Yes, its that time of the year, and like everyone else, I was looking for some stylish boho beach wear without the designer price. After a bit of searching, I ran across glamzelle, and though I am jealous of that super skinny model on the front page, I am equally happy about the Boho Lost adventure dress I just got in the mail today :). Pretty quick shipping, and that is saying a lot considering UPS always looses my packages. Since the price was lower than most other shops, I was not expecting much, but after trying it on, I can pretty much say that the quality is good, and I expect to wear the dress much longer than one season :).
I am pretty wary about shopping online, but I decided to try out this site, because I really liked some of the glam products. Needless to say, not only did I get my purchases earlier than I expected, but the whole process was easy, and the quality of the products were much better than you would expect for such affordable prices. I certainly plan to shop there again when my birthday rolls around!

This is the first time I've written an online review and I'm only doing it because my experience with Glamzelle has been nothing but pleasant - this review forum paints an unpleasant and possibly inaccurate picture of Glamzelle. Not many satisfied customers take the time to write about their good experiences so thought maybe my review can give hope to some of you out there.
I placed my order from Canada on April 12th and it arrived yesterday - within two weeks people! I only saw these horrible reviews AFTER I placed my online order, got nervous, and decided to follow up diligently with my order through Glamzelle's order status section on the site. After a few days, the order status said "Shipped" in the notes section so I then sent Glamzelle an email inquiry for the tracking number. I got a response to my email within two days saying that my item was shipped and I even got a tracking number. The product is exactly what I ordered and I had no problems with their service whatsoever from start to finish. Thank you Glamzelle for providing excellent service and a timely delivery... you're 5.0 stars in my books!
There is no possible way a company can be delivering the worst customer experiences to 1/2 of their customers and amazing service to the rest.
The only thing I can assume is that the company is writing their own reviews to boost their reputation.
I should add that once I finally got in touch with them, which only occurred once I contacted my bank to have the payment reversed, the product finally arrived over a month later and then they threatened to take "action" against me for mail fraud.
So, basically, they'll do whatever they want with your money and product, then once you finally start to rectify the problem, they turn it around on you. Seriously, do not buy from this company.
I am soooo upset, after reading all the reviews, I'm in the same boat. They charged me $100 right away, its been months and nothing has come in the mail.

My girlfriend had the same problems everyone has mentioned. I suggest someone start a Facebook group, but first I believe everyone should get immediate legal advice. The sooner the better. This will prevent others from being victimized
Glamzelle is the worse internetstore ever. I really wonder who is writing all these excellent reviews?!? They offer no customer phone number and they don't ship the product. I think it's a serious scam! DO NOT ORDER from them.
I placed a order in feb and still no product! They lied and said package was sent now after 25 days still no package! The worst company ever! Fraud fraud fraud
Glamzelle.com charges you immediately, NEVER sends any product, will not send a tracking number because there is no package to track, makes it impossible for you to reach them, and will not respond to any email request (there is no other way to get a hold of them) - just an all out scam.
DO NOT waste your time and energies on trying to recover your money from these crooks! Just awful.
I ordered a dress for a wedding and now, TWO months later I still do not have the dress. The wedding came and went. Still no dress. The company does not respond to emails and that is the only way to contact them. I've never dealt with such a pitiful company before. Do not shop here. They will charge your credit card immediately but don't send the product.
I placed an order over a month ago. To date no returned communication, no shipping information, and no products. I will be demanding a refund by end of week. Happy to help file/ join a class action if need be. This company is a joke.

Totally scammed. Placed an order back in October. Haven't received anything. Sent numerous msg's and no replies. But they had no problem taking payment off my credit card. Will be filing a complaint with my credit card provider. Stay away its a scam!

Took over a month, minimal communication, and received the wrong item. After arguing that they should send me what I paid for, they agreed to refund the postage cost so that I could return the incorrect item - but was never given and they have stopped responding to any emails.
Very difficult to track company, impossible to find any contact details for them.

Answer: I ordered a product in late February. Come late March/early April, I still hadn't received the product nor had Glamzelle answered any of my emails asking where my product was. Once I DID receive the product on April 9th, I had already received a refund via contacting my bank and filing a claim. Glamzelle, not surprisingly, all of a sudden contacted me saying the following: "We are contacting you today in regards with a chargeback you placed with your bank, stating that you never received your order from us. Your order was already shipped and delivered to you on April9th. We understand that errors can happen, and would appreciate if you can contact your bank to close this dispute. Failure to respond to this email in the next 48 hours, will result in invoicing you for any fees and interest incurred by your bank, as well as charging you for the product you received, Please note that we may also file for mail fraud, which is a federal crime in the USA." I found it insulting and infuriating that they would even hint at charging me with "mail fraud" when they went completely AWOL during the time I was inquiring about where my order was.
