Perhaps say, "we will refund any payment, if it does go through" in order to make me comfortable with placing another order. It is not appropriate to ask me to essentially pay twice and "trust" them, particularly mere minutes after their systems had just failed. If that's reasonable then it would have been reasonable to "trust" me to pay and promptly make arrangements to send me my order that I completed. It was a complete business and customer service failure. Thanks for wasting my time and being completely insensitive.

I ordered my Glasses on 4/24/22 with the hopes of having them by 5/12/22. I made several inquiries on the hold up and all I got were excuses. The Production team will send me a email on the progress. The production team took almost 2 weeks to get back to me just to say they are in "production". I called 5/17/22 to be informed they will be here by May 26,2022! They keep telling me that they need my prescription for my glasses but I put it on my order. They can't find it, so I give them the script and I text them in three days and they still don't have a prescription WHY? So I gave it to them again. 1st I'll say the positive the ordering online the way you get your prescriptions Uploaded how you can view the glasses on you that's all very positive the bad... shipping... I ordered on April 28th shows shipped on May 8th tracking number is a farce no information I paid for 3 to 5 expedient shipping we're on the 5th day no one knows what's going on Specifically ordered these to go on vacation in a Sunny climate and now I won't have them Apparently this is a prevalent problem with them as if you do research on glasses usa.com shipping you'll find out I'm one of hundreds. I am pleased with the quality of customer service I received from GlassesUSA. I called requesting a change to my order due to my mistaking a pair of glasses to be Sunglasses. The representative made the process of canceling my order seamless. I was able to update my order with the new selection of a fantastic pair of Sunglasses that I initially intended to choose on the first order.

I ordered contacts in January 2022. I did not open the new boxes until April (finished using up my old contacts first). Upon opening the boxes I found that the company had sent right eye contacts power -1.50 rather than the +1.50 that my prescription had indicated. I called to tell them of their mistake. The customer service rep would not let me talk to anyone in returns. They admitted it was their mistake but would not replace the incorrect contacts because it was beyond their 30 day refund policy. Customer service and satisfaction should be their policy. It was not. Very frustrating. I will not order from them again and would not recommend them in the future.

This company Glasses USA is a trustworthy and quality company to buy eyeglasses from my experience. The first time I've bought prescription glasses online and for that matter at all. I went to an eye store and wasn't completely prepared with prescription, however I did look at prices, styles and when I shopped the prices that Glasses USA have it was obvious by far a quality purchase! In addition, the styles actually blew me out of the water to have so many choices, it was great. I included the enhanced coverage insurance and after about 2 months had an issue, it was addressed quickly and I've been assured that an exact new pair was being sent, Whew I feel great about this company and their trustworthiness and will continue to buy any and all glasses on GLASSES USA! I ordered my glasses about a month ago. It has been showing as prescription validated status since April 16. Over the past few weeks, I have been contacted twice because the frames I ordered were out of stock. I had to respond with 4 emails to choose alternative frames. No response whatsoever. I called and the representative assured me the first time that the frame I chose was in stock. A week later, I received an email telling me to choose a different one because the one I chose was out of stock. We have been doing this dance for a month now and the status is still prescription validated.
Don't buy from them as their frames are always out of stock. This creates a lot of issues for me because I have to return the money I withdrew from FSA.

Ordered my glasses 4/23 with express shipping. Was told would take 3 days to make glasses and 3-5 days selected for shipping. My glasses still say in production and every time that I contact customer service get the same story " your order is still being pulled together." This is false advertising as it will be two weeks since my order Thursday with no ship date in sight. I also could not find choice for polycarbonate lens and when I asked I was told by customer service "all of our lens are polycarbonate " which is not the truth! Apparently they only offer this on certain frames which I was not told until after the fact and since I am blind in one eye, I will have to pay added expense if I ever receive the frames for new lens! I wish that I would have read company reviews before I ordered, lesson learned!

I purchased glasses and was told production time was 3 business days. A week and a half later I see they are still in production. I called and sent a email to them. They could not give me a reason why they were still in production. I needed the glasses before going on my business trip. They wanted me to give them an extra week. I told them to give me my money back. Also it was very interesting that all reps were from another country.

They say they have a money back guarantee, but you will have to call over and over and try to talk to a real person in hopes of ever getting your money book. I sent back my glasses 3 weeks ago and I still do not have my money. I actually kept two pairs of glasses from them that I liked but returned one. Ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses on March 24th.
One month later (today), I cancelled the order and requested the refund. The history of (extremely poor) customer service is as follows -
(1) They shipped a pair of clear glasses (not sunglasses)
(2) Asked me to return it using a USPS return ship label
(3) USPS could not deliver due to "no one available" to receive the package
(4) Finally, USPS tracking says they deivered it to someone there
(5) glassesusa guys still show that they havent received it
(6) if/when they find my returned glasses, they will begin production of the replacement
(7) at this time, I have zero confidence they will ship correct order
Recommendation - These guys are unprofessional and goof-up everything. Go to a more reputed place even if it costs more!

I've order eyeglasses single vision. When I received my eyeglasses. I couldn't even see through it. Blurry vision. They sent me a wrong prescription and after returning the eyeglasses
I called them and asked them to send me the same frame and I received an email that the frame was out of stock. To get a refund it's like 10 days. I don't recommend this company. They definitely need to improve organization Not happy Bad experience

I sent my RX glasses back for an authorized Refund shipped them back USPS which were delivered. Today 2 days later i get them back (with a sticker saying REFUSED) so are they now will they say they never received them back and keep my money? I will post the outcome>

Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
