My mother, 82 years old bought glasses to find the glasses bridge is hurting. Glasses are bifocal but can't read well or see well will them. Absolutely no help because she took three months. Too speak with someone live is almost impossible. You have to use the automated system. Imagine that for an 82 years old lady. Bottom line they don't care. Be ware because if you fall out of policy they stick to their guns. Never spending a penny there again. Bad customer service and very poor customer satisfaction. $330 in the trash. I will write this review in all social media to make aware the public, AARP, and any other senior citizen avocates.
I will never order from this company again. Horrible at communicating the progress of your sunglasses from order to delivery. You can't talk to a human, they sent me the wrong glasses, and their response was well just send them back. No sorry no oops no nothing. Just send them back. Horrible service.

Bad quality lenses. Don't waste your money here. Scratch resistant lenses second pair got all scratched up in less than two months.

Paid for express shipping and it's been 2 weeks. They use dhl to ship and my glasses have been sitting at dhl for 4 days with no update.

Do not ever use them. My glasses broke in 2 days and there customer service is all automated. NO Customer Service. This is the worst place of any type for any product or service I have ever expereinced in my life.

They sent an email saying they couldn't provide what we ordered and we should go online and choose something else. Meantime, they charged me the full amount (over $300). Though they say they answer the phone, it's a recording directing you to do a chat on the website. I eventually got through the automatic chat options to a person who eventually set up a refund of my money that was supposed to take 5-7 business days. Instead, a week later, I got an email asking if I wanted store credit. Still haven't rec'd a refund for a product they were never able to provide, did no work on and charged me over $300 for.

We had a question about the prescription being progressive lenses. We asked after ordering and got a quick answer. Great customer service.
Overall, the glasses were received in a timely fashion. They look good and work well. The only issue is with the WELCOME50 coupon. It does NOT give 50% off as advertised (lenses and frames). It only takes off about $34 from a $300 order. The math is wrong on the site, and that should be fixed.

Excellent glasses at an excellent price, and they did arrive within the 7 to 10 business day window in the end - so shipping was OK, technically. But the tracking information provided by OSM Worldwide left a feeling of concern for almost a week during the transit. The package left Georgia on the 7th and Texas on the 8th of the month, but then fell into a tracking/delivery-date black hole. No updates until the 14th. 6 days to move 2 states distance, and no interim updates. It all worked out in the end, but was a bit unsettling not knowing if they were lost or not. Hence the 4 starts instead of 5. The glasses themselves, as mentioned, are wonderful. This is my third pair. Already had GlassesUSA do a pair for distance, and another for closeup use. These are for computer monitor screen distance. The build appears to be spot-on relative to the prescription numbers as best I can tell. Corrects my astigmatism perfectly and makes my vision feel 40 years younger:-) Thanks for another pair of great eyewear!
For me customer service is a big deal. When something goes wrong you want to be able to get it resolved within a quick and efficient process( like amazon). NOT HERE. Avoid at all cost- waiting over 3 hours using the website chat bot with no one responding- the 800# does not let you talk with a agent- emails are being read by different people each time - with no one resolving the issues. Don't believe the 365 day warranty- if you are sent a credit and use it on a new purchase and return the glasses you LOSE THE CREDIT. Even when you send back the defective glasses- so your are basically left with nothing.
Ordered my glasses on the 4th of july (yes I didnt expect them to make them right away seeing as it was a holiday) was told they would be finished making them in 3 days and didn't get any confirmation that they were shipped until the 14th of July. I paid extra for expedited shipping (3-5 business days) then didnt get them until the 21st of July. When I opened them up, they are missing the nose pads and cant even wear them because without the pads its sharp metal sitting on my nose. How the hell they missed putting on the nose pads after taking a whole extra week to "make" my glasses is beyond me.

Buying glasses in person can be such a pain! I found a pair of RayBand glasses and did the virtual try on and fell in love. It was easy to upload my prescription and select the options I wanted. Didn't take long for them to be made and sent to me! Highly recommend!
I am not a complainer. This company has a great website, good ordering system and collects money well. What they don't do is honor production and shipping times. If you are in a hurry, forget it. I am sure that a Glasses USA rep will have a very well written response and offer to speak with me.
End of the day though - is that this company is not reliable. If you can handle that unpredictability then this is your company.

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
