When my frame broke it took 3 calls to get help with my problem. They would not repair my glasses. They gave me credit for halt the cost of new glasses. I only wanted my glasses fixed but they would not do that. Instead I had to order a new pair of glasses with no prescription lenses. I tried to swap out the lenses but I did have the correct tools. So I had to take them to an optometrist and pay them to do it. To sum it up, customer service sucked. You made me jump through hoops to get a new frame that was covered by warranty.
Such a great experience. The first pair of glasses wasn't quite right, and they took them back, no questions asked. I got a great deal and great glasses--with great customer service and easy ordering. This was especially great since glasses are new for us. Thanks so much!

My glasses broke two months ago so I reached out to customer support to see if I could get at least 50% refund (my glasses had a 90 day warranty) but I haven't heard back.
I emailed customer service images (in jpg form)of my broken glasses as they requested but no one has responded to my emails. I attempted three times, but the person in contact with me hasn't reached out. I hope GlassesUSA can fix this sooner rather than later, I need my glasses to see! (:

Sent the prescription more than four times and they never got it right. Sent the glasses back with the prescription in it, hoping they will get it right. The glasses came back again with the wrong prescription. I paid for the glasses and still can't read with them.

We have bought many pairs over the years and on at least half of them the screws have backed out of the hinges - they are not well designed or installed. I have had to go to retail optical shops to get them reinstalled as they require a tiny screwdriver.
Many hinges themselves have broken.
In a few cases, the lenses have popped out of the frames.
Conclusion, the prices are reasonable but the built-quality is low.

Ordered glasses April 1st. USPS mis-sent the package and claimed to send back to their facility. Called Glasses USA to resolve the issue and receive a refund or replace. Every single person I talked with didn't know the situation and no notes were taken. I kept getting different answers from different people - leading me to wait for the glasses to return to their facility for re-shipment instead of receiving a refund. There's so much more to this situation but I really don't want to waste any more time than I already have with this company. Ordered from Warby Parker instead. I'll spend the $20 more to actually have a comprehensive conversation with someone. I waited a month for my glasses to arrive with GlassesUSA. With Warby Parker, I will receive them within the week. Just save yourself the hassle and order from an actual company that knows that they're doing AND has great customer service.

One pair too wide inspite of providing size. Prescription applied was not accurate. I had to go buy glasses in person providing the same prescription and guess what, they got it right where this place didn't have a clue. Took a long time too.

Ordered glasses a week later checked to see status was told they shipped no tracking. Another week later checked told they were in quality control. Would ship soon. Took about 3 weeks to get them. Not impressed.

I regularly order from GlassesUSA without a problem. However, the last time I ordered from then it was over 16 days before my son received his glasses. I emailed customer service multiple times and got no response. I am extremely dissatisfied that he had to go so long without glasses and that GlassesUSA did nothing to rectify this.

I like them a lot. They feel very light weight and unbreakable. The only thing is that the lenses don't feel like they are completely stable. In some corners they feel like they will pop out with enough force. That being said, I've had them for a few months and they have been good

I'm still can't see ever since. I order two glasseyes and I like one then I accidentally drop it on floor then it break in half. I ask if I can get replaced that since I hadn't wore it past 14 days, they said no can't do that and it's no refund. I'm disappointed. Other glasses doesn't fit me. Still can't replace this as well.

Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
