One day I was asking for warranty to cover my Gadgetguard and filing a claim and a week later I got my guard. So thankful for this service. But I have to pay so much for shipping. Find a cheaper provider. If you stand by your product, and customers prove their loyalty, reward them.

Customer service was awesome. My disappointment came in having to pay for shipping charges for a warranteed product. Also, it took much longer to receive than I expected, over 10 days.
I was also disappointed in the fact that the screen protector cracked after only 3 weeks of usage, without being dropped or abused in any way.

This is a great product and the company is true to its word and has a quick response time. I would keep buying this product.

I'm on my third screen protector and I've been very pleased with this product! Every time I've had a problem, Gadgetguard has lived up to its claims. Easy and convenient!

I was worried when my phone appeared cracked. The gadget guard was what was damaged. Yippee, my phone was protected. Getting and installing the replacement was quick and easy. Thank you for the excellent protection and the wonderful customer service.

I ordered a screen protector for my galaxy note 8 and received it without a problem. The screen saver keeps breaking so ask them why. They answered my question, came up with a result and am now waiting for the new improved screen saver. So far this company has been hands on and I appreciate how they have handled this problem. Their product so far has been good and am looking forward to the new improved product.

I received the screen protector in a timely manner, and I'm glad it works so well. Just have to be manic about getting the screen cleaned perfectly and there are no issues with it whatsoever.

They mailed out the product in just a few days and i recieved them quick. They are easy to install and work great.

Getting the replacement was quick and easy, but I didn't like the fact that I had to pay shipping fees twice for 2 different replacements. I wasn't able to order both on the same order. Had to place to separate orders and had to pay shipping fees twice. I don't feel like I should have to pay a shipping fee for a warranty item.

I love how easy it is to replace the screen covers. However, the quality of the screen covers is lacking. I receive my replacement less than a week ago, and on the second day after using the screen cover, it cracked just from being in my pocket walking around at work. This is a consistent issue Ive had with gadget guard screen protectors.

Ordered my new screen last Sunday and got it in less then 5 days. Super easy to order a new one too.

The process to get a screen protector replacement from Gadgetguard was simple and easy. Have had to request replacements from other companies and it was much more of an ordeal. I appreciated the simplicity and how quickly it arrived. I was not as impressed with the installation process.
The sticky tabs didn't hold the protector long enough for me to get it lined up properly. Otherwise very happy. Thanks!
