Nice and sturdy, good fit, the temples aren't too tight or too loose, the nose pads sit perfectly on the nose without discomfort and you DON'T need to keep adjusting them like most eyeglasses! 10/10!

They came with a cute little screwdriver and flat head on a key chain. That's ALWAYS my biggest issue with sunglasses, the screw getting lose. I doubt that would happen with such amazing quality. But better than to have and not need than to need and not have! Will DEFINITELY be making more purchases from here!

First time buying a pair of glasses online and was very happy with my decision I made. Quick turnaround timeframe. Very affordable. Will be ordering my future glasses from glasses shop in the future.

Love these! My second pair. Love that they're big. I have a wide face, so it can be tough to accommodate, but these are perfect!

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had making an on-line purchase. If you call the customer service line on *******123 NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. If you hit the operator button and type in ext 101 or exr 102 you get the voice mail for other websites. It is a joke.

Received the glasses and the lens are all wrong. Tried to contact them for 3 days. NO RESPONSE. Website tells you to mail them back at your own cost and they will decide whose fault it is. The prescription was uploaded to their site. Can't be anything but their fault. DPO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

After shopping around for a pair of polarized, progressive lens prescription sunglasses, I was shocked by the prices at the big name websites. Anywhere from $325 to $800!

Checking further, I came across glassesshop.com. Hmmmm... What do we have here?

The reviews were mixed.

On the positive side: There were minimal complaints about getting the prescription wrong, so they had that going for them. And the prices. The prices were outstanding!

On the negative side: The styles were very limited. Reading the reviews, most of the complaints I saw were about long delivery times (since coming from China) and nonexistent customer service when checking on delivery.

Being frugal, I took the plunge and on 7/25/2020 I ordered the Gaskell model sunglasses, with progressive lenses, polarized, UV coating and anti-scratch. All for just $99.00 with the online discount coupon! And then I settled in for a long wait.

But low and behold, on 8/12/2020 (2 ½ weeks later) they showed up in my mailbox. This was way earlier than I expected.

The glasses work perfectly. The prescription is spot on. The only complaint I have is that the shipping package consisted of the plastic case the glasses came in, wrapped in a thin plastic non-padded envelope. Not very sturdy, as one of the lenses was dislodged from the frame upon arrival. But that was easily fixed.

Would I recommend them? Yes, if price was a concern and you were not impatient.

A few weeks ago, I wrote a review about this awful company. I explained how they ripped me off, and that they were an offshore scam operation. I said they have poor quality, terrible customer service, and unethical business practices. Recently, they responded on this site: Please know, our call center is indeed in the USA. I would like to help resolve some of your concerns. I assure you we are not an offshore scam operation but a very legitimate company that has thousands of happy customers.

They had three months to answer my concerns and failed to do so, despite my repeated requests. When I tried to get my credit card company to refund the unethical charges, they lied to the credit card company. It seems that most of their operations are offshore somewhere. Maybe they have two people in a call center in a garage somewhere, but this is truly an offshore scam operation. There are many good places to buy glasses, this is definately not one of them. Try a different supplier, NOT GlassesShop.com. Read the many one star reviews of this place and believe them. They all sound credible and all too familiar for me. Many of the positive reviews read like paid shills, using flowery words, just like an advertising person would write. This is a case of buyer beware. Try GlassesUSA, EyeBuyDirect, Zenni, or another company instead. AVOID GlassesShop.com.

I received new glasses that were the wrong prescription. I couldn't see anything through them. I called customer service is was given no solution for returning them. Stuck with them at a loss.

I bought a few pairs to try out online eyeglasses shopping. Overall it has been relatively inexpensive due to shopping the sales and using vouchers, but the results have been hit and miss.

My first pair were a basic plastic pair with no extras, from the "first pair free" offer. The optics are great and the frame fits, The style looks a bit ugly but for $9.90 shipping fee they gave me some confidence in online shopping.

From there it has been hit and miss though.

The next pair looks beautiful but the frame is flimsy and one arm was wobbly on arrival. Despite having a proper optical screwdriver kit, the build quality of the glasses is poor and I cannot shift the screw in the wobbly arm. The glasses are therefore confined to the house as a spare pair.

Another pair looked nice online but close up there are flaws in the transparent frame. Also the nose bridge is about 3-4mm narrower than specified which is too much to alter using heat, without making the shape look ridiculous on my face.

The final pair is lovely and the only one that has made the shopping experience worthwhile. It looks and fits as it should according to the listing.

I will probably cut my losses here though as the long delivery times and the limited customer service make for a very unreliable shopping experience.
