STAY AWAY!

They are the worst customer service company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Not professional in any shape or form! I called because my order was incorrect. I have been emailing them and never got an email back. So by the time I finally got someone who answered on the phone, the woman was not friendly or professional at all. She was yawning while on the phone with me and cut me off during our conversation. When I asked her if I can speak to someone who can help me, she rudely put me on hold without acknowledging what I asked. The "Manager" was a ***** I kid you not, has no experience in customer service clearly! Was talking over me, ignoring what I was saying and her responses were "I don't care" was so disrespectful. All while, the woman in the background who I first spoke to was laughing. Are they working out of their garage?! Do NOT buy or support their company. They do not treat their customers just or right and come off as if they did us a favor. I haven't even received my glasses yet and already dealing with this headache. I will make sure they get reviewed for the business they're running. This is not the end of it.

Stuck in pre-shipment
February 4, 2021

I got an email that my glasses I ordered on January 12 shipped on January 22nd, however the link to the tracking information in the email directs me directly to the general USPS website, rather than the specific tracking information. Since the tracking number wasn't in the email I had to log in to my account to look it up. So far, it's February 4th and despite the email telling me they'd been shipped two weeks ago, they have not been and are stuck in pre-shipment.

Nice fit and looks classy for reasonably priced product. Looks very fashionable! Would buy the same pair again or would give it as a gift! Also the right darkness of the glasses to block out the sun!

This place is SCAM

I recently received my pair of prescription sunglasses, and the minute i put them on, they slid down my nose. I didn't even wear them for a full day because i had to keep hiking them back up my nose every MINUTE.

When contacted to see about getting a refund or an exchange issue, they verbally assaulted me in the mail, acting like it was my fault that there product was faulty. The description of the frames I ordered indicated that they were lightweight, and they are indeed NOT. They also did not give me 1.67 high index lenses like I ordered, and paid extra for. They issued me standard 1.57 lenses and basically accused me of being stupid for not reading the measurements on their website.

I've been ordering glasses my entire adult life. I've never had an issue in returning or exchanging something, let alone the verbal aggression that was coming off on their end in the email.

Do not order from this place. This place is a scam and does not care to help anyone in need of obtaining a pair of glasses.

Good glasses but horrible customer service

I ordered my glasses immediately saw I made a mistake trying calling customer service to correct on hold almost 1 hr with no answer. They charged me 30 dollars to correct the mistake

Comparable lenses for me

Seem to be light enough weight, comparable to the lenses I bought from my doc's office. Although I'm not a professional lens analyst, I feel its fairly comfortable. Prescription seems accurate to me.

Terrible

The lens were very good. The frames didn't match the color shown online even a little bit. And my correspondence from their Customer Service department was some of the worst I have ever experienced. They don't give a ---t about anything but the money and the people in the CS department must actually be owners of the company to get away with talking to a customer the way they did! THIS IS NOT A NICE COMPANY!
