The Holiday Sale drew me in with over 60% off. Once on the website, I found lots of styles and options available. Guidance on how to select the correct size of frames was provided making it easier to hone in on the styles that were available in my size. The online viewer gives the buyer an idea of how the glasses will look on a real person. Finally, putting the order into the computer was easy including uploading my prescription. Deciding on the "add-ons" (lens coating, waterproofing, etc.) was a little difficult not knowing the true benefit of these but with a little research elsewhere, I was able to determine what I really needed. Finally, wait time on delivery of the glasses was a little longer than I expected but when the glasses arrived, they looked great, came in durable, strong cases, and in a specialized protective box. I would recommend trying GlassesUSA.
As of January 5th, it's been over 5 weeks since I've ordered 2 pairs of glasses. I received 1 of the pairs within 2 weeks, but despite multiple calls, I haven't received the other pair. I've been told that they were shipped, then told days later they weren't. My next step is to contest the charge on my credit card.

Production was pretty quick, quality assurance testing took a bit of time, processing it to be shipped was unnecessarily long, and waiting for it to be delivered was like waiting for Jesus to come back. I ordered my glasses early-mid December and JUST received them yesterday (January 2nd). They gave me updates in the beginning, but I had to contact them myself for further information. My tracking number didn't work. My glasses arrived deformed and they felt like cheap plastic. Not impressed. Hoping my refund will not be a hassle.

Ordered glasses on the 25 of Nov when I got them cou! R see the tv and far things good but could not read with them checked with my eye doctor and she said not have the +2.00in them called GlassFish and they have me a ram #******* sent them out you on the 12 of Dec my original order #******* have not heard the status on them yet
Spent lots of money on two pairs of MUCH NEEDED glasses. Took like a month to get here finally. Realized that the prescriptions on one eye was totally off. Couldn't wait much longer to send back and etc so had to go take them and pay to fix them.
We paid for expedited shipping and it took just as long as normal shipping. The customer service department was no help and I had to make three calls to resolve problems. One of the frames were scratched and bent upon delivery.

The glasses came very fast. When they arrived I was surprised by the quality and how sturdy they were. I was also amazed at how clear the glass was. I had to check and make sure that the glass was really in the frames, that is how clear it was. I showed them off at Christmas and everyone was amazed and wanted to know where I got them. Would highly recommend their glasses.

After waiting for three weeks after ordering online, the glasses were shipped, and then returned to the sender. It took an additional 2 weeks (after it already sat for a week) for them to ship it back to me, making me not get them in time for my wedding photos. The glasses are great, but the service is terrible and the customer service representatives over the phone have no idea what they're doing and hardly speak English.

Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. We are always working on improving all of the above, whether by opening new facilities, working and negotiating our agreements with carriers or expanding our customer service team and making them more efficient. The results are there and the vast majority of our customers are very satisfied with our services. We heartily suggest trying our services and seeing for yourselves.

Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
