I purchased a pair of prescription Gucci glasses on the 9th and production is 6 days, 12 days in no glasses still and they haven't shipped and when I asked what's the hold up they state its production. I ask for compensation I get " were doing all that we can" I ask for a refund and they hung up on me, if I stayed in NY I would be@ there front door... trash $#*! service
The shopping experience and quality of thr glasses/prescription is great! My only concern is with the transition lens aspect. I have never had them before and I ordered your brand of lens. They do not behave as I thought they would but I have no previous experience to base expectations on
I didnt get very far into their site. They'd probably be OK if they had a better website. My screen kept on sticking and was even hard to get out of. Aggressive pop ups ruin a users experience. I shopped somewhere else for glasses at comparable prices.

I purchased prescription frames using my insurance. The site made it easy for me to understand my benefits and what parts of the glasses order was covered. My glasses came within a week of placing the order. Payment for the glasses was also easy.
I ordered my glasses and at first I got text updates about when it would ship, but then suddenly I did not get any update when it was supposedly delivered. When I did not receive my glasses a few days after the anticipated delivery date, I tracked the order and it showed delivered, but I did not receive it. Then the problem started. It was absolutely impossible to get a live person to speak to. I used the robot "live" chat function to request an investigation several times, with no result. I called and more robots were referring me back to the chat function and website. Unbelievably frustrating. Luckily I had used my Amazon Prime account which gave me some protection, and I am now asking for a refund. I will never order from this company again. All good an well when there is no issue, but this is not customer service.

I ordered progressive lens that when they arrived were not correct for my vision. I asked for an exchange with the reader portion of the glasses made larger for the left eye. I was told my eye doctor would give me the correct "segment height" and to reorder with that included and to use the credit I was issued. When I called the optometrist, I was told the segment height should be measured by the person fitting the glasses. GlassesUSA refused to issue a refund, saying I had 24 hours to request a refund. This is why I am not going to order glasses online again. Poor service and a run aournd.

I was given a date (about 3 business days) for my glasses to be made, after I got no updates or any communication for over a week I called the customer service phone number. There is no live person to help you track your current order. I started the "chat" and asked to speak with a person. Susan told me she'll forward my inquiry to the production team and disconnected the chat. I paid for expedited shipping because I need those glasses, don't waste your time with this company if you need quality service and people who actually care about your needs and your business

They take your money, then tell you they can't process it. Send you to take a test, and charge you for that too. Then tell you they STILL aren't going to do it. You'll get a refund in 7-10 days.

Prescription lenses are perfect, including transitions, and progressive. Love the frames, this is the third pair I've ordered. Very comfortable.
I've ordered from glasses USA maybe 4 or 5 times now and I haven't had any major order or quality issues. Sometimes an order takes a bit longer to prepare than expected but it's not a big problem. What I'm getting tired of is getting constant "discounts" and codes sent to my email which end up not working on anything. And misleading sales that end up not being as great as advertised. When you do land a good deal that works, it's great, but it's so frustratingly unorganized trying to find something you can actually use the discount on. And there seem to be very few options if you need narrower glasses and shorter arms than the typical 145 so my husband is out of luck shopping here. One of the smaller sized ones we got just fall off his face when he looks down. Wish it was organized better, easier to find specific measurements rather than just "small, medium, large", discounts and codes actually worked consistently, and that there were more actually small sized options for my husband to shop here as well.

Glasses look fine but lenses were not made correctly -progressive lens was not set in proper location, so there is no clear middle distance vision and I can only read out of the 2 mm on the bottom. This was confirmed by a local optometrist. A big disappointment.

You can measure your PD easily by placing a ruler on the bridge of your nose and measuring the distance between your pupils in millimeters. I was very excited to get these glasses and then when I received them they were cheaply made they have more of a green glare than anything they were supposed to be a Purple trincision Color but it is not they seem like a pair of cheap reader glasses definitely not worth the money that was paid for them and the frames have scuffs on them as though they were dropped

I received an email stating that my glasses had shipped. 4 days later and both USPS and DHL state that they have not received the shipment. Tried calling them all I get ar bots. Tried using chat on two different days after more than 30 minutes the first time I gave up due to to no response, today its been 40 minutes and counting with no response. Tried using email, *******@glassesusa.com, and received a response stating that the email address is not monitored. They have no interest in helping the customer at all.

Its been 25+ days since my glasses was shipped time frame was 10-14 days and my glasses still stuck at Usps. Glasses was finished production and shipped on July 15… its August 9 and nothing…. They told me someone will call me never did..

Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
