They took money but I didn't receive anything! Scam company I will be reporting. Dope bathing suit. Sooo mad
Never received my item. Checked my bank account and although they charged me for the item and cost of shipping, I saw another transaction with their name on it of -0.73 from a foreign ATM. Luckily I was able to report it. FYI, their website is down.
I never got my item ( Modern Minx" Long Tie Waist Grey Wool Coat - S / Grey for $99.00) and they never responded to my emails nor was there a contact number.
SCAM company
This company is a scam. I ordered a romper in April and to this day (6 months later) have not received it. I emailed the company on multiple occasions with no response, of course. I contacted my bank and after they investigated for 30 days, they sent me a letter that this company is indeed a scam and refunded my money for me. Wish I read reviews before ordering anything. Lesson learned: research any online company that I wish to purchase from before even browsing their site. DO NOT order from here.
Everything about this company is a scam. I orderd a suit from them ( well tried) not only did they charge me for the wrong one... They never even sent it! I tried to find a email a phone number. Anything to try to speak to someone about the mix up and couldn't find one contact. After 2 months I get an email saying they are sending me to collections! I never even relieved the item! By far worst company on the Internet! Complete trash! Do not use "! Do not use!
I ordered sweaters from this site thinking it was a reputable company in the U S. It is not! I failed to do my homework and read customer reviews first. I was charged for the products but have not received anything, was also charged for shipping when the site advertised free shipping over 125.00. I have emailed numerous times without any response. Absolutely no other way to try to contact them. Please, stay away from Glamzele! This so called on line boutique is a complete scam!
Totally no way of getting a response about your stuff. Stay clear I also wished I read the reviews before I bought... and never received anything.

To whom it concerns:
I sent a request for information regarding my order last week and have yet to a get response back. I submitted, and paid for, an order on May 17th for standard delivery and have NEVER received so much as ONE update for my order since the day it was placed. I have checked the order status weekly via your website and there remains no updates.
My items were supposed to ship between 7-25 business days from my order per the "standard delivery" of your company. My items at the LATEST should have shipped yesterday, June 21. However, still, no updates to my order whatsoever, and clearly they have not been shipped.
I am putting this correspondence on Yelp, and any other review platform, as a negative review and as evidence of your sales and shipping under false pretenses and horrible customer service (evidenced by the only means of communicating with your company being via email.)
I would appreciate your doing your part as a "business" to advise me, your customer, as to what the status of my order is, and when it will be shipped and arriving into my possession.
Ordered January 26, arrived in mid April, from Canada. Extremely busy, but well within the 30 day normal return policy, looked into returning it. You have to return within 7 days. They don't give refunds. They charge a 10% restocking fee. You have to call for permission to return first, and you know they won't answer their phone. I thought the days were over where I had to check all reviews of a company before I ordered apparel. Back to brick & mortar stores I go...
I ordered a bathing suit for my wife from Glamzelle over two months ago. They charged my credit card immediately and I still haven't received the suit, despite emailing them ten times for an update... with no response. Any advice?
I bought the black and nude bodycon maxi dress for 73 dollars for a function in Jamaica. I live in England. I ordered the dress since the 8th of march and I am yet to get it. I really dont have anymore money to buy another dress and so I need to get this dress AND IN THE QUALITY POSTED ONLINE. I have emailed on several occasions with no response.
I ordered from this company BEFORE i checked out the reviews about this site. TOO LATE. I ordered shoes on January 13th and it is now Feb. 22nd and they have not arrived. Of course they already charged my CC. I keep sending emails without response. Next time I will check out the reviews of any new site I shop at. (Doubt I will be trying any new ones after this though)
Don't bother with this site, its crap from China bought at street markets. Obviously no customer service. Don't even bother.

I bought a shirt from GLAMZELLE. It arrived DAMAGED in several places and SMELLED HORRIBLE. I have tried repeatedly to return it and they REFUSE TO TAKE IT BACK. Do not buy from this company. Its a scam.

The quality is cheap and it took forever to come in. The dress was supposed to be white but the collar was a yellowish tinge. The "crochet" fabric felt like a real doily with no stretch in the material. The under layer was so see through it was pointless to even be in there. It was 5 times more expensive than ten exact dress sold on ebay for $14.
If there is a choice of giving this website a 0 out of 5 I will. I am not a online shopping novice, I have purchased stuff online before but this is the first time I have been scammed! You just feel so cheated!
As an online shop owner myself, I feel it is these people who give internet shops a bad name. I ordered 2 sets of swimsuit from them 1 and a half month ago and I never received the items. I have emailed them 4 times, facebeook messaged them and left a comment - NO RESPONSE! Not only did I have no response the cheeky buggers deleted my comment from the facebook straight away! So obviously there is someone running this FAKE ONLINE SHOP, but is deliberately scamming people's hard earned cash.
I really want to sue this company so that other people don't fall for the same trap. This company have NO MORALS and NO BUSINESS ETHICS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I think someone should actually shut this site down.
Please don't do it... first the site looks american and the prices are in dollars... so I was shore is from Usa... but as the tracking arrived I saw it was from CHINA...
The items were poor and too small... the materials are cheap and the coat was 100 usd, not that cheap again... the t shirt also 40 usd... looks like 5 usd...
I contacted the customer support and i hope they will refund... but i still have to send back this shipment from Europe, so the cost will be at least another 20-40 usd...
So not worth it...
Coat came in wrong colour and was too small; came from China so the sizes run small. Shirt was nothing like the picture and looked like it cost no more than $3 rather than $40 US. Complete waste of time and money. No response from customer service at all. Will try to dispute charge through my credit card company.
