I had to return the first pair, due to no fault of Glasses USA. Return eith no hassle. My second order was perfect! The look, the fit and Rx we're spot on. Would recommend to anyone. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses Muse Kylie Black and Ray-Bans in a buy one get one free deal. When they arrived they were made wrong. I don't know what it was about their lenses but in order to see properly I had to put my chin up too high on both glasses. So I sent both pairs back and was having back and forth emails where I am mentioning both glasses and what was wrong with them and how I want them fixed. It takes them more than 2-3 days to answer back (more like 6-14) and a couple of times I even had to send a follow up email asking whether my message had gotten through. This morning I get a reply to my email asking why there is only the one pair (the Muse Kylie Black) on the confirmation of the new order (and this is after I sent another follow up email to my original question because I wasn't getting a reply). Their reply said I had only sent the one pair back which is a complete lie. I don't know what to do here. I definitely sent both pairs back. I am shocked and hurt. 5 or so years ago I ordered two pairs of glasses and they were both amazing and I loved them. So when it came time to buy glasses again I did not hesitate to order from them. Now I just want my money back or have both pairs of glasses that I sent them fixed. My order number is ******* and I've been communicating with a Sonia, Jane, and Chloe.

The frames came back a true brown, rather than a tortoise shell golden brown. The lenses were just fine & I was able to use them to drive to go in person & order another pair from a frame shop. Also, they took way too long to arrive.

But, they do take a while and, annoyingly, they send too many promotional e-mails. I'm already a customer who buys more than a couple of pairs of glasses a year and yet they send me ads almost daily with one deal or other. Stop it already -- I'm already a customer! I have one high-end pair that is really of outstanding quality and several much less expensive ones to change out for variety. And a pair of prescription sunglasses for biking. Good prices and variety.

I purchased on January 20th I did not receive my glasses until around February 11th. I called customer service and asked what was the hold up, they just kept telling me the glasses "has shipped." I was so close to cancelling my order and asking for my money back, but finally they came. Also, it should be worth noting I ordered from them before got the glasses within a week I do not know what was the issue this time but definitely not a good look nor experience.

Sent a number emails updating progress of my order and suggesting that they would arrive shortly. While they may have completed QA/QC early the delivery took an additional 2 weeks. Don't promise what you can't deliver!

I will never order from glasses USA again they are terrible and their agents provide false information every single time you check the status of the order. Its been a month since I placed my order and have not received my glasses and have been getting the run around. I have placed a complaint with the BBB. Anyone having issues please submit a complaint. They did not want to cancel my order and issue me a refund and kept saying they are in production. For 3 weeks that is a long time when there website says for my type of glasses it only 3 days in production and 2 days quality assurance. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. You will get your glasses sooner by going into a local business

I ordered my glasses in Dec and finally got them almost two months later. Only after multiple canned notifications and actual conversations that my glasses were being manufactured to the highest quality standards was I advised that the frames were backordered - yes - after I was told they were being assembled with my prescription lenses. Then after more time I was later told they'd never come in and we're discontinued. Then when provided alternative options, I was ultimately sent an incomplete package missing the second set of arms. Finally after many calls and emails, my complete set was fulfilled. To make things worse, many of the assumed overseas customer service team don't speak English well.

A screw fell out in glasses which were only a couple months old. I wrote Glasses USA to please replace the screws. Long waiting period, finally got screws and they're the wrong ones. So I STILL cannot wear these glasses as the missing screw connects the lense holder to rest of the frame. I sent pictures the first time to make really clear what screws needed to be replaced.

My first purchase here was great. Got the glasses. Loved them. I ordered another pair then later another. Both pairs in separate orders came back with the wrong prescription. Returned them and they came back again with the same wrong prescription. The correct prescription was on file and in the return comments. Have returned them again and they have gone dark. They are obviously inept at returns. Have given up on my $500+ purchases and consider it a painful lesson.

Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. We are always working on improving all of the above, whether by opening new facilities, working and negotiating our agreements with carriers or expanding our customer service team and making them more efficient. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
