Glassesshop... what can I say? I love this shop. The overall shopping experience is amazing. They've always gotten my prescription right each time. I was able to snag some lightweight frames that look gorgeous on me. Especially in champagne color. Wait time is usually 2 weeks for me when I purchase single vision lenses but it takes longer for blue block and other special coatings. I usually get the free index because my prescription isn't too high. The higher your prescription the higher index you'll have to choose which will cost more. They will recommend the proper index for you based on your prescription. That step is important because if you choose a low index when you should choose a higher one then your lenses will probably be very thick and sticking out of the frame. No one wants that. Anti reflection is definitely a must. The lenses will be clearer than reflective ones. You also won't get that harsh reflection of the light in your glasses when you take pictures(the frame at the bottom on the photo included doesn't have anti reflective coating but the ones above it does. You can tell the difference) PD or pupillary distance is also important. The best thing to do is call your optometrist and ask them for that. If that's not possible there are many sites that teach you how to measure it yourself. Please make sure to double check all of your info before check out because glassesshop is very limited in their response time. They are taking steps to boost their customer service but as for now just make sure that everything is to your satisfaction before ordering. Be sure to check out their deals before placing an order because you definitely don't want to miss out on any coupon codes. They have an ongoing bogo deal so check that out to get more for your buck. J'ai commandé depuis la Belgique deux paires de lunettes, une pour ma correction en myopie, et un accessoire antidérapant et je reçois une paire de lunettes en plastique bizarre que je n'ai pas commandé et qui ne ressemble à rien, n'apparaît pas sur leur site et vient d'un particulier de Chine. Je viens de leur écrire, ce n'est pas sérieux? Qu'il me rembourse mon argent ce n'est pas normal.
WARNING this site is not a scam? I ordered from Belgium two pairs of glasses, one for my myopia correction, and a non-slip accessory and I get a pair of weird plastic glasses that I did not order and which looks like nothing, does not appear not on their site and comes from a particular China. I just write to them, it's not serious? That he refunds my money is not normal

I love these glasses. They fit my face perfectly and were a much better quality than I was expecting. I will definitely purchase these again

*Update* GlassesShop did reach out and offer a full refund for my order and did not require I return the glasses I received. I honestly would have preferred to return the glasses, but they do not offer prepaid shipping labels to return, so I would have had to pay out of pocket. I had to leave a review here and file a complaint on BBB to get this refund, so I am only giving them 1 extra star, but it is worth noting that they will do the right thing when push comes to shove.
I normally do my research before buying from a new company, and I'm paying for my lack of due dilligence now. I sent an email to their customer service earlier, but judging by the reviews on this website, I won't get a satisfactory solution without posting here.
I ordered 2 sets of glasses and both sets are useless to me. First, the lenses are WAY thicker than they should be if the 1.67 high-index lenses were used, which is what I selected and paid for. I have other glasses of a similar size and shape that also use 1.67 and the difference is striking in the thickness of the lenses. In fact, one set I ordered from GlassesShop is a good bit smaller than my other pairs, so by GlassesShop's own admission in other responses, the thickness of the lens should be less than the larger frames, right? Well, that is not the reality of what I received. On the larger pair the lens is actually wavy on the edges, which I have never seen before, and is definitely not correct.
I have a very high prescription, which is why I always pay for at least 1.67 high-index lenses. The lenses in the glasses I received cause vision distortion in the entire lens except the exact middle, rendering them useless to me. The distortion is extreme, where anything outside of the exact center of the lens immediately becomes blurry and stretched.I am very disappointed in what I received and would like a full refund, as I have no confidence at all that GlassesShop will be able to successfully create glasses lenses with my prescription.
I am more than happy to return the glasses to GlassesShop if I am sent a prepaid shipping label. My order number is *******161.
