It was my fault for not doing more research on this company before buying a product from them. It's been almost 4 weeks and still haven't got a conformation email of my order, only a order number that I screenshot. I'm currently on the phone with customer service and I'm pretty sure I'm the first one to call because I called the second it opened and I've been on hold for 20 minutes now and I'm not staying on this for an hour. I see reviews get quite the same response, therefore I'm writing a review to get someone to look at my case and give me a refund. Y'all are quick to charge but not quick enough to give to give the product in return. I find it silly to wait to get the tracking number to work AFTER it's been shipped. Please respond ASAP because I need my money back. No store credit please nor hoops to jump through preferably. This company gives off scammer vibes because they seem like they don't try to improve when constructive criticism is given. Don't buy from here because it's nerve wracking, unless you are okay with giving up your money/card information to a company you don't know about like I did.:/
UPDATE: literally just got my glasses they seem okay. I was so frustrated that I didn't even like how they looked on my face but everyone around me say that they look fine so, no need for a refund. BUT that still doesn't discount my overall review. I was hung up on trying to call customer support and had to leave a message (I called as soon as they opened and stayed on hold for 30 minutes). There is no way to track my order so I didn't even know that my glasses were already shipped (no conformation email or anything just a notice after my order to screenshot my tracking number.) please have better customer service because people want to know where their hard earned money is going to. Awesome frame, it fits perfectly, don't slide off my face, and affordable price. Love the eyeglasses more than my $300 ones from the eye doctor.
I ordered two pairs of glasses over Labor Day weekend. Unfortunately, when they arrived, one frame had slight damage, and both had significant problems with the way the lens fit in the frame - there's significant and inconsistent protrusion on the front and back, and the cut of the lens leaves small gaps between the lens and the frame width-wise. If these were $50 glasses, it would be a "you get what you pay for," but when each one was ~$170, I expect better.
Customer service requested I send an email with pictures; I've exchanged a few emails with them since then, and it's clear that someone new is replying each time without bothering to review the previous emails in the exchange - I just got a reply asking which pair has the issue and requesting I take a picture and send it to them, but I've been clear that the issue is with both frames (which is why I'm pushing for a refund and not store credit - one time could just be a one-off, but when it's two, it feels like it's probably a quality problem) and I sent them several pictures showing the problems as best pictures can and saying that I'd like to send the glasses back so they can investigate for themselves.
They seem to be leaning toward blaming my prescription, but that doesn't excuse the way that the cut just doesn't fit the width of the glasses, and if my prescription is too deep to fit in the frames, it's their responsibility to make that clear rather than send me the frame anyway, especially since I steer clear of thin frames specifically because I know that my prescription is stronger.
Really regretting not just getting my new glasses from Zenni Optical - I've never had these problems with them, but saw a frame on Glasses Shop that I really liked so thought I'd try them. Never again.

I've order from them twice and there has been a problem with my orders BOTH times. While I don't mind the long wait if I'm getting a good deal, it's the inaccuracy in their listings that I don't like. The sizing is wrong. I need a size 17 or 18 bridge, but each time I've order from them, purchasing glasses that stated a 17mm bridge, I receive the glasses and discover the bridge is 16mm. When I contact them about this (via email), I'm told that it's not a big enough difference for it to matter. When glasses won't fit properly and aren't sitting on your nose, it's a very big deal. Because they were cute, I kept them and steamed them and made it work.
The second order... well... I wish I would have kept my 109 dollars. One pair is very thin and flimsy and feels like a pair of readers from Dollar Tree and there's something wrong with the prescription in the right eye! The second pair are beautiful. The frame is beautiful, the prescription is excellent, and everything about them is perfect... except the size. The bridge is 16mm instead of 17, and the eye is 53.5 instead of 55mm. Needless to say, the glasses are too small. Unfortunately, there's no way to make these work. I'd need to lose about 5 to 6 pounds (which wouldn't be a bad thing) of head fat to make them work. I will not order from them again.
Great frames. This is my 3rd set over several years. I also love the tortoise shell color when it is available.
I broke my glasses and needed a new pair. I've used Coastal.com for glasses before but wanted to see what else was out there. I ordered 2 pairs, one from Glassesshop.com & one from Zennioptical.com. Both orders were placed on the same day with expedited shipping. Zennioptical arrived a few days later and I was happy with my glasses. I emailed glasseshop after 2 days to ask about my order. I got a reply that my order was being shipped a day later. When I received my glasses they weren't the thin lenses I had ordered. When I emailed them, they said they take the glasses back for a 50% refund. That really upset me. I felt that my order wasn't a priority until I emailed them, so my order specifics most likely got overlooked as they tried to rush it. They had some frames I liked, but I'm not going to buy from them again. Customer service was terrible and their turnaround (with expedited shipping) was subpar. There are other places to order glasses and I suggest you do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else.
Love this glasses and would love to get another pair in a different color. They are a little tight by my ears but over all I love them.
