I wished that I'd looked at this website before placing an order with this company. I paid expeditied shipping and as of last friday the reps told me in email that they were completed but wouldn't ship for 5-7 days and i quickly reminded them that i had paid for expedited shipping with no reply. I feel as though with this many complaints if we shouldn't launch an official complaint with the FTC and the BBB?
