Nice glasses but I was surprised by how long it took to get them. It was over 3 weeks and almost a month. I had ordered from a competitor (company not owned by luxotica) and received them much faster.
I've been using these guys for years and years, their quality, simplicity, and amount of choices are what really brings me back here every time!
The ordering process was seamless. I was able to track the order ( it was via DHL) it was reported as delivered on the 8th but I actually received the mail on the 10th. So for 2 days I was really worried the glasses were lost. That was the only hiych. The glasses itself look and fit great
The whole customer service process is auto mated so it is really slow - something to be aware of - it can be frustrating wondering whats going on.
I had broken my favorite pair of glasses and needed to replace them. GlassesUSA had an almost identical pair of frames for a good price. I was able to enter my prescription and get the glasses in less than a week! I'm very happy with them.
After several weeks, a special coating on sunglasses purchased from GlassesUSA failing. I contacted this company online and was asked to send a photo. Within a day or three, I was informed a new pair was in process at no charge. They arrived yesterday and I am a satisfied customer. An additional pair of clear prescription eye ware ordered at the same time. The process was easy, uploading a prescription, and the product as advertised.
Ordering glasses is actually easier than going to WalMart or any other glasses store and hunting for the pair that you like. On line, you can choose from so many types and sizes and take all the time that you want. The end product just has to be something that you will like.
I love the " try on " feature. I will experiment with glasses that I would never try on any place else and surprisingly sometimes I love them. Such a great large selection. I have also gotten prescription sunglasses that I love. I will continue using GlassesUSA in the future
I ordered progressive lens glasses as a spare set for my very expensive Oakleys so I had a pair to use for woodworking. When you order online, the fit can be a crapshoot but what I received will work great and at a good price. I'll be back.
Had great selections, and the site was very easy to navigate and enter all my information in! I ordered and received exactly what I have been looking for at a much more affordable price than the storefront options. Will definitely shop here again!
I had to return my glasses as they broke the day I received them. I did get a store credit and ordered another pair just waiting on those hopefully they come soon
Was disappointed on how long my order took to get to me, and the packaging in which it was shipped. My order arrived smashed as well as the original cases of the glasses. Luckily the glasses where not damaged but still zero points for presentation. Probably my first and last time shopping here.

Process took twice as long as expected. Called after 3 weeks only to be told would be another 10 days. They did upgrade delivery but USPS delivered to wrong address. Cannot verify glasses fit as now out of the country for a month. Don't think I will use them again

Great and easy shopping experience but the shipping takes way too long! I just wish there was a better expedited option for shipping. My dad is blind in one eye so he breaks his glasses frequently. Sometimes we just need a quick solution that we can't get from GlassesUSA.
The quality is 5 star and the glasses are perfect! My only complaint is it took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. That's my only reason for not giving 5 stars and I would order again but not when I needed something asap!
I was skeptical getting glasses online, but it was very easy. Shipping wasnt any faster or slower than my normal place at around 2 weeks. Glasses fit perfectly and are what I ordered. Will be using glassesusa again.
You never know how things are going to work out the first time you deal with a new company. I sent my prescription right after I placed my order, yet it took several days before you acknowledged you got it. Now we are two plus months down the road, and I have realized that I think the best focal point is not directly in line with my eye. I think it is a little high and toward my nose. I have tried to contact the company about this but got an email back saying something to the point of this email is not monitored. Now maybe someone will read this and reach out to me. Otherwise I guess I will go somewhere else the next time I need eyeglasses.
Email response is way too slow & no live person follow up.
Also frame sizes are small medium large. You will need to go to a brick & morter vision center to get the correct size frame.
Glasses themselves were as advertised.
Communication about production delays was terrible with notice only given shortly before delivery, and total time for production was unacceptable. Way beyond suggested delivery time.

This is the third order that I have made with glassesusa.com in the past year that has been made incorrectly from my prescriptions that I have sent photos of, and dealing with returns when it is incorrect is a nightmare.
When you can no longer make returns, you have to go out of your way to go to a different optometrist locally and have them scan the lenses to prove that glasses USA made them incorrectly, they don't take your word for it. You have to go out of your way to prove it to them and then wait weeks for a response, Hoping you get your refund.

The glasses are way too big and slide off my face. I tried to return them so I could purchase a different pair but the chat bot said It was not elegable. I bought expensive designer glasses that I cannot wear and I am very disappointed.

Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
