I ordered glasses on October 5th from this company. They e-mailed me to say they were being produced. I didn't hear from them again. When I reached out at the end of October, they said the glasses I picked out of stock (but never contacted me to let me know).
They offered to ship me a different frame and I accepted, letting them know I'd moved to a new address (which I'd updated on their website). Almost a month later, I checked to see where the glasses were and they'd been delivered to a post office near my old address across the country.
I contacted them and was told to call USPS myself and ask them to "redirect" the shipment (as if that's a thing that could be done without money). I tried calling USPS and decided not to wait the hour it'd take to fix GlassesUSA's mistake. I have asked for a refund and heard nothing.
No glasses, no refund. It's been almost two months now. If you like being stolen from, give them a try.
This is my second time using GlassesUSA. Great products, easy to order, nice to have an extra set. Highly Recommend

I requested replacement nose pads. After spending no less than 2 hours on the phone and at least 8 emails and waiting 9 WEEKS, they have still NOT arrived. I went to Walmart to buy my new glasses. They replaced my glasses usa nose pads in about 5 minutes. I regret all the time I wasted with glasses usa. I will never return to glasses usa.

I click on frames. They say $58. Add them to cart. Turn in $78. Do it all over again. Same problem. This is with no add-ons at all. The 65% discount wouldn't work, so I ended up getting less stuff. I've had nothing but great experiences in the past but the last couple of days dealing with the site have been ridiculous. Wish I could've gotten what I wanted at the price that they should have been (considering the supposed coupon applying to "everything").

The order was easy but the glasses (2 pairs, one for female, one for male - each with different RX's) arrive with the correct frames and glass style but both pairs had the same RX. Curious how the order was processed. RX is like finger prints, no two people are alike, yet both pairs were the same OD, OS and additive segment.

Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. We are always working on improving all of the above, whether by opening new facilities, working and negotiating our agreements with carriers or expanding our customer service team and making them more efficient. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
