I ordered 3 pair of glasses all at the same time. The 1st pair I got bifocals, o e or the readers was so low it was useless. The 2nd pair arrived a few days later. Same rx, but this pair had NO. Rx. They were reading glasses only. Customer service was BS. THE 3RD PAIR HASNT ARRIVED yet so I will cancel them. NEVER AGAIN!
No mater how hard i try to talk to a real person i can not its all automated responses where its e-male or chat and there call in is a joke you have to us there chat window on there web sight. I waited over 2 weeks for them to even finish processing my order. I have ordered here before so my prescription should have been on file. I was told they needed my prescription in order to process my order, after 2.5 weeks of them receiving my payment. I sent the prescription, they told me i ordered the wrong contacts (eventhough I have done this for over 35 years) and i needed to send more money to get the correct ones on the prescription. I was overly exhausted after this long wait time and asked for a refund. Now i have to wait another week for my money back and order from another place. I will not ever use this company again. My first time ordering contact lenses from Glasses USA was longer than other vendors but I thought I'd give them another shot. What a mistake! It took them NINE days just to validate my order, and another TEN days to ship. Still haven't received it. Their customer service is a joke, wouldn't refund my money when I tried to cancel and offered credit which I don't want because I'm never ordering from them again! Do yourself a favor and order from Walmart Contacts, very good prices and very prompt order fulfillment!

This company is dishonest and unreliable They take your money for glasses and say it will be 7 days in production. Here it is 14 days later and all they say is "it's in production." No manager is available. No response from customer service. I've called. I've "live chatted." I'm email. No response. Do NOT trust this company. Do NOT do business with these people. You will be as sorry as I am. They take your money and do not provide the agreed upon services or materials.

So they have great selection and their prices are very good and their customer service is either hit or miss. I spent over $400 on a pair of glasses that was supposed to have transition lenses. While they did offer for me to return my glasses for a full refund, I like the glasses they have my current prescription in them however they did not do the transition lenses. Lenses don't even get dark. I mean when you look on the transitions website it shows you what they're supposed to be. And glasses USA totally missed the mark on it. I want to customer service about it let him know sit on my video showing that the glasses don't get dark whenever I'm outside and somebody just dropped the ball I can't get any type of response. I paid an extra $150 for the transitions which I didn't get. All I asked was for store credit since I can prove that they didn't do that to my glasses and that I would by myself some sunglasses prescription sunglasses. However they didn't even do that. Somebody dropped the ball and I got nothing refunded to me. So their quality is lackluster because you get charged for stuff they don't even do to your glasses. And it's cost them my business and even more because that other people that was quite interested in doing business with glasses USA based off my experience.

I received an email saying that my prescription was wrong. I contacted my eye doctor, and she assured me that it was correct. I resent an image of the prescription along with an image of the tester contacts she supplied. A few days later, I received the same exact form letter. I never felt as if I was talking to a human. It seems like an automatic system. So, I tried calling. Everything was automated in the phone call and recommended using the live online chat. So, I did. Except, the only thing "live" about the chat was me. Everything is automated and ran me in circles. I ended up spending more to just be done with the hassle. My eye doctor carried the contacts with my prescription. I am very disappointed in the service provided because no service was provided. However, the refund procedure went well, and my payment was refunded. So, that's a plus.

I got 2 pares of prescription sunglasses... one is fine, but the other has a manufacturing defect the company refuses to replace. Will go to Warby Parker or anywhere else that stands behind their product.

I ordered replacement lenses. Paid extra for 3 to 5 day delivery. The tracking number they gave me shows the lenses were never picked up by their shipper. I can't get a refund intill I receive the lenses. But obviously I can't receive the lenses because they never shipped. This has to be a SCAM. I Guess I will have to call my credit card and report this as a scam and reverse the charges.

Once I ordered my glasses - Muse M - I looked at reviews after the fact and saw all the negative reviews. The fear set in but I figured I'd just see for myself once they arrived. Sure enough my fear was confirmed. The prescription was wrong and caused immediate eye strain.
Luckily though, the customer service was great and only took a couple days to ship back and get my refund. I can't say the experience was worth it and seems like a gamble on whether or not they'll get your prescription right. Wouldn't recommend.

