I purchased prescription sunglasses. The description stated medium size, the frames were very large width. It would be helpful if measurement included total width of frames.
It was the second year I ordered the kids glasses from the GlassesUSA.com. Got the order fast, correct and the kids loved the style. It matched what they chose. Great experience overall.
Frames and lenses are good quality. I was surprised that Glasses USA is a good bit more expensive than Zenni for the same prescription but I do feel that I got a more quality product. Only dislike is that I ordered 2 different types of frames, both were medium size, but one pair is so big they slide off my face while the other fit perfectly.

Nice glasses but I was surprised by how long it took to get them. It was over 3 weeks and almost a month. I had ordered from a competitor (company not owned by luxotica) and received them much faster.
Hi, love the look of my sunglasses - lenses are great however the arms or sides of the sunglasses are extremely bent. When the arms open all the way, they extend far more than the 90 degrees. Which makes them challenging to keep on my face. I bought these because I'm going to the Olympics and wanted blue sunnies - however, now I don't know what to do with them because they don't fit well. If I had gotten them at a local eye doc, they'd absolutely fix this issue.

I received my glasses in the right prescription and the right style. I have had them for over a week and I can see well from them. No vision or manufacturer errors

I was skeptical getting glasses online, but it was very easy. Shipping wasnt any faster or slower than my normal place at around 2 weeks. Glasses fit perfectly and are what I ordered. Will be using glassesusa again.

Easy purchase is correct, however, the glasses I chose they stated were small meaning in diameter. They are not compared to the glasses I generally wear they're huge. But they're fine. I don't think I got the tinting or the extras I paid for. I have not addressed it with them yet, but I have a suggestion. How about putting a little note inside the glasses case that has checkmarks on the extra items that you got that were checked and double checked so we can be sure that we're getting what we paid for. My glasses don't seem to have any blue tinting. I don't know if they're scratch resistant any other things I paid for, when you pay for shipping that clock only runs after they received your order and your order is complete, but I think you still get the glasses pretty speedy.

Process took twice as long as expected. Called after 3 weeks only to be told would be another 10 days. They did upgrade delivery but USPS delivered to wrong address. Cannot verify glasses fit as now out of the country for a month. Don't think I will use them again

Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
