Not happy with my purchase.
Glasses was inexpensive and the frames shows it. Glasses broke and the handles are too delicate. Going back to my regular eyeglass shop.
It would seem there are severe communications problems. One dept. Cannot call another... only email. An incorrect order once placed cannot be corrected/adjusted, while customer verbally works with a customer rep. When I call back is within 20 minutes of placing order. Technical issues as trying to match glasses to polarised lenses. Getting help with lost USPS package of glasses.

I ordered a pair of glasses. They arrived with both the earpieces and the noses pieces completely straight as if they missed a step in the manufacturing. I returned these for an exchange of a new frame or a corrected frame. When the glasses were returned to me, they were exactly as they were when I returned them with no correction made. When I asked for a return label to return the glasses since it doesn't seem that the company is able to fix them, I was told that I had used up my returns and that I was not eligible to receive a refund even though I was very unhappy. I am tired of dealing with this company, do not want an exchange, I just want my money back. I spoke with a supervisor and was told the same thing. Apparently, there really is NO money back guarentee.

I wish I could review the actual product I ordered - pretty basic single vision glasses. Sadly, I haven't received them yet. Glassesusa.com advertises 2-3 business day production, then up to 10 business day shipping. Each step has taken longer than advertised, and the website fails to mention the lengthy 5-stripe QA process. They also don't reveal that it takes at least 7 days for glasses to go from their sorting facility to DHL E-commerce. This is where my order has supposedly been sitting for the past 7 days, waiting to go to USPS.
I ordered from an online competitor 2 days after I placed my order here and received those glasses within 6 days for less money.

Okay yall, I've been wearing glasses for years. In fact, I still have my FIRST EVER pair of glasses in mint condition. I know how to treat my glasses. And i understand what normal wear and tear does. HOWEVER I decided 3 months ago to try ordering a pair of glasses online and glasses US was where i decided to go. The ordering process is fairly simple. Production seemed to be fairly quick. Glasses were stuck in "quality assurance" for quite some time. Eventually, I did receive them. At first, I LOVED them. They're stylish, they look good on me. BUT I had them for THREE months and noticed one day that one of my lenses was not sitting correctly in the frame. I made my first attempt to contact them a this point and was told I was outside the return frame. ((Keeping in mind the return frame you get is only FOURTEEN DAYS!)) Anything more than that they said was my responsibility. Since they weren't technically broken yet I let it go. That is until TWO DAYS LATER the lense completely pops put of the frame as I am cleaning the glasses which at this point i see that the top of the frame was not fully attached to the bridge piece. So, at this point i call them again because, it has only been 90 days and I am now completely out of a pair of glasses. Spoke with a "gentleman" in customer service who gave me a run around about the "return and exchange period" Even though it clearly states on their website that they have a 365 day warranty for any manufacturing defect. He tells me this is an issue he can not help me with and that he'll need to email the returns department and then they will get in touch with me within 1-2 business days with a form to fill out, that i then have to return to them for them to either approve or deny. So, looks like i'm out of a pair of glasses for an undetermined amount of time (maybe permanently?). I just think this is a real crappy way to run a business ESPECIALLY when your customers rely on your product to SEE. Regardless of how this all turns out, I'll never be ordering another pair from them again.

Answer: So far it's been a month and still NO glasses, or tracking info. Much longer than the seven to ten buisness days- in Still waiting.
Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

Answer: Dealing with them right now and thats a NO. Horrible customer service and they will loop hole you to no end so that they dont have to give you a refund on their product that does not work. My eyes literally work better without their glasses on my face.
Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. We are always working on improving all of the above, whether by opening new facilities, working and negotiating our agreements with carriers or expanding our customer service team and making them more efficient. The results are there and the vast majority of our customers are very satisfied with our services. We heartily suggest trying our services and seeing for yourselves.

Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