We're leaving for a month-long vacation and I needed new glasses. Speed of delivery was my driver for selecting a company for my glasses. Glasses USA had good reviews but before ordering, I went to the Chat feature (clearly a bot) and was "told" that because of the complexity of my prescription, it would take up to six business days to complete. Cool. I ordered my glasses on Thursday, August 18 and paid for express mail.
For awhile, the tracking said "order received" on August 18. Today, it changed to "order received" on August 21. When I called GlassesUSA to find out why the date changed, I was again sent to a BOT. They just told me the info in my dashboard. I've done everything to get a live person to speak to, without luck.
I've paid for express delivery but it looks like that won't matter. My $800+ order will not arrive in time, but heck, I did my research, did all the right things, but bad info and bad customer service made for this negative review.

I ordered glasses from GlassesUSA and I had to return them because the quality was literally so cheap and flimsy. It felt like paper sitting on my face.
I then requested a refund and I'm sure everyone who also requested a refund from GlassesUSA was asked many times if you wanted Store Credit. I obviously never do store credit, so I chose the refund option instead.
The next day, I get a call from their customer service team, and it was a lady who was trying to convince me to do store credit instead of doing a refund to my original payment. She said she'll give me a 100% store credit discount, and I said no, but then she insisted that if I did it, she'll give me a 130% store credit discount. It wasn't a bad deal, so I asked her that if I end up not liking my second purchase, can I get refund for the store credit? And she said that I was eligible for a complete refund to my original payment, if I don't like my new glasses. So I agreed to it, and when my new glasses arrived, I obviously ended up not liking them because of the horrible quality.
When I requested a refund for my second return, I emailed customer service to let them know that I wanted a refund for the store credit, only to be told that I'm not allowed to get a refund for my store credit, and because I'm returning glasses for the SECOND time, I won't get a refund, only store credit. Not to mention, the store credit lasts for ONLY 3 months from the date they send you the store credit code.
Seriously? I emailed them back and did a deeper explanation because they didn't even bother to do any research on my case. It's been three days now, and they haven't even responded. I've lost $150.
Update: 8/22/2022
They finally emailed me saying that they refunded both of my orders.

I have purchased 3 pairs of glasses so far. The first pair are fine. The second pair, the screw on the lens frame kept falling off (Ralph Lauren brand BTW). I literally had to buy an eye glass repair kit to keep replacing the screw. Fine, Im dealing with it. THEN, my scratch proof lens, scratched. Yup, scratched. Tried to get a hold of Glasses USA to see my options since I paid extra for scratch proof. 800# is a phone tree, that refers me back to the website, then hangs up. Yup, hangs up on me. I use the website and key in the info it requests, and the site tells me, that I have no order or account. Fine,... finally get a hold of a person and they tell me they will email me a link so I can get store credit on my next purchase. Guess what, I never get a link sent. Fine, so I order another pair because I really need my glasses (I know, Im a dumbass), but I was optimistic. I leave an HONEST review of their lack of service and difficulty getting some sort of refund or credit, and guess what, I was FINALLY sent the link. So far, no response 8 weeks later.
NOW, my last pair came already PRE-SCRATCHED. FINE!

I wish if there is less than one star to rate this company, If you in rush for prescription glasses i advise you to go to local store even it will cost more, I've placed order for prescription glasses in Jul 17th and it supposed to take 3 business days in productions today is aug 19th and stil in production, i called and chat over 10 times with agents they have a bunch of answers ready for customers like we apologize for delay or will send out a note for supervisor or keep your eyes in your email you will see updates! Nothing happened … i dont know if i will have my glasses this year or not but I promise you its gonna happen again

After spending almost 3 hours with customer service I was not able to get anywhere. They only filled half the prescription and kept blaming me for it. This is my first time ordering contacts ever and had no idea they don't verify prescriptions. I thought placing an order and emailing my prescription it would have been filled correctly. Now that I've spend the last month trying to adjust to them I find out they are the wrong prescription.

Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
