I am very dissatisfied with the screen protectors that I have purchased from you. The first one I had got a small chip on the side within the first week and I was very careful with it. I had just spent almost $50 on the protector. I bought two of them, one of them the next day for my friend and the one I bought for her only stayed on for like a week and it kept falling off completely. I work 12 hours a day sometimes and I have not had a chance to go back to the Verizon place where I bought it so I just reordered replacement screens. The Verizon tech had installed both of the screen protectors on our phones of very professionally so I know it was not because of him. Also I was very disappointed with the way that it was so much harder to type on my phone it has been very difficult now that the screen protector is on it. So I fight with it constantly everyday. It was never like that before I put your screen protector on it. I received the new replacement screen and it cracked the first day across the street and I was being very very careful with my phone, I do not understand it. I have always used Zagg products and never had a problem. I regret not buying a Zagg screen protector. I do not know what to do other than request a refund for both screen protectors and both charges for The Replacements I've had to order. I and not the kind of customer who likes to complain or return things but I do not know what other options I have. It has been a lot of money out and a lot of problems with my phone since I put 2 screen protectors on there. The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
