I ordered two pairs of glasses from glasseshop. I can barely see anything out of these glasses. They keep sliding down my nose. Everything is blurred and my progressive lenses? Well I can't read anything from these glasses. Always putting on my reading glasses. What gives? So poorly made. I just wasted my money on these glasses. They should be reported.
I cannot even buy a pair of glasses because I have questions. They do not reply to email
They don't answer their phone 9-5 have to leave a voicemail? Lenses basic are suppose to be free but they are charging me. I give up!

Waited a month and a half before my order even came in.
They claimed to have sent a confirmation of my order and I had already confirmed.
I had originally ordered 3 pairs of glasses, but one of the pairs I ordered seemed to be out of stock. Although I know it wasn't so at first, because they had changed the sale price of the glasses after that week and they were still labeled "in stock" long after i had ordered them.
During the emails would not give me a straight answer, and it took a lot of hassle just to make them give me a refund for the glasses they I had already paid for but were sold to someone else.
When the glasses arrived one of them was already breaking and was very cheaply made. The prescription is also a bit funny.
Would definitely never order from here again.
YThey told me they would fit prescription lenses on my own frame. So, I sent my frame and put in an order and the order looked ok and I paid for it. When the glasses arrived, it was missing some of the important features and the lenses were not fixed to the frame right. When I contracted them they say they cannot fix it now and asked me to order a new pair of glasses! They refused to fix their mistakes and their customer service is horrible after sales. Now, I lost my previous lenses and the glasses are not usable. My repeated requests to fix it went unanswered. Very poor workmanship and poor quality lenses. They are in China and 12 hour a head and difficult to even contact them. Beware!
I was a little cautious getting glasses online. Due to having trifocals and wanting the no lines and having them fit right and seeing out of them correctly. I received them two days ago and I am so happy and impressed. The glasses I got our spectacular I see great the magnetic sunglasses that attach on front how they fit I had to go to an eye doctor just to have them fitted around my ears a little better. But I am very very happy with my purchase and everything for under $100! That's the frames the lens the no line trifocals the scratch coding the UV coating and the Magnetic sunglasses I will be ordering from this company a lot and so will my friends. I adore these, they are great for a nerdy look. I used them for a photo shoot and they worked great, came nice and neatly packaged with no problems at all and were spotless clean. Very happy with this purchase.
Not sure if it was noted elsewhere but my glasses came boxed with a cute plastic case, a cleaning cloth, and a mini screwdriver for keychain. And the glasses are stylish and well made at a great price point. Couldn't ask for more.

I just ordered my glasses, got the GOBOGO deal, and still got charged the full amount to my account? Called customer service and they were too busy. Now I'm seriously questioning the quality of the glasses when they show up considering they already screwed me over.

I ordered on September 3rd it is now October 7 and still no glasses. On September 17th I paid an extra 11.00 to expedite the shipping and still no glasses this company is a joke and I am not laughing. Don't waste your time and money.
This is an absolutely HORRIBLE company. I ordered glasses, the website states that they will be delivered within in 7-14 business days, however, I have spherical opposites, yet they took over a week to confirm it. I get the glasses, they do not have spring hinges (as stated on the website) and are the cheapest I have ever seen. Now, I realize I was trying to save a few bucks by ordering online, yet I have ordered numerous times from Zenni Optical and gotten way better results. I am sorry that I strayed and will be sending this junk back to Glassesshop.com ASAP and reordering from Zenni. STAY AWAY.
Ordered a pair of single vision glasses on July 2 and was told "4-8" days to receive them. On July 14 I emailed them, as I hadn't received them no reply. On July 16 I emailed them, no reply. I filed a Paypal dispute and I got a reply from them saying they were sorry but I would be getting the glasses in 3 to 4 days and to remove the dispute. I'm not that stupid. On July 20 I got another email asking me to remove the dispute saying they would arrive in "3-4 days". On July 28 I got another email saying they were sorry but they would refund my money as soon as possible, probably in a week. I escalated the Paypal dispute to a claim for my money back. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. They don't answer the phone or emails, unless you file a complaint with Paypal. AVOID THEM there are plenty others out there like Zenni or Coastal that are reputable
It's a scamming site! You will never receive anything you "order". They just steal your money. You can write as much as you want to them or call them. They only make excuses and you will never ever get whether the items or your money back.

I used to wear my regular glasses and as most 50+ people I suddenly couldn't read without taking them off. So to compensate, I bought over the counter reading glasses and would wear them on top of the other to do my crocheting and watch tv. I hated the thought of spending another $150 - $250, with benefits mind you, to get another pair of glasses. Now because the price was so low I ordered bifocals and I couldn't be happier.
I was initally negative because it took me several attempts to get my order submitted via their web site. In so doing I did not find the site user friendly for entering the inital purchase discount code (so I missed out on that one;-(. Then the transaction did not show on my credit card. Making matters worse my credit card was soon flagged for fraud by Chase. I was initally afraid this was not a legitimate site (but I was WRONG). To make the story short ~ I got my glasses today (even though Chase sent me a new Credit Card). The transaction did go through (and was 3-4 times) cheeper than the other pair I just got from Walmart. Also the glasses from the GlassesShop are perfect! Thank you GlassesShop! I am now flipped to being a happy customer (not sure how my CC was compromised - but it must have been from some other source).

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. Both pair were progressive, 1 sunglass and 1 not. The non sunglasses came with a broken arm so I called and it took 2 calls to have a replacement sent, after they fought it. The representative and the so called supervisor were mean and in cooperative. Finally the tracking said it was delivered and guess what, it wasn't. Called them again and they said it was tough luck and they refuse to send another pair, or refund me. Don't do it!
After receiving my glasses after 2 weeks, I could not see through them. I spoke to Tanya who said I would get an email address so I could send them back, I never received the email. Called back 3 days later and spoke to Michele who explained that I would get a full credit and I could then reorder the glasses again which takes another 2 to 3 weeks. They couldn't get it right the 1st time, why would I do it again? This is outrageous. I lost my money but will never do business with them again. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE processed in China and you can't see through glasses even though prescription numbers are accurate. Outrageous
I placed the order on 19th, Dec and paid successfully, while I didn't receive the order confirmation until on 27th, Dec. Then I received my glasses on 4th, Jan.
I tried it on, it is so heavy that makes my nose very uncomfortable. There is no adjustment for the part on your nose. While since I decide only use it outside, so I kept it. To my disappointment, the metal which connects the legs and the glasses broken on 4th, Feb. That was just exactly 31 days after I received it. I contacted the customer service, and was told to buy another pair of frame half-price plus shipping charge to get it fixed. While, I decide it was garbage the second I heard that! Bye forever!

I ordered my glasses, online and when I went to go see the process, I noticed my order had been removed and my order number "no longer exists" so I called in to see what the problem was, as my money was never returned - no contact had been made in any way. The rep I had first off said that the order wasnt posted to my account cause it was just made yesterday, then came back and said it was because I needed to update my -- her cellphone started going on in the background "hold on" before i could say okay - she put me on hold for a minute or two -- when she came back "you need to update your PD" no hello, thanks for holding... I update my PD and she assures me this up post my order. My order still hasnt posted and my order number still doesnt exist anymore... I am currently waiting to hear back from customer service.
I love glasseshop.com! They care a wide selection of Prescription sunglasses and glasses. They are affordable, easy to use, and quick. I have been so pleased with everything. Answer: Because of Covid, I paid $25 for expedited shipping. Unbelievably I received a tracking shipping number in the morning and received my glasses that night!
