I absolutely adore these glasses, they are so cute. They're so comfortable that I can wear them all day and I barely even notice that I have them on. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
They are so light weight and very comfortable. Not to mention they are very stylish. I really like the colour, the pattern and the shape. Love those cat eye styles.

I ordered two pairs of glasses from them after having had a disappointing order from EyeBuyDirect. I LOVE MY GLASSES! I have a VERY high Rx (extremely nearsighted), so I was afraid that my lenses would be extra thick (which is what happened with the other order from other company). I paid the extra for the high index lenses just as I did with EBD, and these glasses are SO not thick like others I have had. The order was easy, the receipt was quick, and I LOVE THEM BOTH! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to their return policy. I was not ecstatic about it, but I took a chance hoping I would not need to return...and I am glad I did!
First and last time we will. Ever order from this company. We ordered 2 pairs of progressive lenses glasses. My boyfriends glasses are progressive lenses but mine are NOT. One of the legs on my boyfriends glasses is loose and can't be tightened anymore. My glasses have a crack in the bottom of the frame that is about to break the rest of the way through(picture provided) and I get told I had to buy another frame at half price. Customer services demands you to email them instead of calling them and their customer service rep on the phone sucks! Their solution to the problem with our glasses is to pay half price on the frames and pay the shipping fee for them to send me a new frame. Oh and when I get the new frames I can pop the lenses out and put them in the new frames myself. Very sad when the glasses aren't even a month old and they want you to pay for new frames and fix it tour self when their frames don't hold up. I should have stuck with Glasses USA.com especially since I have NEVER had a problem with them in the last 15 yrs I have ordered from them. Guess this is what I get for trying a new company just because of a BOGO deal. Won't make that mistake again!

I bought glasses with the right prescription, I received my glasses and I see better without them. Totally out of focus. Total garbage. Then after trying to contact them to see if I could get a refund 4 days after receiving them. They offered nothing but a 50% refund or repair them. I refused both because I should get a total refund. Why would i want them to make me new glasses they messed so badly on the pair they made for me. PLZ PLZ PLZ STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. THEY ARE THE WOREST

This is my first time buying glasses here, and I love the glasses! Though they don't look the same size as the sreen shows, they fit my daily clothes pretty well. I really love them!
My glasses took forever to come and when they finally arrived they were the wrong prescription. I doubled checked with my doctor that I had the correct prescription written down and I double check my order and all was right on my end. I tried customer service and it took two weeks to get a hold of them, no one was returning my messages. I finally get ahold of them and they said "they only are there Monday- Friday 930-530 and there are two lines so they can't possible get to everyone" they were extremely rude and defensive from the start - I'm assuming Bc they get complaints a lot. Even though I doubled checked everything on my end they said they only go off of what they see on the screen so it's my fault and I have to order a new pair. I then asked for a refund but they don't give refunds. I asked if there was anything they could do to help me since obviously there was a mistake somewher and most companies are willing to help and she rudely yelled back at me " are you trying to tell me how to do my job" it was a woman name sandy who worked there and a manager named Bridget who were equally as rude as the other. They also hung up on me several times blaming the connection. Put me on hold many times, and one of the times started talking before they hit the hold button and I heard them talking about me. Extremely unprofessionally worst company I have ever worked with and now I am stuck with glasses I can't wear. Waste of money

I've purchased from GlassesShop about 5 times, ordering at least two pairs of glasses every time. The glasses are inexpensive to begin with and you can always find a sale for 20-30% off, free shipping, BOGO, etc. On average I've paid $20 or less for each frame/lense. I've gotten some truly excellent frames as well as some fun lighter weight plastic frames that aren't likely to stand the test of time, but for $15-20 I'm happy to consider them a seasonal accessory. Having spent so much time on the site I'm pretty well able to determine which frames will be sturdiest before I make a purchase.
I've dealt with customer service several times and have always gotten a prompt reply; I've even gotten coupon codes in response to a very minor complaint about my order shipment. The only issue I've had is ordering glasses that don't fit because I forgot to check the frame size before purchasing. I've never made an attempt to return—this happened 2, maybe 3 times—because it seemed like more trouble than it was worth for how cheap the frames were. Just make sure to measure the size of a frame you like as a comparison when purchasing!

These people are very shady. I am disabled and needed glasses badly because mine got broke. I went to eye dr and got script but could not afford their price. So i went on line and ordered from this UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. Well the next morning my brother came by and brought me new glasses that he went and got from my eye drs office. I was unaware because he wanted to surprise me. So 17 hrs after i ordered i called to cancel my order after being on hold an hour i was told i could cancel and get all my money back minus an 8.95 processing fee. Then at 10pm the same night i get a email telling me my lenses were already being processed which is bull because i wear multi focal lenses which they dont have them there they send off to get them made no way were they made that fast... also they were ordered at 6pm i know they arent open 24 hrs. They told me i could get 64 dollars back out of 215 because i had to pay for lenses.Im 60 years old and never experienced this type of shady crap from a business. I will be contacting BBB Monday also checking with pay pal to see if theres anything they can do and let them know of this companies practices. Also my brother in law is an attorney. Already spoke with him and hes gonna look into it. BEWARE DO NOT DEAL with this company
