Are they a trusted company and were are they located.

Answer:

Package shipped from China and did not find them trustworthy. Returns not easy and bad customer service. Product quality was also very very cheap

Mine took over a month. Had to ask where they were several time as they don't keep you posted

I'm trying to buy my first pair free but it is charging me a bundle fee of $39.85. i can't figure out what this fee is, and i suppose my first pair isn't free.

Are you selecting from the First Pair Free tab on the homepage? If you have pay attention to the fees associated with your lens package. If all is standard there is no extra charge.

How long was delivery once you got a tracking number

Answer:

Because of Covid, I paid $25 for expedited shipping. Unbelievably I received a tracking shipping number in the morning and received my glasses that night!

Can you supply progressive prescription polarized sunglasses?

Answer:

I received mine. Progressive space is nauseating and color change is sunlight is nonexistent. I was suppose to have both. Poor glasses

How long is shipping once you get tracking number

Standard shipping can take 2 to 2 ½ weeks from date of ordered to delivery at your doorstep. Keep in mind, any questions the lab may have or missing information may affect this shipping time frame. Expedited shipping can take 1 to 1 ½ weeks from date of ordered to delivery at your doorstep. Keep in mind, any questions the lab may have or missing information may affect this shipping time frame.

Bought 2 pairs of glasses early this year, less than 1 year 1 is broken and the other pair? coating already useless. 4097470151 two months no answer

Answer:

This company offers horrible customer support. There are many more companies out there who actually provide customer service. Their return policy is deceiving. The return policy is misleading first stating 90 days then telling you to read below. Now it is only 14 days and only 50%.
