These glasses are nice and thick, giving them a solid feel/ They don't feel like they'll break easily. I got the purple ones and they're super pretty! This is the only place I go for my glasses anymore
I ordered two pair of glasses. The frames were the same. One pair was for distance vision. The other pair was for near vision. I received two a pairs of distance vision glasses instead of one distance and one near vision. The exchange process for one pair of glasses seemed to go pretty well. I haven't received the near vision glasses yet...so we'll see.
I got tired of waiting for my glasses after waiting a month, so I cancelled my order. Three days later I received notification that my order had shipped! Really terrible customer service! I don't even want the dam things but since I paid for them (because of course they didn't process the credit like they said they would when I cancelled) I will see if I even like them once they arrive.

Found the glasses I've been wearing for years but needed a prescription pair. The glasses were a much better price on here than on the sunglasses company's website. Will definitely be using y'all for future prescription purchases
This is the 2nd pair of glasses I had to send back because I could not see through them. The regular progressive glasses are not correct, I cannot read out of them. BUT... when I ordered sunglasses with the same prescription, I can see just fine.
The glasses are beautiful and they came much less expensive than going to the vision works or target optical even. They're affordable, durable and stylish. I got the coating s that cost a bit extra but help with preventing scratches and smudges. I think it's a noticable difference since I've ordered with and without from glasses usa over the years.
When I received my order I was excited to try them on to see how they fit and how seeing through them would be. Fits like a charm they're light, the nose piece fits great glasses don't slide down, and the frame is real sturdy not like my other pair Oakleys that are kind of flimsy. And of course the price plus the discount Awesome Happily Satisfied.
I order two pairs, prescription-wonder they are great. One of the pairs, I like the look a lot, but I did not expect the earpieces/arms to catch and pull my hair. Instead of returning them, I'm just going to modify the earpieces/arms, as the and lenses are good otherwise.
I received my order and everything was fine, than a few weeks later one of the nose pads broke off. I received a repair kit, maybe this was fine for some people. But I suffer with Parkinson disease, it's hard to hold the small tools. So I wear the glasses with the broken nose pad.
It took 21 days for my order to arrive. I will give two stars because when they finally came they were great glasses. If you have problems with your order don't expect to be able to reach out and talk to a live person.

I had both a positive and negative experience with this order. There was miscommunication between the optometrist and myself leading to frustrations that were exacerbated by the lack of an adequate explanation as to what issues existed with GlassesUSA. Anyway, the explanation eventually came and I was able to get the matter resolved.
Prompt customer service, great help from Caleb, good prices and big selection. My frames production was delayed due to an issue beyond the control of GlassesUSA, but after I received them I was quite happy! I appreciated that the original non-prescription lenses were sent along so that when I get a new pair (updated prescription) in the future, I can pop the lenses back in and continue to use the glasses with contacts--nice touch!

I ordered sunglasses. The default setting for darkening was 75% but there was really no help to determine if that was enough or too much. I live in the desert; with guidance I would have ordered darker lenses.
Glasses were delayed for an unknown reason. Was never contacted about the delay, I had to make the contact but the customer service rep didn't really know why. Glasses not exactly as pictured. Minor change to the frames.

I do have a stronger prescription, so while frames are affordable, in the past it's been difficult for me to find lenses that are affordable. The special deals that glassesUSA has regularly has made having my glasses made such a difference.
It was good and easy to create and manage online. The glasses are a little small but now I know how to work the website a little better to order better fitting glasses next time.
Glasses came as ordered, on time, no prescription issues. Ordering was simple and straightforward. The generic transitions work as well as the non-generic variety on the glasses I already own. Overall good value. I will likely order again in the future.
My order resulted in both the wrong lens and the writing frames. Customer service is frustrating at Best. That can't really give you any useful information and expedited took about 3 weeks. I was extremely disappointed and cannot recommend.

The customer service rep helped me through my order however I didn't get my prescription attached and I ended up with non-prescription sunglasses, that is not what I wanted. I was told I would get an email with the request for a copy of the prescription but I never received the request. Kind of disappointed.

Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
