Ordered a pair of sunglasses with prescription lenses that I'm very happy with. The website was full of options, with filters that helped to narrow my choices down to the point where I selected a great pair of Maui Jim's. The process was not difficult at all. My only complaint was that the promotional messages that followed all offered discounts, none of which applied to my eventual purchase.
First off the return process is very complicated and I think it's part of their business plan. The 2 pairs of glasses I purchased were terrible. They're made of cheap plastic and do not stay on your head. It was a waste of money and I will be going somewhere else to get a pair that works. I did try and go through their support before writing this review and that was just a waste of time.
The website works perfectly unlike so many others I tried before! The live try on is very on point. The selection of frames is interesting, wide, from high end to very budget friendly. If you are patient enough you will find your perfect pair. Delivery is quick, trackable, and customer service is great: they dealed with my return fast and efficiently before I was entirely happy with my Persols now. I would try them again in the future.

My glasses from GlassesUSA are ridiculously and obviously defective. They are rimless and the temples are mounted badly to the lenses such that one side goes up and the other side goes down making them sit on my face at an angle. I can't imagine how they got through any quality control. Because I live in Europe the cost of returning them and then paying another tariff of Euro 43 was not worth the trouble. A local optician did the best she could to make them wearable but they still look ridiculous.

I ordered my prescription sunglasses and hours later still have not received an email verification. I called the *******186 and was able to verify my order. I wrote down the order number and I used the order number online with Glasses USA, Inc to track my order and got 'no order found." My checking account has been debited but still no verification of this order to my email or on their website. Frustrated and confused with this poor service.

I purchased a pair of Muse M Classic Purple/Green multicolor frames recently. The frames were delightful and very well constructed. So, I had no problem at all with GlassesUSA frames quality. My biggest issue/concern was how slow the shipping was... I'm talking about back in the day, old-school 2-to-4 WEEKS slow! **But maybe I was just impatient.** Still, I think the shipping should be faster so that the purchaser can enjoy or evaluate their product sooner, in-person.

Glassesusa.com is a very good company. I would recommend it highly. Where I live we don't get mail delivered to our home address, we have to go to the Post office. Even though glasses usa.com only had my physical address, I received my glasses at the post office.(Awesome). The glasses are really good quality. They come with a case and a cleaning cloth. To be honest, there prices are way more cheaper than the stores. Quality wise its perfect for what you are paying regarding the lenses and the frame.
The only downside is that it takes almost two wks to receive the glasses. If you look at it from the other side youll note that you are paying half of what ure gonna pay in a store but you"ll have to wait for some time. It all depends on how fast do you want your glasses or lenses.
So please stop complaining abt this part.
I've purchased several glasses from them over a decade.
First couple of pairs were absolutely basic cheapest frames and no lenses special material/treatment, and I got what I paid for, no complains.
Last year I purchased basic sunglasses (with vision adj. Lenses) and a bit more premium glasses frame + lenses and some more bells and whistles to get quality.
Not 15 months later the frame broke from just regular wear and tear (not ball to the face or kids yanking them out of my face, just regular handling).
Customer service hides behind robotic answer that 12months warranty period is over and they will not have anything to do with the product. I am just asking to have the perfect condition lenses remounted in a new equivalent frame.
Not pleased at all.

Cust. Representative finally reached out and reevaluated my demand for 15mo warranty instead of 12. They d rather assemble and ship me a replacement unit per initial order rather than wait for my lenses and remount them. I understand it is not worth the management of material hassle.

This company has zero standard for quality. They are a fraud. My glasses finally arrived almost 5 weeks later completely misshapen with one of the arms stretched out so badly that it was pointing the wrong direction. They also only offer store credit if you've returned something before, which is super convenient for a company incapable of producing a quality product. Do not order from them.

Well past 6 business days and no update. I used chat function and was told the glasses "didn't pass inspection" and was told wait another 4 business days, 6 more days since it is Friday, and see if they have shipped yet. Was what I was told. Horrible. Never again will I depend on them.

I ordered contact six weeks ago, and I still have not received them. I also do not have an expected receipt date for them. Customer Service is awful. You cannot talk to anybody just get AI nonsense. Claims they will email you with update but they don't. No call back from supervisor as requested and still no idea when I will get my contacts but I was charged for them! Don't buy from them!

The ordering system makes you pick between packages that have no coatings and all the coatings. You can't get clear lenses with just anti reflective coating. The coating option makes the lenses and everything you see yellow. The no coating option allows glare and reflection in your lenses which is extremely annoying. There is no real human to express these concerns to. Their sunglasses are good but their actual clear lense glasses are garbage.

Individual choices instead of packages. Actual customer service instead of dumb robots that say the same stuff over and over again!

Shipping was super fast. I received text message updates every step of the way and the price was $40 cheaper than competition so this site was a clear winner. I think i paid extra for the express shipping but it was only like $11 more, definitely worth it, the glasses were perfect.
