Choosing for the right online shop makes me worried, as i always encounter problems with the delivered items ( wrong items). But with gear up i don't feel hesitant because one of my friends recommend them with the good service she experience while purchasing with them.

Positives: Low prices, good choice of goods.
Negatives: Delivery, delivery, delivery. Deliveries from some international warehouse to Dubai-based one are only twice a week; Wednesday and Sunday. If you order any other day your order will be waiting until the next shipping day. That's not all. Then, you need to wait for the delivery from the Dubai warehouse, which when scheduled for Monday will be shipped on Monday evening (usually after 8pm). Then, the courier usually takes one or two days to reach you.
Forget about receiving the delivery on the scheduled day!

Great customer service; had my graphics card that stopped working replaced (to a higher model since they were out of the model I bought) within two weeks. Their shipping and handling is also fast and their prices are generally OK (very good for the middle east, not as good as Newegg or Amazon, though this is understandable).
I purchased new PC set up for gaming and the guys from Gear-up.me helped me from the idea of selecting the right parts through the compatibility check to actual building of the PC and then they delivered it at the exact time they have promised and confirmed with me. Shopping online, I was careful to find and buy a product whose description precisely fitted my needs. When it arrived (after a little mix-up about the delivery, but that's another story) it turned out to be not quite what I wanted, after all, and not right for use in the UAE. There followed a quite lengthy back-and-forth, (fixing the delivery) establishing the exact nature of the problem - complete with photos - and what was going to be done about it.
Although it was frustrating to have to go through this, their customer service was unfailingly polite and positive, and I got the clear impression that they really cared about making sure I got what I wanted. And I did! Eventually. The website still needs work, and I suspect that there's a bit of a disconnect between their fulfilment and follow-up, but I have already recommended them to one colleague, and expect to do so again.
Absolutely love this site. I can find items that are so difficult to get here for super prices - plus I receive good advise for my compatibility checks. The guys really know what they are doing, used like ten times and never had a single issue. Ok. Once the delivery was delayed - but they let me know about this on time - guess this is what custoemr service shall be. Can recommend.

I've been buying from their web store few times already especially my Gaming PC, and i could say that they really know what this business is all about. My last order was delayed because it's EID Holiday well that was reasonable cause. They kept me updated and my order was delivered on the day they promised. Expert staffs who could deal with every question asked about all their product listing on website. Over all they are very professional, suggested to buy from them.
Purchased a gaming set up for nearly 10,000 aed. Ordering was easy and advice was freely given.
Purchase arrived quickly and was as described.
7 days later the computer stopped working, likely problem is a bust graphics card.
Emailed the company but due to limited people in the office they were slow to reply.
Courier collected the broken computer, fixed it within a week and courier delivered 2 days later.
Why 4 stars and not 5? Communication with the company is difficult. Could be due to covid 19 restrictions.

I ordered some PC flight simulator controls from Gear Up (Thrustmaster Warthog). They were initially out of stock, but Maynard from Customer Service went out of his way to help me get them quickly. Every step of the way from the online experience to actually going into their office Dubai was very positive.
