Ive been ordering from glasses shop for years. I have prescription glasses that cost me over 200 dollars that I use as a spare (I lose glasses a lot and would rather not lose these). Buying a cheap pair that gets the job done is perfect for me considering I lose them every other year. I love that they let you search by ALL your measurement needs (frame, bridge, lens width, etc) I just use measuring tape on my current glasses and look at whatever's available in my exact size. I think people need to refer to the carpenters triangle when buying online. GOOD FAST CHEAP, YOU ONLY GET TWO. If its good and fast its not gonna be cheap. If its good and cheap, youre probably gonna be waiting a while for it. If its fast and cheap its probably not the greatest quality. I love glasses shop. Just pay attention to the measurements. The pair you love most, may not come in your size.
I tried to cancel my order after a week of no response, but the day I requested a cancel I got an email saying it was shipped. The blue lense glasses were more expensive but not any better than my other purchase.
I received an email telling me my order had been shipped and gave me a tracking number.The post Office had no record of ever receiveing the package. Glasses shop's email says it was mailed on November 30, 2013.It is now December19,2013 and I have not received my glasses yet. They do not answer the phone.The only way to contact them is email.
I am SO happy I chose this shop and purchase these glasses online. This was my first purchase from an online optical company, and I'm happy to report that the quality is spot on! I plan to look and add to my collection soon!

I have been able to track that these arrived at the Shanghai airport on May 1st and that Canada Post is to receive the package but that has not happened- it's now June 17th. I was prepared for a wait but these seem to have disappeared without a trace.

Received my glasses today. They look great and fit perfectly but they aren't computer glasses I ordered. They are distance glasses. Too bad too because I wanted to get some progressives next but won't do it now. I'm done with these folks if they can't get my first order correct.
Broke the bow on the frames I purchased in April and gave then order number but they claim the can not find my order. This is the second frames I had received same response saying they can't find my oder. Strange I can find my oder with my account. Not good business practice.

I was so so happy when I received it. The delivery was super fast and it was well packed and perfect. I am very VERY happy with my purchase. This is one of the best frames ever. I've got a confession, I'm kind of a bookaholic, and for that very reason I need to have a good pair of glasses. I brought a new pair of prescription glasses online from glasses shop. Glasses shop was super easy to find the perfect pair, they have a virtual try on feature. Which to me is a time saver. The prescription glasses from glasses shop met my expectations 100%!

I am so happy with the way these frames look and fit. I LOVE the fact that you can upload a photo to the website and see how they will look on you before you buy them, and they look almost exact to the way they did in that photo!
We were told our order would arrive in 3-5 business days. After 13 days, we received an EMPTY box in the mail. We have made numerous phone calls to them and get nothing but voicemail and no return calls. Currently working with our bank to get our money back.
I love these frame! I got the largest version because I was scared the smaller versions wouldn't work with my face shape. They feel sturdy and industrial, but they're still feminine and accentuate my jaw nicely. I really like the look.

I like the design. These are so cute and I knock off from the really expensive glasses like this. I like them because they are so stylish. The thing I don't like about them is that the lenses sit so close to your eyes also so you have to keep cleaning them because the eyelashes will get them dirty.
I buy bifocal glasses for my parents here. After my parents receive the glasses, they say they love the glasses very well because the glasses help them see clearly and the frames are comfortable to wear. Thank customer agents for your help!

I love the glasses. They are flattering and they make me eye-catching. The only thing that is annoying is that the glasses are too heavy. They put much pressure on my nose and temples. They are not comfortable.
I was so scared that they wouldn't fit my face, but they fit perfect. Packaging was great. The glasses came with glasses case and the cloth to clean them. It even had a thank you note inside the box! Excited to wear them!
