My order has been stuck in "pre-transit" for 10 days. Customer service responses are ridiculous. They just keep telling me what the tracking already tells me. I doubt I'll get my order at all.

I ordered a pair of glasses using the perscription I received from my eye doctor (which hasn't changed in over 10 years). When my glasses arrived one lens was accurate the other was off slightly on the perimeter causing blurriness when I scanned the room or walked. I let them know immediately. They asked that I send them a copy of the perscription and I did. They agreed it was entered correctly but in order to get a refund I had to go to my eye doctor to test the glasses and prove one lens was wrong. If I was going to have to go to my eye doctor for glasses I would have bought them at his glasses shop. I was skeptical about ordering perscription glasses online and unfortunately they met that skepticism with poor service. At the end on the day, I will be ordering a pair of glasses through a local place and I doubt I will ever see the money I spent at this place. Shame on me for not reading more reviews before ordering.

Just got my new prescription sunglasses from here. I am very happy with how they turned out. Fit great, look great and the shipping was lightning fast. I will recommend to friends and family.

I didn't expect much out of these glasses because it's not as expensive as my Raybans. However, I wear them all the time. Highly recommend. Very lightweight.

They make it seem like they are straight out of the UnitedStates but they make the glasses and ship them to the customer from China? (Not that that's the issue... the issue is honesty) They immediately sent me a. Confermation on my PD.(which was good) But the time frame in delivery is what seems like forever... If u need a pair of replacement glasses immediately. DO NOT GET THEM HERE! I havnt received my order yet. Its been about three weeks so far. The tracking code claims they left China and are in route to Destination Country. Lol So at the moment I can't comment on the quality of the frame and prescription

I absolutely LOVE these frames! I was initially nervous about ordering them without seeing them in person, but I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.

DO not buy from them! Bought a pair of prescription glasses, and when they arrived, a week late, They were non prescription. Customer support simply blamed me and would not even apologize for the mistake. I rechecked the website and could not find anywhere a note that the glasses I bought were non prescription... it even lets you submit a prescription for the glasses I bought. This business is not accredited by the BBB and recieved an F overall.

There are lots of great frames to choose from and they have a buy one get one deal so I got two pairs of glasses for the price of one and I'm so happy about that! I ordered the Laura in Crystal and they are GORGEOUS. I also ordered Edwina in the green and the color was softer than I expected and so I was able to reach out to customer service and have them switched out quickly and efficiently. I chose new frames and they got me set up straight away!

Ordered glasses a few weeks ago, they came in about 10-12 days just like they said. I opened them up and put them on and obviously the perscription was wrong. I looked on the box and the perscription was correct but the glass sure wasn't ground right. I have ordered from other online eye glass establishments and never had any problems.
I sent the glasses back and they told me I would lose 50 percent plus would have to pay to ship them back. I have yet to see any payment so I wil be filling a complaint with the BBB.

Very comfortable, stylish and practical! Best sunglasses I have ever worn. I've been searching for big frames and these are most definitely it!

I RECENTLY ORDERED FROM GLASSES.COM PAID FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING. JUST TO GET THE WRONG GLASSES AND FOUND THIS OUT BECAUSE THE WOMAN WHO GOT MY GLASSES WAS GIVEN MY NAME ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER BY GLASSES.COM TO SEND ME THE GLASSES THAT AS SHE STATED SHE HAD WORN. WHEN I CALLED GLASSES.COM TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER... SHE WAS LESS THAN HELPFUL AND ALL THEY WOULD SAY IS THEY ARE SORRY. PROBLEM IS THEIR PRIVACY POLICY CLEARLY STATES THEY DO NOT SHARE YOUR INFORMATION. SO BEWARE OF THEM. NOT ONLY DO THEY NOT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT PRESCRIPTION BUT THEY WILL ALSO HAND OUT YOUR INFORMATION TO COMPLETE STRANGERS!
