It was very easy to order. I did have a hard time reaching out to a representative. I messed up on my prescription and tried to contact a representative. I reached out through email, phone and chat but it was automotive. My glasses were fine. The look really good I was able to get 2 for the price of 1. I would defiantly order again. Just please make sure that you check your prescription before placing the order.
I ordered prescription sunglasses. One week after the order, I was contacted they were out of stock and for me to pick another frame. I was told that for the inconvenience they would expedite my order for free and that I would get a refund of the difference in price. Neither one happened, my order took 4 weeks to be delivered and I never received the price difference.
Had great selections, and the site was very easy to navigate and enter all my information in! I ordered and received exactly what I have been looking for at a much more affordable price than the storefront options. Will definitely shop here again!
I used the sizing guide to place this order for my daughter's glasses. They are incredibly big for her face and the arms stick out ridiculously far from the back of her head. The arms also rub her ears raw.

One pair of glasses I received was huge. When putting them on they didn't even touch my head. The frame in front was fine but then the arms splayed out 3 plus inches. The fact that I ordered them, paid for them, and then was responsible for returning them and paying for shipping is ridiculous. Why do I get more work, when they sent me crap?

I received the glasses and the frames were already worn and damaged the lenses that were taken out from my prescription were in a extra bag pitted and scratched I assume someone returned the glasses I received and they just swapped the lenses and sold to me as new not ok I paid for new glasses not repurposed glasses not pleased at all

This is my 3rd pair of Ray Bans - I have different colored tints. This recent order I upgraded the frame to be more transulent and the frame is larger than the others, thus the sunglasses aren't suitable for anything active... I can't even golf while wearing them given how loose they are, but they work well driving.

After finally receiving my order (which I paid express shipping for) after a full month, my sunglasses that I had ordered did not even come in with a prescription. And my other glasses were way off the prescription I had inputted (I had them checked). My experience was frustrating and I don't plan on ordering from this site again. $400+ down the drain.

The email advertisements and coupon offers gave me the impression that Glasses USA would save me considerable money compared to another popular website that I have used 4 times prior. I wear progressives, so that immediately brought the price up (that's understandable). Then adding scratch protection, lens options, warranty option revealed a price that was in the very same range. The glasses are fine, but the savings is not there.

Ordering was fine, but refunds/returns or talking to a human is a nightmare.
I ordered two smart glasses (their brand, Revel Tune), one arrived dead on arrival, the other one died after 4months. The chat button is a robot and not robust.
They have an email address on their site, I emailed that and got a response saying that the email isn't monitored, wtf.
Getting a response is super slow.
I just can't get a human. I tried calling once and couldn't get through to someone.
I paid for a 2 year warranty but after 4 months I tried to return and the website is saying I can't return which makes no sense.
I would NOT buy from them again based on the issues I'm having.
I really like the smart glasses but it sucks to pay soo much for them and they don't work and GlassesUsa has such sucky customer service.

Ordering is easy and I love the styles. I have ordered 5 pair over the last 3 years. What I have learned is the craftsmanship is uneven. The sunglasses I ordered most recently were excellent. They also were the most expensive due to the type of lenses, etc. That was fine, they were worth it. Other pairs I have ordered always come with loose arms -- even if it is the same frame. They fall apart - the little glass fixing kit was pretty useless. It is honestly too much work to be sending glasses back and forth so the glasses that break end up in the trash -- those are less expensive. It would be great if the quality in the same frames was consistent. A 100.00 pair is much less "sturdy" than the 200.00 pair.

I ordered these Ray-Bans to replace ones I lost. So I know what to expect from Ray-Ban, they are exceptional quality, best optics of any glasses ever. What I got were genuine Ray-Ban frames with horrible, cheap, off market lenses. Vision clarity is POOR, polarization is almost zero, you can literally see the distortion in these lenses, and no wonder, they are NOT genuine Ray-Ban lenses! No Ray-Ban logo on them anywhere. Nothing on their website says they use cheap knockoff lenses. Very misleading!
I was able to return them for refund but that in itself was a chore. Customer service is non-existent. Don't bother calling, waste of time listening to recorded messages that send you right back to the website. Horrible experience.

I ordered the Revel Dwayne Silver Titanium glasses. Fit is perfect for me! Have not once had any issues with these glasses - perfect right out of the box. Crystal clear vision, lenses clean very easy (I have all the treatments available from you) and rain drops glide ride off. Love the Transitions. So very pleased!

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
