I ordered a Gigabyte Gaming 8 which I could not find on any competitors sites (Or my usual suppliers). I thought I would give Gear-up a try and was shocked when the motherboard was delivered two days later. No delivery damage and the board worked like a dream. Well done and you now have a new customer!

Gear-up.me are true professionals. They first helped me with configuration by suggesting alternatives so I could think about it within my budget. And then they build it for me and deliver to my apartment. All done professionally, providing original boxes with accessories and Free game. I'm happy to find them here Dubai.

Choosing for the right online shop makes me worried, as i always encounter problems with the delivered items ( wrong items). But with gear up i don't feel hesitant because one of my friends recommend them with the good service she experience while purchasing with them.
And they prove it, and as a matter of fact i'm now their regular customer :)

Finally shop here in UAE where you can shop like in US or Europe. I'm happy you are here guys! When they don't have some item they try to find it or they say it's not available but they don't give you empty promises. Great selection and overall awesome e-shop. Keep it up!

Positives: Low prices, good choice of goods.
Negatives: Delivery, delivery, delivery. Deliveries from some international warehouse to Dubai-based one are only twice a week; Wednesday and Sunday. If you order any other day your order will be waiting until the next shipping day. That's not all. Then, you need to wait for the delivery from the Dubai warehouse, which when scheduled for Monday will be shipped on Monday evening (usually after 8pm). Then, the courier usually takes one or two days to reach you.
Forget about receiving the delivery on the scheduled day!

We are doing our best to keep our best selling items available for Same Day Shipping to ensure super fast delivery to our customers. Unfortunately it is not possible for all of our (more then 22,000) items and so we ship them twice a week. We inform our customers in advance (https://gear-up.me/shopping-guide) to give them opportunity to plan their purchase and to wait the shortest time for their selected items delivery. Your order came just after the cut-off time for orders to be shipped before the Eid holiday and that's why you had to wait little longer than average customer. I'm sorry for this inconvenience. It took about 7-9 days for the order to arrive (International) and received the items in a good shape. I'm not impatient so i'm fine with the delivery time.

Amazing PC Build

Could not be any happier with the build that the team put together. From initial chats with Lidel who is very helpful to the end product I am really happy with how it has turned out. Lidel was super helpful through the process, he suggested better options for the build and gave advice which made the PC better than I could ever have imagined

Highly recommended! I received my PC last week and everything went perfectly well. Great customer service; had my graphics card that stopped working replaced (to a higher model since they were out of the model I bought) within two weeks. Their shipping and handling is also fast and their prices are generally OK (very good for the middle east, not as good as Newegg or Amazon, though this is understandable).

Professional service

I purchased new PC set up for gaming and the guys from Gear-up.me helped me from the idea of selecting the right parts through the compatibility check to actual building of the PC and then they delivered it at the exact time they have promised and confirmed with me. Really great stress free experience. I'll be using them for all my IT projects from now on.

Shopping online, I was careful to find and buy a product whose description precisely fitted my needs. When it arrived (after a little mix-up about the delivery, but that's another story) it turned out to be not quite what I wanted, after all, and not right for use in the UAE. There followed a quite lengthy back-and-forth, (fixing the delivery) establishing the exact nature of the problem - complete with photos - and what was going to be done about it.

Although it was frustrating to have to go through this, their customer service was unfailingly polite and positive, and I got the clear impression that they really cared about making sure I got what I wanted. And I did! Eventually. The website still needs work, and I suspect that there's a bit of a disconnect between their fulfilment and follow-up, but I have already recommended them to one colleague, and expect to do so again.

Absolutely love this site. I can find items that are so difficult to get here for super prices - plus I receive good advise for my compatibility checks. The guys really know what they are doing, used like ten times and never had a single issue. Ok. Once the delivery was delayed - but they let me know about this on time - guess this is what custoemr service shall be. Can recommend.

I don´t even write reviews here, but now, I have to! My hdd crashed so i have selected one from their same day shipping catalog and it was delivered next day as promised. I've been buying from their web store few times already especially my Gaming PC, and i could say that they really know what this business is all about. My last order was delayed because it's EID Holiday well that was reasonable cause. They kept me updated and my order was delivered on the day they promised. Expert staffs who could deal with every question asked about all their product listing on website. Over all they are very professional, suggested to buy from them.

Excellent product

Purchased a gaming set up for nearly 10,000 aed. Ordering was easy and advice was freely given.
Purchase arrived quickly and was as described.
7 days later the computer stopped working, likely problem is a bust graphics card.
Emailed the company but due to limited people in the office they were slow to reply.
Courier collected the broken computer, fixed it within a week and courier delivered 2 days later.
Why 4 stars and not 5? Communication with the company is difficult. Could be due to covid 19 restrictions.

After a quick investigation, I found out that Rory (who seems to be dealing with us on your behalf) has 3 open tickets with us and all of them were attended by our technical team. It seems like the graphics card has artifacts that are a manufacturing defect and we have already contacted the manufacturer for help.
Please, be patient in case you don't receive an immediate email response. As you know there are restrictions on working personal numbers per office now in Dubai. We are doing what we can to respond within a couple of hours and resolve all customers' requests on time.

I ordered some PC flight simulator controls from Gear Up (Thrustmaster Warthog). They were initially out of stock, but Maynard from Customer Service went out of his way to help me get them quickly. Every step of the way from the online experience to actually going into their office Dubai was very positive. I'm very satisfied with their service and I will definitely go back to them for my computer needs. I especially am impressed with their prompt and responsive communication over email or by phone. I would highly recommend this company, especially as there are a lot of scams or just poor to non-existent customer service in the UAE. Thanks again, Maynard for all your help.
