Also frame sizes are small medium large. You will need to go to a brick & morter vision center to get the correct size frame.

After several weeks, a special coating on sunglasses purchased from GlassesUSA failing. I contacted this company online and was asked to send a photo. Within a day or three, I was informed a new pair was in process at no charge. They arrived yesterday and I am a satisfied customer. An additional pair of clear prescription eye ware ordered at the same time. The process was easy, uploading a prescription, and the product as advertised.
I have received so many compliments on these new glasses. They fit very well and looks great on me. They came very quickly as well. I told them where they could get great glasses from.
You never know how things are going to work out the first time you deal with a new company. I sent my prescription right after I placed my order, yet it took several days before you acknowledged you got it. Now we are two plus months down the road, and I have realized that I think the best focal point is not directly in line with my eye. I think it is a little high and toward my nose. I have tried to contact the company about this but got an email back saying something to the point of this email is not monitored. Now maybe someone will read this and reach out to me. Otherwise I guess I will go somewhere else the next time I need eyeglasses.
My prescription was wrong and improperly centered. I cannot use the glasses but did not return them within the 14 day return window.

I had both a positive and negative experience with this order. There was miscommunication between the optometrist and myself leading to frustrations that were exacerbated by the lack of an adequate explanation as to what issues existed with GlassesUSA. Anyway, the explanation eventually came and I was able to get the matter resolved.
The selection is great, easy to upload/fill in form for perscription and the glasses I received are very solid/sturdy and stylish. Very happy!

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
