FAKE

This has been the worst experience. After ordering my items my credit card was immediately charged - they didn't even wait until the order was processed and shipped. I couldn't track my package at all, and sent them unanswered emails requesting to know the delivery and status of my order. I needed the items by July 29th for a weekend away and nothing. I disputed the charges with my bank and thankfully RBC was able to take care of me. The charges were suspended pending an investigation with their bank. I SUGGEST EVERYONE CALL THEIR BANK TO GET THEIR TRANSACTION SUSPENDED! Surprise, surprise after the dispute and after my trip I returned home to an email saying my items had shipped. I received them today August 5th - which yes isn't long after the expected date of delivery; however I spent more money to make sure i received it in the correct amount of time so I would have them for my trip. Some of the items in my package do not reflect the correct order. 2 of the swim suits were different then the image displayed, 1 came in the wrong color and 1 didn't even show up. A dress that was purchased was so short its not even wearable. The skirt I ordered wasn't the same as the picture, nor did it even work as a skirt - it was supposed to be asymmetrical and it was ripped and didn't sit on my body the same way it did on the photo. I've looked into returning the products however their phone number is out of service and they provided no info in the package on how to return the items. I called my bank and they assured me that since the package was not sent on time, they did not fullfill the obligation and thus have to take the package back. Thankfully I'm not wasting my money on this useless company. If only I could get my time back. WARNING TO ANYONE DO NOT SHOP HERE! Save your money, time and frustrations! My only guess is that any positive comments and reviews below are FAKE and written by the company - the photos from everyone who had a positive experience seem to resemble each other or look fake. I also could guess that since I disputed the charges they had to find these products from another store and ship them to me asap so that they could get away with this fraud. F*CK these $#*!s.

I also felt that the customer service for Glamzelle was outstanding and extremenly helpful.
